Able to diagnose and suggest future services my current mechanic missed. Very pleased with the current accomodations offered to me while I waited. I was informed when I paid that they also do Oil Changes. Saw the price and I am surprised. They are cheaper than some other non-accredited shops in the area. Considering using Jeremy's for more of there services now.

This is by far the best garage I have been to. I have a 2013 Ford Edge with some battery issues. I contacted them about 8am on a Monday and they were able to get me in, diagnose my vehicle, and have it all fixed (with an oil change), by the end of the work day. I was frequently updated about my car as well as asked more questions about the issue. They actually cared about what was going on. Turns out a battery terminal that I had replaced by the dealership in town was wrong. And they did it for a third of the cost of the two other garages I took it to (who didn't even fix an issue, just thought I was dramatic and fixed other issues). Now I don't have any anxiety when I go to turn on my car because I know it's going to turn on. I'm so impressed by their service, price, and professionalism. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

I needed help right away because I my battery light was staying on and it was not my battery. I was able to get in right away. The car maintenance facility I used to go to would have required me to set up an appointment probably a week or two in advance. And I like how it is possible to get information about the entire car. My car was running much better after the work was done. For about sixty dollars you get a report about the condition of several systems and if you have electrical issues you can get a check of your entire electrical system for about $113.00. And they were able to get the repair work done in one day (alternator replaced and two rear shock absorbers replaced).

Great shop. I had a guy in one of my work trucks break down in Pueblo late in the day. They fit me in, diagnosed, contacted me about the issues, parts ordered and done the next day. Refreshing to have a company doing business like this.

I needed an oil change and a new place in Pueblo West to take my car. They had really great reviews and now I know why. They were able to get me in and get me a ride home and pick me up when it was done. I will absolutely use them from here on out.

Definitely wasn't impressed with the way they run the diagnosis. Got a text message and picture of a dirty air filter and was told the tie rod is broken. Kept my car all day and was quoted $560.00 for an alignment. Would be ready in 3 days... Very disappointed in the up sales as the back bearing was out and they made no mention of it. Instead they wanted to replace an air filter when I asked for an alignment. Steer clear unless you have deep, deep pockets.

I needed an alternator replaced on my 99 Jeep Grand cherokee, they said they don't work on anything that's 20 years old or more, I do have other vehicles that are newer but I would not take my vehicle to them for any reason. Just a nasty piece of auto repair place!

Jeremy s Garage is the only place I bring my car in for any work/maintenance since I moved to Pueblo a couple of years ago. I work fairly close by which is why I scheduled my appointment originally. They not only drove me to work after I checked in, but picked me up from work to bring me back to my car when they were complete with the maintenance required. Everyone was extremely friendly and they provided you with a report of everything that you will need to fix eventually or needs to be fixed currently. They were extremely professional and helpful with specifics, as my car is slightly modified in making sure everything was right with it. We went in for some maintenance work and Jeff and Greg and the rest of the team took care of us. They advised of the cost of the repairs and it was over $100+ cheaper over our other estimates. That's a chunk of change on a fixed income. We always go there for oil changes and they always advise of any problems and estimates. We feel comfortable going there and in the garage as a whole.

They are very personable and make you feel like your vehicle is being taken care of. I didn't have to constantly call and I did not have to wait long for my issues to be fixed!! As a person who demands the best when it comes to service on my vehicles, I strive to find places who are as concerned with quality work as I am. Jeremy's Garage has won my business for work on my cars! The staff is great, pleasant, and treat you like you are important. Their work is fabulous. My car looked the same when I got it as when I dropped it off. No handprints, no spots, only extreme care when working on my vehicle!!Their prices are reasonable and the car was ready when promised. I have been going there for 6 years and have several cars and trucks they work on. They have always been honest and fair prices, doing good quality work. Whenever I have a problem with the warranty they have honored it immediately without any hassle. Zach was absolutely fantastic! I called about 10:35- 10:40 and Zack was here and done by 11:30 and it was such a reasonable price, much less than what I anticipated. Would definitely use them again if I needed to.

My wife and I have used Jeremy's Garage in Pueblo West for the past ~3 years. We took our old Durango in a few years back and they did a great job at a competitive price; however, we recently had issues with a couple of different vehicles this year have had very poor experiences - so much so, that we will not be coming back here.Not sure if they changed owners, or if management quality is lower than it was in the past, but I brought my vehicle in to have the brake pads & to look at the rotors, and they ended up quoting me nearly $450 higher than Mountain View Auto. In addition to some hassle and conflicting information they provided regarding a $50 diagnostic fee that they didn't disclose ahead of time. I asked my wife to pick the keys up before they closed, because why would we spend $900 for them to replace our rotors & breaks when Mountain View would do it for half the price (come on, it's a commuter car - not a Mercedes), and there were 3 men who proceeded to argue with my wife, tell her that I had "misunderstood", and basically threatened to not return the keys unless we paid it. That's how you treat customers who have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the past few years? Over $50 that shouldn't have been applied AND was not disclosed ahead of time?Don't even get me started on the shady work that we had on our AC and "exhaust issues". Shame on me for not asking more questions before I hemorrhaged/wasted hundreds of dollars by overpaying for a service that I may not have even needed (I was busy - that's on me for rushing).I no longer trust these folks and will not be coming back here, plus they charge way more than other shops out here. Not to mention, I work in business myself, and I would never let my team conduct themselves the way they did with my wife - not classy.Strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

