Paid for my tires online and set up the appointment for about a week later. Arrived just before 10AM (first appointment of the day) and was taken care of promptly. If not the first appointment, they do recommend showing up 15 minutes before your scheduled time since they usually have a line. They wrote down my cell and said it'd be an hour. Actually got it done in less than an hour! Wanted to post about my straightforward and positive experience here because I read all the negative reviews as well. Perhaps they're getting the staff and support they need to provide great service? This is for March 2024. Thank you, Costco Superior! (They reminded me that my 80K warranty is based on regular tire rotation which they provide for free- just set up the appointment online. Will do!)

I noticed that I stopped receiving Sentry alerts the day following service. After 2 days of no alerts I checked my settings and sentry mode was turned off. I'm the only one who drives this car and there were no updates to the car software during this time. The only reasonable explanation was that the tire service turned off my sentry mode. They have no business touching security settings in my car during a service.About a week after the incident I noticed damage to my right front passenger door. Not something that was easy to spot unless the sunlight was hitting it in the right way. I don't know if the tire shop caused this damage but it's highly suspicious that there are no incidents on the saved sentry video of someone hitting my car but Costco turned it off right around the time the damage was discovered.I submitted. an incident report with Costco 3 weeks ago. They told me turn around would be a few days at that time. I've still not heard back from them on this issue.

The Costco Tire team tonight was a lifesaver for me. I recently had new tires installed by Costco, but today I had a flat. I called to ask for an appointment for a tire repair and they said they were full, but to bring it over to leave with them and they would try to get me an appointment in the next couple of days. Well I spent an hour getting my spare tire put on only to realize my spare was too flat too drive on.. then spent another 2 hours trying to get a tow truck to come out...Finally got it towed to Costco.. when I arrived and explained the situation- the technician Derek came out and told me he would get my tire fixed within the hour. After the stressful and upsetting evening I had- Derek's kindness really made a huge difference. They had my tire fixed within an hour, filled my spare tire and checked all my other tires for me- all at no cost because of Costco's tire warranty. I couldn't be happier with the service I received tonight from Derek and the entire Costco Tire center team.. I highly recommend Costco for tires and really appreciate the service I received today!

Krystal is incredible. She really showed me grace today and helped me and my daughter out with a damaged tire liner. It was snowing considerably and everything was very stressful. Randy & Mason helped out too and a nice woman at the front whose name I didn t catch. I think the service was incredible, personable, memorable and life-saving. Props, team! We love you. -Anastasia & Hope

If you think waisting 2 hours is worth saving $10-$20 on just swapping out tires than it s totally worth it. Had an appointment for 12:15 got my car back by 2:15. Never waited so long, go to your local non chain tire store for rotations it ll be about the same price and they are usually first come first serve. Seems like appointments to Costco doesn t mean much. Stoked I waisted hours of my day off smh

When you ask for tire installation, book it online in advance! Usually takes 2 weeks. They allow 4-5 walk in per day but don t do this! I was waiting in line from 7:30am (winter hours: opens at 8am, not 10am),2nd person in line, but took me until 3pm to complete... 2 hours delay from what they mentioned in the morning. No delay notice and no return calls... Come on Costco! What I noticed was that the staffs are doing a good job (at least people at the counter: 5 stars) but UNDERSTAFFED! From a customer perspective: 1 star.Come on Costco! Help these guys out!

We went in for a routine tire rotation and had a positive experience. JJ and the staff were clear, courteous, and right on time. In and out in 40 minutes just enough time to make a Costco run through the store!

Had a great experience with JJ and the Costco tire team. I came in an hour before closing on Saturday of Labor Day weekend with a nail in my tire. JJ had it repaired in under and hour and I was on my way!

Unfortunately, there's some ongoing construction in my neighborhood and a nail punctured the sidewall of my tire. This happened 2 days before NYE. That said, the Tire Center team was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, order me a new tire, and have it installed only 2 days after the New Year. Remarkable over the course of the holidays / end of the year. The team here is never not busy and they're doing the best they can with what they have. And I've got to give a huge shout out to Katelyn at the front desk. Anyone who's worked customer service knows it's a thankless job. Yet she goes 110% to make sure customers are taken care of, including myself. Appreciate you guys, thank you!

