Not only convenient and clean, but kind and helpful. Most places see that I m a young woman and try to sell me on a new air filter, engine air filter and some excessively fancy oil that isn t necessary. They did non of that. They brought out both filters to show me how they are doing, brought out the dipstick to show the level once the oil change was completed and thoroughly checked the tires. So impressed and will not actually looking forward to oil changes!Added bonus they got free popcorn and clean restrooms :)

My first time was only for emission testing. I was very impressed how easy and fast they made it for me! I will definitely come back for more services. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean waiting room. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Rose given to me at the end of the appointment was a very nice gesture, made me feel very welcomed there.

I ve now been to Foxys several times and I would highly recommend them. They are honest and priced fair. I took my car a few weeks back for an oil change and it was discovered I needed tires and brakes. They offered to do my brakes at a very fair price so I said sounds good! Unfortunately I was unaware that I had tire locks on my vehicle and the key had been lost. The general manager told me to come back and he d take care of me. He told me to come back soon because I didn t currently need rotors but that if I pushed it, I would. So I followed his directions and came back today to complete the job. They did my brakes and an emissions test in about an hour. They are efficient and most of all, HONEST. They only sell a cabin filter if you need one, otherwise they will say how many more oil changes you have before you really should change it out. All of the guys are friendly and hard working. It s a well-oiled machine. To top it off, the waiting area is clean, has free popcorn and drinks. And you get a rose with each service.(It s a nice touch) These people genuinely care about your cars overall well-being. They have TVs set up under the cars too, so you can watch them perform the work. Honesty and genuine care is what will keep me coming back! Thank you for making car repairs much less painful for me!

The best oil experience today!! Got my oil change they added a free fuel cleaner, checked my tires, oil filter was free, and to finish off I got a beautiful rose!!! Will be coming back to this location again. Staff exceeded our visit.

I kept putting off getting my oil changed because it can turn into a hassle. After going to Foxys I definitely won't do that again. It was fast, professional, and the customer service was fantastic. They even gave me a flower as I left. Great crew and awesome experience!

Usually, getting your car serviced is a necessary evil. I have always viewed it in a similar manner as going to the dentist. I absolutely LOVE going to Foxy's! They've been more than fair in their pricing, never upsell, and let you know when your car has issues such as the running light that wasn't working on my car. They were able to quickly fix that for me. They've put air in the tires for my daughter at no charge too.

Just so impressed with the customer service. Extremely kind and welcoming. Helpful and won t take advantage of you. Waiting area is great even though you won t wait for long. I don t know who owns this place but whoever it is values going the extra mile and hires people who do the same. Really appreciate finding a business run with people like this.

Fantastic group of guys. Didn't push services and product down my throat like other places do. Very professional yet down to earth. The extras were awesome and unexpected. Got a rose for my wife, and a foxy balloon for my son. Would recommend to anyone for their oil change needs.

Super professional and friendly service! Prices are very fair. My car received an oil and airfilter change in 20 minutes . Staff even checked tire pressure, cooling fluid etc! I highly recommend this business.

What a great experience! They keep the place. Lean and show all work being done on camera to ensure customer satisfaction. Staff is beyond friendly and courteous and go to great lengths to ensure the customer is happy. Highly recommend!!!

Had my CT emissions test here - was in and out within 20 minutes. Waiting area is clean and modern, and the tech who rang me up (Sarah) was a pleasure to deal with

Wow, my first time there today and it was amazing! Staff was incredibly friendly! Service was quick and painless. When I received a rose when I left, I was just delighted with the sweet gesture! I ll make sure to give them my service in the future.Side note, I ve lived in Connecticut for five years now and had yet to find a quick oil change service center. My little girl and I stopped in for a very quick oil change. The customer service was 10/10! The staff offered popcorn/water while we waited and my little one left happy with a foxy ballon.

Sitting here waiting for emissions test while 2 employees are arguing using swear words. Came more than half hour before emissions closes but couldn't do that because they do oil changes in the same unit and the woman refuses to let me go first.

I've been here twice now, and both times the service has been incredibly quick, and the staff have been incredibly warm, helpful, and informative. I've never felt like I was being "sold" anything -- every interaction has been genuine and excellent. Their waiting area is lovely, and their facility is sparkling clean. I'm going to have to agree with most of the other reviews. This place was great! Friendly staff, good but quick service. I was able to see and shown everything they were doing. This place is fantastic and all about the fine details. They actually take about 15 minutes, and go above and beyond to inspect your car. They will also vacuum and clean up your car! Everyone is super friendly, they actually waiting area is also very clean and comfortable. Really pleasant experience with these guys. They also won t try to sell you anything unnecessary!Service: Oil change

I have always used the dealership for all my car services, but decided to try Foxy s 44 Express Oil Change in support of a new business in the area. I couldn t be happier that I did. This place is great. I had no clue how it worked, but Freddy Fox introduced himself right away and explained everything up front, what they would be doing and how long it would take. The work bays and waiting area are super clean and the staff couldn t be nicer. All costs are discussed before any work is performed and is really reasonable. This is a new shop in the area, so I thought I would give it a try. I m happy to say that the service was fantastic. The attentive staff got right to work and even vacuumed my floor and dusted my dashboard. They even gave my girlfriend a rose as part of the service (not joking)! My only complaint is the price. With a $20 off coupon i still paid over $120 for an oil change while other shops in the area are charging $60-80 and throwing in a tire rotation, which this shop does not offer. All said and done, the service was great, but sadly at this price I will not be a return customer.Service: Oil change

I ve always bounced around various oil change spots, due to needing the quick stay in car oil changes, so it s really nice having this spot in this area now! The shop is very clean and new, the employees are so nice and thorough, and it s quick and convenient for a great price! There were also little touches that just put them above and beyond, such as an employee holding the door open for me, complimentary quick vacuum, hot popcorn, and a rose!
