Nice family run shop that goes the extra mile for the customer. Tony knows his cars and Suzan is a sweetheart who kept the shop open for me to finish the repair when I was stranded in Hartford. They're the best!

Well trained, well knowledgeable, fair, honest.Tony not only repairs vehicles, but also diagnoses issues with your vehicle. He can work on every car, also to note for BMW owners he has an extra training obtained at the plant in GERMANY!!!!!!!! THANK ME LATER

Tony barely worked on the suv. His assistant Johnny did the bulk of the work (fixing the rear AC line) while he walked back and forth talking to different people huffing and puffing like he was doing too much work. Then once all the hard work was done, he came in at the end and broke our compressor by overfilling the system with Freon. No one else touched the system. Midas confirmed with paperwork that whoever filled the cars AC system broke the compressor. It was confirmed twice (by auto zone and tony himself) prior to that the compressor WAS working. We went back to him to see if something can be done. Maybe he would do the honorable thing and repair his mistake free of cost or reimburse us. He, instead, screamed. He said Midas was his competition so they would say that. But Midas had no idea beforehand that it had gotten a repair. They only said that they vacuumed out 3 POUNDS of Freon and the truck only safely takes about 20 oz. After chanting about supporting black businesses and talking junk about the other shops, you would think this service would be superb. The honorable thing to do would have just been admit he was wrong. ALSO, we were quoted one price to fix the AC line. A few days later (time enough for him to familiarize himself with the necessary labor) we got the part, got to him and the price was the same. It wasn't until he started tearing the car apart that he decided he would need more money. We gave him about $50 more than what he quoted (all we in cash) and said we could bring the rest the next day. After breaking my compressor he said don t worry about it . Yeah, no kidding.