If terrible service had a name, it would be Costco Tire Center in Superior. Want to be told that your appointment "can't be found in the system, but you can either wait 4 hours or come back in a month"? And then, when they actually do find your appointment in the system a month later, want to sit around for two hours because they "forgot" your car? Come here and these people will "help" you! An absolute joke. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. I won't be making that mistake again.

Two years ago I purchased a set of BFG KO2 tires for my jeep through Costco (~1.2k total out the door) and had no issues with the initial process, work was done well and in a timely manner. After hitting a pothole, my wheel broke and needed replacing. I purchased a new wheel myself, and called Costco to check on the ability to reinstall the tire (purchased through them) on the new wheel. I was unable to get through on the phone, but as I still have all the original paperwork I went in to have it taken care of. I've moved since purchasing these tires so keeping a membership didn't make sense, but I assumed that the tires purchased through Costco would be taken care of still, and if the "roadside warranty" needed to be honored I would be in the right place already. I made the drive to the Superior location, and was told that because I am not a member, they would not perform service for me even as a paying customer. I've now brought the wheel and tire to a local shop, but they will be unable to honor any roadside warranties as I purchased through Costco.TL;DR: Unprofessional manager pushed to sell unecessary membership instead of taking care of a customer. Their prices are great and their monthly deals are often unbeatable. But their service is lacking. Maybe they need to hire an extra staff member to be responsible for answering phones and customer relations.I had to order my tires online. I did so. When my tires came in, they say to schedule online, but you can't. I don't know if it's an error in the system, but every day shows as full, so I couldn't schedule online. I tried calling, multiple times on multiple different days. No one ever answers the phone. I've left voicemails. No one ever calls back. There's a two-week window before the tires are sent back to where-ever they came from, but it's impossible to schedule or talk to anyone, so I don't know what they expect to do. The only choice left is to just show up and talk to them in person. What a poor experience. Very disappointing from Costco, where I expect better. Hire the staff you need to handle the load you have!

Poor technical service, "warranties" are a joke. I had purchaed Michelin tires with a 70,000 mile "warranty", but all four were bald and feathered on the inside at 35,000. This was an obvious alignment issue that would have been easy for a tech to notice. But, even though I had been getting the tires rotated every 5-6k, the sales person confirmed there were no notes about it and further went on to explain that they wouldn't be able to do anything with regards to the warranty as a result. Nothing. $0. I don't know if it's apathy, lack of expertise, or what, but despite having bought many, many sets of tires there I'm finally done.

I will try to keep story short. Today had flat tire that I had bought at Costco 2 years ago.... 16,000 miles were on the tires, Bridgestone, and they were the most expensive tires I had ever bought. I had followed all of Costco's warranty procedures, regularly coming in to have them rotated, etc. The manager today told me that the warranty would only cover 50% of this one tire's cost, and that I would have to buy 3 new tires for my Subaru. 16,000 miles is 50% of the life on the tire?!Went to Discount Tire in Boulder... I was unhappy with Costco. Assistant Manager there told me that the warranty is a manufacturer's warranty, not a Costco warranty, and that the 50% discount should have been applied to ALL FOUR TIRES I was going to purchase at Costco! He comped me $200 off what Costco had "offered" as a price for the exact same tires.THIS STORE RIPS PEOPLE OFF! Their warranty covers all four tires, but they only offered it on my one popped tire! They were going to gauge me- AVOID THEM!

I have had a couple less-than-stellar experiences with Costco Tire Center. Most recently, I called to see if the 90k warranty on my Michelin Defenders would transfer to new ownership. I have sold the car and the tires, with only 10k miles on them, will be sold separately. Looks like I will be unable to utilize that warranty to secure for myself most of the value. Big win for Costco- not so much the consumer. I have also found that if you have purchased one set of tires from Costco and another elsewhere- say you switch them out for summer/winter, Costco will charge you for that rotation depending on the season. Discount tire, on the other hand, will not. At $40 per swap, this is not nothing. Personally, I'm done with Costco Tire Center.

Went into the tire center to replace two rear tires. It took 3 people to decide what tire was appropriate for my vehicle. 2 tires were purchased and scheduled for installation 2 days later. I was informed upon bringing my car in that ths tires I purchased were not right for my vehicle. It would seem to me the technicians should have known that after inspecting my punctured tire. It's obvious they don't care about their customer service and staff the tire center with personnel that know nothing.