My mother recently asked Jeremy's if they could diagnose her car. They initially said it would be a few days before they could do so. When she explained some pressing circumstances, they were able to fit her in, diagnose it, and return it in a day. They only kept it so long to verify the issue had been solved. They charged just for a diagnostic fee, they certainly could have charged more for service.This customer service was above and beyond, and our whole family has a new go-to shop.

I have been taking my cars to Jeremy's Garage for a few years now and I consistently have positive experiences. They often give me old parts and they have brought me to the back with my car on the lift to explain. As a younger woman it can be hard to find a shop that will show you that kind of respect. Recently, I took my car to a dealership on the road to get my AC fixed and they said it would be $1100.00 + so I waited to get home and take it to Jeremy's garage. They were able to fix my AC and do a couple other things for under $1000. If you are looking for an honest and fair shop with great people this is the place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just used Jeremy s Garage this last week. Originally my car was having issues with saying it was overheating and then it would shut down, and a coolant leak was found. I took the car to them. During the course of their work, they discovered the leak and some other issues I was not expecting. It turns out rabbits had chewed all of the wiring in my front bumper, which only added to all the problems I was having. If it was not for the dedication of the mechanics at this shop this might have been overlooked and never fixed. I would also like to mention that this shop really cares about their customers. I was shocked to hear the news of the additional repairs that would need to be done on my car, but they worked with me to get the job done for a fair and reasonable price. It was also done in a very speedy manner. I would highly recommend Jeremy s Garage because of their level of professionalism, compassion, and quality of work. Greg and the staff were so helpful!!! I was going to be charged over $1400 at the dealership for a new alternator. Jeremy's staff thoroughly looked at my vehicle and found out the true issue. They saved me over $1000!! Jeremy's Garage is amazing and puts the customer first. Thanks guys!

Absolutely zero problem solving skills and not trying to fix problems that don t have an easy google search answer. If your has any custom work, the tech will freak out and then just refuse to do the work, but continue to charge you I have a custom Ford van that needs a simple rewiring to the switch and a charge. I was charge double what I was quoted for the charge and then they refused to even try to do the rewiring for the switch, which was the whole reason I took it in. They kept the van for two days, just to call and say that if I wanted the work done, it would be another appointment in a few weeks from now and a lot of work and a lot more money, just because they don t know how to trace wires back and refused to figure it out.Almost $400 later, two full days of work, and they accomplished the bare minimum of charging the condenser for twice the cost of other local places.Also, would like to add that the tech calling me was rude and not happy about the custom work that had been done before them, as if I could control that he was upset that he didn t know how much Freon to add since it was a custom job, I had to respond with, I don t know either, which is why I took it to a mechanic clearly I chose the wrong place.Service: Air conditioning

Up until today Jeremy's was the only garage that worked on my cars. I've spent thousands of $$$ there on my Cruze and Trailblazer. Today I took it in because a code reappeared that they supposedly fixed but maybe it's another problem, so not covered by warranty. Also, as I was driving home from work, the hose on the output of water pump came off and the engine overheated. I pulled over as quick as possible and diagnosed the problem. They claim they never took the hose off when they fixed the thermostat a few weeks ago. I personally replaced the water pump 2 years ago. I suppose it's possible but improbable the hose stayed on the nozzle for 2 years without the clamp being secured. So I'll take the hit for it. Luckily, I was within walking distance of an O'Reilly. I purchased a pair of Channel Locks and some coolant and walked back to make the repair. Because of tight quarters and the angle, I worked on getting the clamp back for about 30 minutes but couldn't quite get it to seat properly. I got it just enough where I felt safe to drive it back to Jeremy's. I figured I they would seat the clamp for me and then I could take it back to deal with the code. No-can-do. Wanted me to leave it overnight and charge me for the diag and a replacement clamp. I told them to give me my car back. When I got home, I was able to take a pair of angled needle nose pliars and seat the clamp properly. It literally took me 10 seconds. So Jeremy;'s has lost a good customer over a hose clamp.Update to my review: Jeff at Jeremys called me the very next morning to apologize for how things were handled regarding my car. Not a lot of shops will do that. On the day of the incident, I was pretty angry. Given the ordeal I had just experienced and In the heat of the moment, I don't think I was any mood to be argued with about a hose clamp. He told me if the under-boost code reappears to bring it in and they will do the diagnostic at no charge. In previous dealings with this company, they have always been professional and fair. This shop has a very friendly and honest staff. They have never recommended anything that wasn't needed.
