Ford of Branford is one of few dealerships that I've been to for something other than recalls and free service. Melissa was great to work with, always returned my calls, and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Tyler treated my truck with care and got it running better than it did when I bought it CPO 4 years/60k miles ago. Their prices are competitive and service is top notch.

Dropped my car off over night with instructions to change oil and check tire for Nail. Called four times to get an update the next day with no response. The receptionist finally told us that we could pick up the car. It was all set when we got there nothing was done. They told us no charge. They didn t see the note for the oil change and they did nothing with the tire. Will never go here again, terrible business

My experience with Branford Ford has been certainly positive.I'm a relatively new customer, and it's refreshing to speak w/ a livingperson in scheduling an appointment for service. Gary the Service managercalled within the timeframe previously promised, and the cost for brakes, and oil was more than reasonable. A very satisfied customer.

First and last time I ll ever come here! My car has been at the shop more than two weeks and I keep calling to get updates on my car and they keep hanging up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! And I will tell everyone I know the horrible experience I m Having here.
