I busted up my truck pretty bad and Bolton Collision did a wonderful job from start to finish. Such an honest family run business. I didn t have rental coverage and they loaned me a courtesy car at no charge. They always kept me in the loop about parts and work done. They fought insurance for me. They are easy to get a hold of when you have questions. His staff is courteous. This business does not try to pork your wallet. I will most certainly be returning to them for oil changes and routine maintenance. Last year I purchased a used truck from them, the sale was easy and no hassle, they were upfront about the repairs they did to it. And last but not least, we found Bolton collision a few years ago when my daughter had an accident, the place was highly recommended by many people in Andover. I can see why. Thank you so much Dave!

Dave Wilson and his crew repaired my car and did an impeccable job. I had it back within a week and the service was excellent. I picked up my vehicle and it was cleaned and detailed. Looked brand new. Thank you all for making it easy to work with. I give you 5 STARS!

Bolton Collision is amazing, we've been using them for years for everything from minor dents and scratches to full body work and have never been disappointed. Dave is very fair in pricing and we have never felt like we've paid too much for their services. My eight year old car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Highly recommended!! Great service, the staff here will ask exactly what happened to protect you. The car earlier had been hit before and took a week to repair and the final cost was the same as what was on the damage estimate. The experience was very comfortable. 5 star review.

Purchased a vehicle from BCR. I couldn t be more impressed with the operation, owners Dave Wilson and his wife Susan, and their staff. From the test drive to the actual purchase you are treated honestly and with a dedication to just do the utmost to make your experience a positive one. Had them perform some additional service prior to pick up as well and it was completed professionally and ahead of schedule. What more could you ask for. Looking for good old fashioned dealings with a handshake and a verbal agreement, try Bolton Collision Repair. This establishment just does things right. I ll be back. Thx

Bolton collision was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! They worked with my insurance company seamlessly to repair my front bumper of my 2021 Camry, and it looks brand new again. They even contacted Enterprise to arrange for me to pick up and drop off my rental car at the shop itself, so I didn't have to find a friend to coordinate rides with. All of the staff and the owner were so friendly, informative, and kind! Quote for work was up front and reasonably priced; and they gave an estimated day for when it was ready that ended up being accurate. I will absolutely be coming here in the future for any additional repairs.

Highly recommend Bolton Collision Repair.After an auto accident in October I reached out after hearing they were highly recommended. From day 1 Dave and his team were such a pleasure to deal with. My car repair was completed today after waiting on parts and it looks like new! Not only is it fixed, it was fully detailed and clean! Such a TRUSTWORTHY local business. Dave also worked with the insurance company to help expedite that process as well.

Sometimes you back into things and don't want your insurance company involved. Dave met with me and was honest about doing something that was not necessarily going to make the car look like factory new and that it would probably take a week. No problem. The car is paid for and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it. Brought the car in on a Friday and it was done Tuesday morning. You can't even tell I hit anything! Amazing work! Honest, clean and ethical. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

I had my 2023 Rogue for 2 weeks and someone hit the back corner. I was sick to my stomach but I brought it here to Bolton Collision. I just picked it up and was sooooo happy you would never have known I was hit. They did a fantastic job!! The owner Dave was so easy and pleasant to deal with along with his staff. Well I hope I never have to go back but this is the place to go!!!!

We would give 10+ stars if we could. Dave and his staff provide excellent customer service and the work they do is top notch. They fixed our car after an accident and when we picked it up the work done was perfect and the car was immaculate inside and out! We highly recommend Bolton Collision!

Highly recommended, 5+ stars!! When my car was rear-ended and needed repairs, I didn't hesitate to take it to Dave where I had taken another car in the same situation many years prior. Excellent experience top to bottom - fantastic customer service; they dealt with the insurance company, took the time to explain all concerns/questions in detail, and had the car ready in a timely manner as promised. My car looked better than new when I picked it up - can't say enough good things about this business!

I recently dropped off my car to have a door realigned after a minor accident. I met the owners Dave and Susan and they both were extremely pleasant and courteous. They gave me an estimate for the work on the spot and told me that it would be no problem leaving the car for a week. They promised that the work would be finished by the time I returned. They were true to their word and the final price matched what they initially quoted.The people at Bolton Collison have a way of making you feel that they appreciate your business. I recently had my car repaired here. With one quick phone call they got me in right away and handled everything as quickly as they could. I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone and they always called me with any updates. I would definitely go back there and recommend them to family and friends.

