Wow, just wow. Called 3 auto parts stores in Pueblo for a new battery. This the only store that would help me with the installation. Jay, one of the women that worked in the store is an absolute ROCK STAR!!!! She helped me (67 yr old women) and went above and beyond. It's too bad customer service is a thing of the past but certainly not here. Thank you so much Jay.

The posted hours said they were open until 9: 00pm. The doors were locked at 8:55. Maybe they should change their posted hours. I wasted 5 minutes coming over here when I could have went somewhere else to get the part I needed.

I had a great experience last week at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1005 Highway 50 West, specifically because of Michael. Michael went way beyond in helping me fixing my mirror on my truck. Definitely earned my future business because of the customer service I received with Michael.

The price posted for oil was $3.99, however when I reached the cashier, the price was $5.49.When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that the tag should have been pulled and the clerk wasn t going to honor it. I challenged him and was told by him that he makes minimum wage and he couldn t do anything about it. Take it or leave it. I asked to speak to a manager at that point and the manager also pushed back and said they forgot to pull the tags from the previous sale. I was confused as to how that was my problem. I continued to insist on the lower price which was clearly marked and finely received it. After completing my purchase, I was told I was rude and he didn t have to take it and reminded me again that he only made minimum wage. His statements were irrelevant to the poor customer service that both he and his manager displayed. When I left he bowed and said, Namaste .I was appalled and frustrated at the way I was treated and will never ever shop at O Reillys again.

Everybody points crazy just about every store you venture into you're asked for some kind of loyalty card a customer might be a little more grateful if they would just put a name with the order that way they know who you are when you walk in and ask for your parts. courtesy call would have been nice ,I guess they don't do that any more either

If I go to an auto parts store because I want to spend money to give myself work. The only good part is that I didn't pay for someone else five times more to do it. People who work at an auto parts store are typically courteous, knowledgeable, and you can talk to them from across the store and nobody is going to complain.

Bought a belt here for my jeep. My wife who has been a mechanic for over 30 yrs as a civilian and for the military put the belt on and the very next day it was already shredding apart. We took pics of what was happening and the pieces of belt that came off. Took the pieces back to store with receipt and when the employee came out to look under my hood his first words were where are all the other belts. We said that there was only one it was a serpentine belt. Then he said it was probably a pulley that was seized. Wow! I guarantee no pulley was seized. My wife is very thorough with working on engines. She checks everything and even checks everything around the are she works on just to make sure everything is in good working order. She is very thorough like I said. They just didn't want to be held responsible for their product or any damage that it might have caused. He then turned to my wife who was already fuming cuz the belt had shred after not even a full day of being on. He told her he would replace it this one time. But they way he said it was an insult to my wife and her mechanic ability. She about bleeding a gasket herself. No matter what caused it , a belt even a poor quality one should of made it further the a day before coming apart. All we asked is that they stand behind the products they sell. Now because some of the belt got wedged under my power steering pump pulley, its makes a squealing noise constantly now. Never did before this happened. Not to mention it was a new power steering pump and pulley just put on less than 6 months ago. They needs people that know how to work on engines to determine what is going on instead of ones that dont know how many belts a vehicle has. He just made himself sound like an idiot right off the bat. Not to mention dont ever insult a woman mechanic, the outcome will not be good. Being a women first they are always having to prove themselves and that they can do the job. These women already know their stuff and can without a doubt work on these engines proficiently. So dont insult their intelligence it just makes you sound stupid.

Lol....I would give em a zero star if I could. U shouldn't look at someone stupid instantly.... because I didn't remember which store a battery was purchased at . Didn't say AutoZone on it ....got a sarcastic comment instantly. "That's a Auto zone battery....we don't sell that "

Im always working on something so it seems like I'm always pricing parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and can usually answer questions about the parts I'm calling about. There has been more than a few times when I was dealing with some kind of issue and had to be creative to get it done, so I was able to brainstorm and bounce ideas off the staff and they'd always have feedback to help me out. I always choose O'Rielys over the competition ever since they used to be checkers

They were good I guess i went to the southside originally and they didn't have the part so the employee called to make sure they did and they did so we bought it at the south side store and went to the North side store to collect it I went in and said that I bought a part at the south side store and they said you had it ready like always people don't believe me and he was looking for the product and was about to call the other store and he found it sooo I signed for it and I proceeded to walk around the store and it seemed like I was being followed by everybody and I really don't like that I just make myself look suspicious and I make them run around in circles till I just drop everything and walk out

Way to long of a wait and to hear people talking badly about a customer that just walked out the door I think that was very unprofessional and I will pull my business account from this place and use advanced auto

On a trip out of town our brake light housing lens somehow went missing. We stopped at a store in Amarillo, an employee named David helped with the sale. David went a step further by helping apply the new lens and we were back on the road. Thanks for all the help.

The starter in my 1979 CJ5 Jeep went out in the Lowe's parking lot today. O'Reilly had my starter in stock at a very reasonable price. And Billy was so polite. I took my starter, borrowed tools from Billy and was back on the road in no time! Thank you!

These folks were so kind to me today. They went beyond what they had to do to help me with my issue on a trailer of all things. I am very happy with the service I was provided.

I went for breakfast nearby and when I went to start my car, it wouldn't start. The customer service they provided me was above and beyond amazing. Getting a new battery was so incredibly simple!

About 6-6:20 pm 8-19-2019, went in there to buy a part and borrow a few very basic tools to change a part in their parking lot. Maybe the guy was embarrassed by their lack of tools...but said we dont do charity cases. I asked...are you calling ME a charity case? He was speechless for a moment then said we help when we can. I soooooooo wish I was a secret shopper right then. &#%% @"^&% $_ &%&&=%*[](&_$a !!!!!

Good store, hard to get help finding what you need, counter help will watch you walk all over store before they ask if they can help. Need a bit more ambition.

friendly and helpful staff, they also offer free tool rental for the harder jobs that you might not have the tools for generally competitive pricing

It's more corporate than the store. Pay more money don't get in house brand. And if your thinking plug wires. Dont just go to Napa for that.

Didn't care for not one employee from management too employees I most definitely will never purchase anything from this store , if I broke down on the hwy next to this store I would walk 1 mile down the road to purchase from another parts house.

Helped us find a challenging part for an old car, then provided tools and assistance to make it work. So refreshing to find service that went above and beyond the computer screen. Kudos to Charlie.
