This shop is clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. No matter the situation, I always get my vehicle back the same day. I recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs.

"Unfortunately, my experience with A to Z Auto Repair & Auto Body was quite disappointing. I initially took my car in for hail damage, and they assured me that they would contact my insurance and provide an estimate. However, days went by without any communication from their end. I decided to reach out to them, and they promised to call me back with an update within a few hours. I patiently waited, but no call came.After a week of waiting, I finally decided to call them again, only to be informed that they were too busy to attend to my car. While I understand that they may be dealing with a high volume of customers, it was frustrating to have to wait for almost two weeks before being told this. The lack of communication and the unnecessary delay in providing updates left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.Based on my experience, I would not recommend A to Z Auto Repair & Auto Body. Communication is a crucial aspect of any service, and it's unfortunate that they fell short in this regard. It's important to find an auto repair shop that values efficient and timely communication with their customers."

A to Z has had very good and speedy customer service time and time again and have always been more than great at communicating with me the state of my vehicles and providing me with important details throughout my experiences with them, they've always done their best to accommodate me as a customer and have always left my vehicles better than when left in their care.

It's nearly impossible to get a hold of these guys since Devin is the one answering calls, and he's constantly avoiding people (I know from sitting in the lobby). And he's short-staffed too, and really needs a secretary.He worked with me and the insurance company quite a bit though which is appreciated. I just wish he wouldn't have quit answering my calls so that we could actually get the work completed, as my vehicle is still making a noise that it never made before when in 4wd.And the whole process has taken about two months when I was originally told it would take 2 weeks or less, and that has cost me extra money for a rental vehicle, though they did provide some free work to help make up for that.So timeliness and punctuality aren't something to expect here, but if they mess up, they'll try to make it right... If you can get a hold of them. And if you live in Pueblo, it's far better to just walk in and get some attention that way.

The guys at AtoZ pulled off an impossible 1 day fix on our Jeep Wrangler. They were kind and courteous. We were about to cancel a trip, but they got it done! I recommend anyone in Pueblo and surrounding areas to check them out.

Never use this shop never answered phone told me it would be 400 to fix be ready on Thursday I called said Friday went yuck up my fiat told me it would be 1800 more they did not even tried fixing it had it towed home I have never experienced such awful car repair in my life never use these guys scammetzy

Devon and Brandon were great! I just knew I had mouse damage to some wiring, and I stopped in to see when I should bring it back. They had me wait while they checked it out, they fixed it, and I was on my way in no time. Their pricing was a drop in the bucket compared to what I spent for similar critter damage on my other vehicle at the dealership! The guys were friendly and inviting throughout my visit. On time very professional. Highly recommended. I would definitely go back there for all my car service needs. Other shops overcharged me. . Not A to Z they worked with me. I referred my whole family there and my friends. They are very pleased with their work they get down on their vehicles. Everything was well explained to me before they worked on my vehicle. The most reliable and honest mechanic. They target the issue and don't try to sell you on something that does not need to be fixed. They are fair priced, warrant their work and get the job done in a timely manner. We have taken our car to A to Z Auto Repair numerous times and every time we leave happy and our car driving great. They are very professional and knowledgeable about cars. Their prices are affordable and they do not over charge you. We will always go here to get our car fixed. I called them up they got my son's car towed there the next morning. Called me to tell me what it needed and explained what was most crucial....and why..Completed the job in a timely manner..they did not in any way lie for more than what needed to be done like other places..they are a great family run business. They truly care about their customers and the work they perform. They even helped me get my car back home because I couldn't find anyone to help me get over there to get it..I am completely pleased with them..I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I truly recommend them to anyone. Thank You so very Much A to Z auto!!!!

Recently had my Ford Escape worked on here and it's never ran better. Prices were fair and customer service was outstanding. I'm glad to have a found a reliable and trustworthy place in Pueblo.

Can t say enough good things about these guys. Devin was very accommodating to my budget. Even gave me a ride home while Ed worked on my truck.Ed is truly a mechanic you can feel comfortable about working on your vehicle. He added my Eibach suspension parts beautifully, and even fixed TONS of errors two other local shops made, that I hadn t noticed!I ll honestly be back for SO many different things. My car had got stolen i had no clue what was wrong with it and i was on a budget and this company worked with me and helped me out sooo much they found everything that was wrong fixed it and made sure i new what needed to be done all the people that work there are definitely angels to me and my children i would go back and send family + friend there!!!
