I had a tire repair done at this location. Front staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. When I called them regarding my tire they were confident they could fix it. Where as when I called another tire repair place they were sort of clueless. Once I had an appointment they got me in and out within 26 minutes. I appreciated the service technician proactively placing my old tire back where it belonged which isn't easy for an over-sized off roading tire. I highly recommend using this Goodyear location for your tire needs.

I rarely go through the effort of giving a review but felt like people need to be aware of how the Melody Dr. location operates when considering where to get your vehicle serviced. Justin and his team deserve a 5 star rating for providing the level of care they do to their customers and if they can be rated higher for their honesty and integrity I would give them a 10. My Chrysler Pacifica wouldn t start one morning and put my battery on a charger and seemed to hold a charge so I asked Justin - without an appointment - if he could squeeze me in to isolate the problem, told me to drop it off and see what he could do later that day. My feeling was that he would identify a bad alternator and I d have to spend a mini fortune to fix it, so I took it in and left my car in his capable hands. Later that afternoon he called and said that his records showed since I d purchased the battery last year and was showing still under warranty they went ahead and replaced it at no charge since everything else tested to be functioning well. I was prepared to not only pay for a new battery but to also deal with a hefty repair bill if it needed it but because of Justin s integrity I paid nothing! Thank you Justin and his amazing & talented team for your hard work and honest business practices. You ve restored my faith that there are still good people doing honest work! I am a customer for life

I had my tires balanced at this location and found that my car was stearing to the right (with driving only 30 miles in this car). I made another apointment as they said they would warrenty this service when I called and once I arrived at my apointment, they said I would have to pay out of pocket. The manager Justin was very rude and confrontational. I would NEVER go to this location. Very poor customer service.

I m not saying the staff was bad, because they weren t. But I m saying improvements could be made. The front desk person on 2/9 wasn t too cordial. That seems like a key component of that position. Later, the person who called with the quote and suggestions didn t have knowledge of the things being discussed. A key component of that job.My confidence lies in the management that has been consistent for a few years and with whom I am comfortable placing my trust.

Justin, the manager, is a great guy. He s honest, respectful and an overall nice guy. I ve been going here for a couple of years and haven t been disappointed. Their oil change prices are hard to beat, and they don t try to oversell you on things you don t need.

Victor and his team are great to work with. I had purchased tires a few months ago for one of my cars and loved the way this crew took care of me and got they found the best tires the fit my overall driving. Recently just purchased rims for my suv and had to go to these guys to purchase a set of nice tires to go along with them. Pretty much changed my mind on the type of tires to go with and I am super happy these guys know what they are doing cause it came out great. Once again thank you victor and your team

They were super kind, very affordable and thorough. Changed my oil, rotated my tires and filled up my windshield washer and gave me some free coffee while I waited! I will be coming back for sure, thanks Goodyear.

Justin and the guys here are all great! Always kind, quick, take their time explaining the things I don't understand, and they're always honest. This is the only place we bring our cars for oil changes/alignments/tires/whatever else needs to be done.

They helped me and one worker even went beyond expectations by unexpectedly helping me out with costs. I will always be loyal to this shop, it is hard to find a trustworthy place to have your car serviced. Especially as a deaf man, which makes communication difficult and many seek to take advantage of that. This shop went out of their way to help me and I won't forget that. Five stars for them and I hope I can repay them for their unexpected kindness someday soon. Also, shout out to Andy, many thanks bro!

Brought my Toyota here for service the dealership wanted to charge me more than double for!Andy was amazing at explaining everything and letting me know exactly what was being done, even showing me the broken valve on the hose they took out to replace. It was nice to hear the management speaking so highly of the service technicians!Goodyear is SO MUCH MORE than just great tires!Andy touched base a week later to ensure everything was running smoothly! Highly recommend this location and team!

I went to Good Year for tires for the first time. The customer service there is above a five star. Andy helped me with what tires would be best and explained in detail, gave me lots of options and walked me through every step as well as keeping me posted during the process. I also had other issues that didn't pertain to just tires. During the service they addressed my issues , letting me know what was urgent and what could wait, all at no additional charge. Along with Andy, I spoke with Jarred and one other technician about my car. All were very knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, Goodyear will be my new go to place for both of my cars from now. Wonderful experience!

Amazing service! We were about to leave for a road trip and noticed a tire was low. We stopped at Goodyear to have them check/fill the tires and there was a nail in one. They were able to fit us in for a tire repair right then and we were quickly able to get on the road for our trip. The team was very friendly and efficient!

Justin Poplawski, thank you for your service back in the beginning of September. I was heading out on a cross-country trip for work and my passenger seat belt locked for no reason. 3 other companies including my vehicle's manufacturer couldn't fix it or wanted a ridiculous price to fix and or wanted me to come back days later. Justin fixed it in less than 10 minutes; my passenger and I were on our way. A MECHANIC'S HEART THROUGH AND THROUGH.Thank you Justin!

This place is slow as hell I ve been here for 2 hours just for alignment and they are still working on the car over charging us for it too do not recommend 1/5

I had an awesome experience at this location! I dealt with a gentleman named Jared and a gentleman named Justin and they both provided excellent customer service I was very pleased I don't know anything about cars and they both did a tremendous job explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and how to go about fixing it. It's hard to find a shop you can trust but I always feel at ease when I got to this Goodyear location. I definitely recommend this location to anyone having car troubles. You won't be disappointed!!!Anderson Chan

I usually come here for my oil changes but not after this last time. Got in for my appointment and after waiting over 15 minutes to talk to the front desk, the worker told me I was too late and had to come in 2 hours later.Took 15 minutes because he was talking to another customer before me about unrelated topics, didn t recognize that he was cutting into time like that. Wasted my time and made it seem like it was my fault, so I went straight to Valvoline after that.Unfortunate, but I m never coming back to change my oil here.