Great customer service in the Tire Center.I do wish the tire customers could shop while we wait - it only makes good sense on both sides. I have an early appt and I would even upgrade to Executive status to get better perks like they do at SAM's Club. They let the Business customers in at 7AM! So I sit there for at least an hour while tires are installed and Costco could be making money. The tire center does seem to be under-staffed, but the team they have deal with that very well. Too bad they aren't appreciated by Costco enough to bring on one more person for the busier times. Many people are looking for part-time gigs.

The tire center opens at 8am every day, not 10am like the rest of the storeand like listed in this Google page. They do take appointments now, which is an improvement, but during the busy season (putting snow tires on lots of cars) you may need to make an appointment weeks in advance. They still have room for walk-in customers, but it's smart to plan to drop off the car when they open and pick it up when it's ready or at the end of the tire center day; 7pm weekdays, 6pm weekends. The employees I've dealt with are pleasant and patient, despite the many customers they must deal with who are impatient and angry about Costco's scheduling policies. The employees have no control over those and generally do their best to be fair, so please be kind to the people who are at the bottom of the heirarchy doing the dirty work for us.

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at this tire center. In the past there have been no issues! I brought my car in last week for a tire rotation and balance. After it was done, I noticed my tires were shaking worse than when I brought it in. I had to stop working and bring my car back to get it fixed, and afterwards I was told they were hiring a new guy and that he put the weights on the wrong side. Then, I had to bring it back a third time because the tires were still shaking! They told me all 4 tires were still a little off. I m not sure what s going on, but I m hoping the next time I bring my car in I don t have to waste so much time bringing it back again and again just so it s done right.

Went in after 6:30pm with a nail in my tire. The Costco team stayed late to finish patching my tire since I need to take a trip to ft. Collins in the AM. Great team who worked really hard to squeeze me in. Way to go Costco tires in the 80027.

If i could give a zero i would! Their service was atrocious!! We had to wait 11 days for our tires to be shipped in all while i had a screw in one and had to keep filling it with air. They never even called to tell us they arrived. We finally called them bc we were going to go else where if they weren t in. We took our car in and after waiting 11 days (and paying almost $700 In advance) we had to wait almost 4 hours for them to get to us. When we went back to get it it was still in the same parking space not being worked on and then when they were minutes away from closing realized they only had 3 of the tires we ordered. The only price adjustment they gave us for this horrible experience was $50 in a Costco gift card! I m livid and WILL NEVER BE GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I would encourage everyone to find a different tire store/suppler, no business should stay open with the lack of quality and customer service as horrendous as this.

Pretty satisfied with my experience getting winter's put on! Costco's amenities and prices were hard to beat compared to discount tire, though they do have a limited selection. My only complaint is that they scuffed and peeled the plastdip on my rims in the process, though I should've informed them to be extra careful beforehand and this was an easy fix!!

Slow, could care less about customer service. Maybe good deals on tires if you have the time and patience to go through with the rest of the maddening process of simple purchase and installation.

I wanted to write a special note about the Costco Tire and the manager, Justin, who took a lot of time this morning to address my concerns and get me squared away. His service was above and beyond and, regardless of some concerns I've had about other Costco Tire employees (at this location and others), this center will get my business as long as Justin is managing it.

We booked an online appt last night. Everyone was really nice. I listened to one of the employees patiently listening to a long winded story from an old man about his plan to get down to 3/32. Old guy saw an excellent example of great customer service and training. We got fast efficient help and they asked the right questions. They called us before we made it through Costco to tell us we were all set. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!

Costco neglected to tighten lug nuts on one of the wheels after purchasing tires here. My dealership had to replace entire wheel assembly. Incident was sent to corporate and have yet to have a resolution after 3 weeks of waiting. Almost $800 of my money tied up in the repair. Beware.

The website says they have a battery I need. Call the tire center and no one answers. Try back and get the general Costco operator. She says I have to come into the store to see if they have or can get it and can't give me an estimate on how long ordering it would take. All around, lame service.

The work seems fine, but reception is staffed by only one person who seems extremely overworked. Both times I've come in ( before and after the fire) it took more than half an hour for myself and others to get their cars, even after being told that the car was ready.

Tom went above and beyond in his care of my car and customer service. In addition to helping me out with some water in my spare wheel well he gave me some great info about what can impact tire air pressure. This is the only place I'll come for my tire needs. Thanks Tom!

I love going to Costco, i always find what i need if not theres always someone that can help you. I think there customer service is great. The only thing i would change is there hours maybe give customers an extra hour but if not it's ok i still love shopping at Costco:)
