What a wonderful experience! I was late to my appointment to another location and they were completely booked in a 2-3hr wait my husband called and explained situation and Misty was so kind and accommodating! She got me right in and was so kind and professional. The service was excelled and I was not pressured into getting a brand new tire! I will absolutely be using the Avon location from now on.

Quality service continues to be performed here!Most recent was on or around 4/6/2024. Another speedy tire rotation was done a second car I take to this Town Fair Tire garage. Work began on the car (without an appointment immediately) after the doors opened at 8:00am. Service finished a few minutes before 8:30am. My sedan continues to receive quality service as well.Good job!

The day before Easter my friend from Buffalo had a leaking tire. He was going to have to drive for 8 hours & I wanted him to be safe. MIGUEL was at the desk, and he was fantastic. He spoke with the tech, got us in quickly and the job got done. However, what made the experience truly great was Miguel friendliness, professionalism, and care about fixing the tire. On a holiday weekend this took off so much stress from us and he is greatly appreciated. In this day and age it was a gift to find someone as kind and polite as Miguel.

I had a great visit today! Misty is great. She was able to get me in for an appointment, less than 24hrs. Ordered me up with a new tire, got in quick. The service was so prompt. Everyone here is so kind and professional!

My experience was phenomenal, I unexpectedly blew a tire on a curb and was able to quickly make an appointment to get my tires replaced. Miguel was the staffer who helped me out when I arrived, he was very chill, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was patient, approachable, and really engaged.

Cant Stress enough how great everyone here was. I had a small leak in my tire I needed patched. Due to the type of tire it was though it was a little tricky and we weren t sure if I would need a new one. AJ the technician got it done though and saved what was otherwise a perfectly fine tire. Miguel in service is also the man and will make sure you get taken care of. Affordable and fast, will absolutely take my car back here.

Town Fair Tire in Avon did a great job when I had a tire puncture. They quickly took care of the car and took special care to make sure everything was done correctly. Very small job for them but made it a priority and took care of the customer. Many thanks for getting me back on the road. - Alex

I had my winter tire changeover and it was faster and cheaper than I expected. I had no appointment but stopped by during the week to get a quote and Seth was really helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me to my car and proceeded to show me how to check my current tire conditions.They were able to squeeze me in that day and I was out in two hours! I had an alignment done and my car was definitely running smoother afterward.

Misty was the most helpful salesperson I ve EVER had at Town Fair Tire in Avon. (And I ve come here for years) She explained things to me clearly about differences between the different tire choices, why they are designed with certain features, and even where to look to find when the tire was made (mine were apparently original to the 2021 car I just purchased!). She was over the top helpful with making sure I got the best deal too.Go see her there she rocks!

Misty, Miguel, and Adriel at the counter we're wonderful! I was not happy however with the garage turn around time. Had 4 tires installed and Alignment. Appoinment started at 8 am and was still in garage at 10:21! missing the workday ! Also the garage stripped one of the bolts that hold tire lug nut. Mark garage manager mentioned replacement would only be about $100, there was no rust just someone rushed the job. Shabby garage service. The Wheel alignment was never completed only front done due to having to leave for work !!! I was told to come back (Now I have to return to spend more time,not to mention found a new dent on my car where tire was being replaced!!). Tire prices are good but enter at your own risk !!

Had a great experience getting some new tires today. Seth was a huge help with suggesting a better set than the ones I had previously picked. He showed me side by side the two different tires and explained why he would recommend one over the other. And they were cheaper than what I had picked, which was a great deal! He was thorough and lovely to work with, and the tires are a noticeable improvement compared to previous ones I've had.

What a great Customer Service Experience. My Son and I went in to take care of repairing a tire for his snowblower (yes, they do repairs and service on small tires as well!). Keep in mind this was a "walk in" service; we did not have an appointment in advance. The Team took care of us quickly, efficiently, and assisted us well beyond our expectations for a relatively modest service. As we drove away, thrilled, we confirmed our practice of always going to Town Fair Tire first and always. Great service is the best sales person! Thank you all for our wonderful experience today.

Stopped in for a nail repair in my tire. They did it for free in 20 minutes. Wouldn't take any money. Unbelievable. Great company!! Will be back for tires or service. Thank you so much

Perhaps I'm getting old, but sometimes I feel customer service is a thing of the past. Not so at Avon's Town Fair Tire. I worked with Miguel, who was a friendly, knowledgeable and professional employee who helped me with four brand new tires. I hate pressure sales (who does?). Not once did Miguel try to upsale me on other options, packages, etc. In fact, he even offered other tire options that were cheaper. Keep up the good work, Miguel - customers appreciate a sense of hospitality and fairness.

I brought my car in due to a bubble in my tire I received after hitting a curb. Miguel got me checked in quickly and the overall team had my tire replaced and car aligned in no time. The waiting room was comfortable and allowed me to take a work conference call. The available WiFi was fast and strong. Thank you to Miguel and the whole Avon Town Faire Tire team.

The most honest and professional staff I have ever experienced with in the Farmington Valey area.The shop service was quick and pain free.You can tell the store manager, Mark, clearly cares about his customers and staff with his hands on approach.I rest easy, going to the Avon, CT Town Fair Tire location.

Thank you to Mark who really helped me out with a tricky lug-nut cover situation as the WeHa location put my cover on my snow tires, causing them to be stuck. Was unfortunate I had to come back the next morning and it took a couple hours but to no fault of Mark s. He was helpful and friendly!

Second time coming to this location and I have no complaints. Service from both Misty and Jake was excellent and both were super helpful and whenever they explained something they did so with clarity. An easy recommendation for anyone needing to service or buy new tires.

At a job site and my tire went flat on my SUV, put air in the tire and rushed to Town Fair Tire Avon CT. I arrived and Mark created the work order within 5 minutes of me arriving and I was out the door within 55 minutes, the tech also cleaned the rim and installed a new valve stem. Coming from corporate at AutoZone, Town Fair Tire Avon CT branch leads the industry by example. Thanks Mark!! Great Customer service!

Dealer told me I needed 2 new rear tires. Brought the car to Town Fair and they indicated the tires were still good and that they would rotate the front to the back. I ll get another 10,000 miles on the set but will be back for new ones then. Very honest and there was no charge!

Went in after I popped a tire and Misty was such an amazing help!! Incredible customer service helping me get the best deal within my budget. Misty clearly explained the differences in tires to someone who knows nothing about them. I was in and out so fast. Will absolutely go back for any of my tire needs:)

Visited over a weekend and even though they were busy, managed to work in a tire mount and balance to get me out of a jam. Everyone was helpful and would definitely recommend if you're looking for tires or need a tire repair. Great staff!

Had a summer tire changeover and alignment done this week. Adriel is very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and things to keep in mind moving forward. TFT is lucky to have him!!

Town Faire Tire was such a lifesaver!! We arrived 20 minutes before closing, with a flat tire and they took it in and realized we needed a valve replacement. They did it free of charge and with great customer service. Could not recommend this place more highly!

I have bought numerous sets of wheel packages from Town Fair Tire and have never had any issues. When the work is done, there are no signs of anything in the vehicle being dirty, and the tires are always wrapped and put in the vehicle for you. Prices are good, service is friendly and courteous and never had to go back to have anything corrected. These guys are always willing to help Tony P
