They are the definition of family owned and operated. The blunt honesty is top tier. I had a bad fix on my jeep. They were able to diagnose and work with me on what to fix. We problem solved TOGETHER. To make sure 1 I could even pay what was broken and 2 that I understood what went wrong and how to avoid this in the future. They are seriously the best workers I ve had the privilege to even get to know. Thank you guys so much for everything! I m going to miss yall the most in all of Colorado.

From the moment that I arrive to the moment that I drove away, the staff was super kind, helpful, and made sure I had an excellent experience. My car is currently being repair and I've been in possession of a loaner for the past month, which I noticed one of the tires had a bulge. After two failed attempts to obtain service at other tire locations who refused to utilize the voucher provided through the Rental Company, they advised me to stop by this location, as it is their go-to and they have never had any issues. It turns out the tires were running low on thread and numerous tires had air bubbles and some issues; they went ahead and replaced all 4 tires to ensure I had a safe rental to drive around before the snow hits. I was treated with kindness and respect, greeted in a pleasant and polite manner, offered coffee, received a rather speedy and expedited as well as seamless service. The rental vehicle apparently had not had an inspection, which they took responsibility of doing. As I was headed out and stepped into my rental vehicle, one of the individuals who assisted with the actual tire replacements, came up to my window to ask if I had a satisfactory service and if I needed anything else at this time. While I had a chaotic morning dealing with other providers trying to sort this tire situation on my rental out, I am so glad I decided to stop by and get the issue resolved. Thank you so much to everyone here and your diligent work! I will definitely stop by with my personal vehicle next time I need support. Happy holidays!

Wonder place of business. I work for uber so I needed immediate help on my car so I could work. Time is money. This place was recommended by a friend and they fixed my issue so quickly and efficiently, it was incredible. They even helped out a small issue unrelated to what I needed done free of charge. Finally they are family owned and adorable. I was in town and needed an oil change. I was checking reviews for various places and was disheartened by how bad so many of them were. I came across Quick Lube and was very impressed with the high quality reviews. My impression with their facility was that they were very professional, fast, and did not try to upsale me on services that I didn't need or want.Service: Oil change

Wow, really disappointed! When I saw they were a family business and had good reviews I was really excited to give them a try versus all of the franchises I m surrounded by. I let them know upon arrival of my enthusiasm they were family owned. The lady, I m assuming she was the owner, just looked at me like I had a contagious disease, not once did she or any one there even bother with a smile!!! Prices aren t anything to be excited about. Gave me an initial diagnosis that was different from other competing business, and yes, more expensive. Then added another diagnosis, of course which was more expensive than the original one. I went ahead and let them do what they wanted though frustrated over their changing information. No real gratitude after I left, either verbally or non-verbally!!!! I guess they ll be glad I won t be using or referring their services again?!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I had a good experience. Fast work. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly, Polite & Quick.I have only been here one time. Service was good and I will return as needed.I did not call ahead. I just randomly stopped. Still got good service.

I am not much of a reviewer. However, I find myself compelled to share my experience at this Quick Lube. We came unannounced for a transmission flush on our Camry, and the shop was busy but still answered our questions and got our service done in a calm and collected maner. They gave my wife and I a good sense of business, which differs from other shops that we have been to. Thanks, Erie from Longmont.

If you are looking for a honest, no-nonsense, quick, polite and clean place to get an oil change, this is the place to go. They offer other services and repairs as well and they're great about offering any requested advice. But, there is never any high pressure into a million add-ons or feeling like you're going to drive away with more problems than you drove in with. I came in on what would normally be a busy Saturday morning and was out in less than 10 minutes.Their lobby has coffee and several chairs to sit in. It's quiet, clean. Very nice.I can't recommend this place enough. I've used it for several years when they had another name, but they're still the same great company and their rebrand has afforded them new more expansive hours but the same great, kind service with a smile. Definitely should be your go-to.

Nice staff, fair price. I brought my own oil and filter, no problem. They also looked over the car including checking the tire pressure at no extra cost.

Great family owned business! I really appreciate the fact that they get you in and out as quickly as possible. I'm usually in and out in 20 minutes. They also are honest and don't pressure you into anything extra.

So glad that I found this place. They changed my oil and installed new HID lights, ballasts and Ignitors on my 2014 Cadillac; while I waited. Service was quick and when I inquired on installing a few other parts, once I receive them, without hesitation, they said they can do it.I will definitely be back for regular service on my vehicle and any add'l services that I may need.

This Quick lube is amazing I needed to hit the rhode and travel and I was not having the best luck with putting air in my tires at the gas stations. I looked up the nearest quick lube. The couple in here were so nice. The gentleman checked my tires and told me I had to much air in them and that s not good. I asked them I much and they didn t even charge me. So nice of them. Thank you!

Awesome service and professionalism. Service is performed by grown adults and not by inexperienced kids like some of the chains. All of the suggested service was explained to me clearly and concisely without any high pressure tactics. The prices are competitive with other quick lube businesses. The service was finished quickly and my gut tells me I was dealing with an honest mechanic. Keep up the good work!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I love going here! Especially being a young women you can sometimes feel belittled or taken advantage of at auto repair shops, NOT HERE! The mechanics are very professional, understanding, and friendly. I feel like I am being taken seriously. The mechanics take the time to understand your concerns and needs on your vehicle. They perform outstanding service! Thank you so much Vu and all the other hard working mechanics!

I very rarely write reviews, but I wanted to for this business. The mechanic who helped me (wish I got his name) was polite, and professional. Took my car in immediately and quoted 20 minutes. Which they completed in less time. He mentioned that my filters needed to be replaced and that it would only take a few minutes more. Again, finished the job well, and very fast. Gave me an honest quote on other issues with my car that should be addressed, but did it without any pressure. I will 100% be returning here for all possible automotive needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
