Colorado Mountain Towing assisted me with starting a dead vehicle today. The owner was very prompt, cordial and great at communicating his whereabouts as he made his way to my location.. He had all the necessary equipment. The process to obtain the assistance needed was very quick and easy.

Ali, the owner of Colorado Towing Company, personally assisted me in getting my car started and back on the road. He could not have been more helpful, positive or fully committed to customer service. Ali (sp?) really went out of his way to make an awful experience less terrible. Had great suggestions for where to get a repair, and jumped my car for no extra charge. Highly recommend him, he's a roadside savior!

It is scary needing car assistance on the side of a highway! Ali was fast to arrive and took extra steps for my safety! This company is the BEST! We were stranded on the side of I-70 near Georgetown. After hours of trying to resolve the problem we decided to go back home and wait until the next day. My husband brought a new starter. Shortly after we got back to the truck the owner pulled up and offered to help. He spent at least 2 hours helping, and after it was replaced we discovered that that wasn't the only issue. We contacted insurance with his help because he works with them. Because our home is not in his service area they wouldn't approve him for payment. He waited with us to see if they could find another company because it was dark and he didn't feel like it was safe for us to be on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. Insurance was no help and told us that IF they could find someone they could just come get it if we left the keys in the car, or we could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. He even offered to discount the cost for insurance and they still said no. They shortly called back and said there were no towing companies available at all even thougth we had a towing company on site that works with them - so ridiculous. He offered to tow the truck all the way back to Highlands Ranch (his company is in Silverthorne), and was very generous with the cost. Anyone else would have left us there. He went above and beyond and took hours out of his day and night. We are so grateful that there are kind people in this world like him! Please recommend him!!! Ali (not sure if spelled correctly) was a true pleasure to work with - responsive, helped us out of a tricky situation where our car was on the highway between Kremmling and Steamboat, and helped work through some issues with the insurance. Thank you so much! Highly recommend their service.