I had been searching for a shop to paint my 67 Mustang within a reasonable budget, when someone recommended Bolton Collision. Dave gave me a fair price, and best of all said the price was set. Other shops had said the price was dependent on "what they found", with no way to give a firm quote. Once Dave got started I received regular email updates and photos , and invited to stop by with any questions or to see the progress. Dave's team, in particular Jim and Matt are very courteous and friendly, and were willing to discuss the progress. I wouldn't hesitate to take work there in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone. It's very nice to find a friendly honest business like Dave's.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about Bolton Collision Repair. Astounding service, amazing prices, extremely flexible! This must be the best body shop in the state, I'm not kidding. The owner is wonderful to deal with, very friendly, understanding, honest, and he went out of his way to reduce costs (to my dismay I found out that my insurance company would not pay anything - long story lol).The repaired vehicle is a 2017 Infiniti QX50 which slid off the road during a snowstorm and went into a ditch on the side of the road. The headlights stopped working but at first glance the body damage seemed pretty minor and superficial, but then I found out that there was actually extensive damage underneath the car. Pretty much everything in the front end got pushed inward and upward from underneath. At first I got a cost estimate from another body shop near me - about $7-9k I believe, which was way more than I had expected. Then my aunt recommended Bolton Collision Repair, so I went there instead and right away I had a good feeling. The owner took care to emphasize that the parts needed for the repair were very hard to source and thus it would take quite a while to complete, but thankfully I was in no rush.Anyway, let me get to the point - sorry for rambling! Today I got a call saying that the car was ready to be picked up - earlier than I was expecting! The next pleasant surprise was the final cost - less than I expected, considering the immense amount of time and effort that was involved in sourcing the parts and doing the work - actually a little bit under the original $7-9k estimate from the other shop. Very impressive. The owner knows how to find the most talented mechanics, and he truly takes pride in his business and customer satisfaction. I will never recommend another body shop again - this is the best one around, bar none. They do exceptional work. Every step of the way the owner goes out of his way to explain everything to ensure that the customer fully understands the entire process - he's awesome, he really cares, and he'll even do his best to reduce costs without cutting corners, regardless of the fact that it's neither easy nor cheap to run an ethical business like this one! Five stars isn't enough! Thank you so much - I really appreciate everything.

This friendly mom and pop shop delivered a prompt and accurate quote, heard and honored my wishes for repairing and only replacing the mostly-unseen body panels needed to be 'good enough', and even arranged for a loaner vehicle as the anticipated fix-time seemed to recede. It didn't come to that, but it was a kind and welcome offer. I recommend Bolton Collision Repair for undercarriage and front-end repairs.

I went in with a banged up fender and Dave recommended paintless dent repair (far cheaper than replacing the fender) and saved me a claim and some money. The repair came out perfectly.He is a straight shooter and runs a good business. Highly recommended.

This place was great. He took an hour out of his schedule to look at my damaged vehicle and write an estimate. He then took time to explain that if the cost of my repairs was close to the "current value" of the car that the insurance company would total the car, with not good results for me.He was honest and caring enough to explain that it was better for me if I went to the place my insurance company recommended because the company had a "discount" deal worked out with the repair shop. Also they could get me in a month sooner.If you are looking for honest, caring people who do good work bring your car here.

Truly professional, honest business. Super nice people. They did an exceptional job on my SUV, got it back in better condition than before the accident. It's difficult these days finding a garage/mechanic that fixes it right the first time. And Bolton Collision guarantees their work for the life of the vehicle. Don't mean to sound like an advertisement, but they even fixed the shaking that other people couldn't. I know where I'm going in the forseeable future. Brought in our truck that needed body work, after we damaged the side panel. They explained the process to me and helped me start the process. Picked up my truck yesterday after only a week in the shop and the truck looks great! They really did an outstanding job! Plus they helped me with my rental and cleaned the inside of my car. These are genuine people who work hard to accommodate for your personal needs going above and beyond to get my car that had hit a deer back on the road within 2 weeks so I didn t have to lose my deposit on my vacation trip.