My husband and I both needed tires. And Andy provided an honest opinion on the tires for our vehicles.. we both love the ride the new tires provide..I also asked them to look at a clicking noise my car was making. And with their expertise and honesty they explained where the noise is coming from and gave the recommendation.I totally trust Andy and Justin .THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THESE GENTLEMEN!!! Super thankful for these guys. Bought a new car a few weeks ago, started hearing a weird noise and noticed the plastic under carriage was coming off. Asked if they had time to take a look at it, they may have been able to tell I was freaking out but they immediately took it back and just took the broken plastic piece over. They re the best and I will always only go here. Thank you for the peace of mind guys.

All Heroes Don't Wear Capes!!! Total respect for Justin, Cesar, and Andy, the greatest team and the best shop. Justin, I can't thank you enough. Starting my 16 hour road trip from Denver to Reno my jeep begins to overheat. Added coolant but still having issues late Sat afternoon. First shop turned me down. "No coolant technician" which really means "we close in an hour, kick rocks". Walked across the street and Justin knew this was going to be a few hours but had a few guys stay after the shop closed and got me squared away. I can't thank you guys enough for taking the extra time to check everything and working so hard after hours. I made it to Reno safe and even got a call from Justin checking if I made it back. Simply the best!! Thanks!!

Hands down the best tire experience in town. I ve been coming to this location for a little over 2 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say, great experience all around. Justin and Victor genuinely care about your vehicle and will recommend what is best when it comes to tires/alignments/oil change. The first time I came in Victor saw I drove a Subaru and that I was passionate about the car/brand. When my tire swap and oil change was finished he showed me his own vehicle, that I was super impressed by. Overall this location provides great service and has made me feel like family over the years. I ll be coming here for as long as I live in the area. Thank you both!!

made an appointment to have tires rotated and asked to have tire air pressure check and filled if needed. After waiting for a long time I was told They could not do tire rotation because my Jeep could not be lifted up due to a rusty frame. I left and went to another auto shop and they had no problem lifting my car and doing tire rotation. I found out also that Goodyear also did not air my tires as requested. My back left tire was very low on air as well as other tires were low as well. I can kind of understand on tire rotation however Very dissapointed Goodyear tire did not follow through on checking my air pressure and airing up my tires

My husband and I have gotten tires from goodyear for years. We just ran into what we thought was a battery issue, and Jared and his team were very professional, helpful, and kind. We will continue to come here for all our car needs.

Needed a patch for a leak in my tire. I showed up 10 minutes before the shop closed and they still helped me out! I am very grateful because after going to 3 other tire shops in the area and being told I wouldn t be able to get in until next week, these folks were able to patch my tire in 20 minutes and help me get on my way. Thank you for staying a little after closing to pull out a nail and patch the hole in my tire.

So thankful for this shop and for the GoodYear tire warranty! We've had our Goodyear tires for 14 months and purchased them in Virginia. We had a flat tire on the highway during a road trip to Colorado (awesome) and somehow made it to GoodYear on a spare that hadn't been used in 12.5 years and they squeezed us in! A HUGE Thank You! Lesson learned...we will always get the warranty!

These guys have went above and beyond with me making sure my tires are good to go, quick with oil changes, and addressing anything that needs to be done for the integrity of the car to be safe and reliable. I drive for Uber and have been coming to these guys since I moved to Colorado and there isn't anyone I would trust more at this point.

I'm mixed on my opinion of my experience at this tire shop. While they did get me in rather quickly when I drove over on a spare the man at the front desk seemed a little judgy. I feel like he assumed my price range based on my clothing which was greasy from placing the spare and the items in my vehicle. Instead of asking my address he also asked "if I had an address" I drive a lot for both of my jobs and have equipment for both in my vehicle. I'm not convinced that the solution I was given was the best for my vehicle but for my assumed price range. I am now concerned for the alignment on my car due to them only replacing one tire. I asked him if we needed to replace all for and he said only with all wheel but I still feel like the do l front two should be the same. The service was quick but I don't intend on going back to this tire shop although I may have to find another Goodyear to replace the other front tire and they will certainly charge me a service fee. So I don't even feel that I saved money. I think this place is fine if you work and office job but if you do any sort of labor or a job that requires equipment maybe go somewhere else.

Just brought in a tire to be repaired. Counter people could not have been better. I asked if there would swap the tire with the spare on the car when repaired and they said no problem. Got a call that the tire was ready and when they were replaceing the tire with the spare a small problem occurred. They took care of the problem and all I can say is I wish more companies treated there customers as well as they did.

Justin is amazing!!!! I am a Lyft driver & had a flat tire. Initially I took my car to the dealership. it took them 2 days to call me back, to tell me that they don t have my tire in stock & ALL FOUR tires would need to be changed out. I called Justin & he instantly stated I could tow my car to have him replace the flat. I was back on the road in a matter of 2 hours.

I pulled up to this dealership with two nails in my tire which was almost flat. Although the dealership was very busy with other customers they managed to work me in and fix my tire for me within 3 hours. They did this in no charge. I'd like to mention Victor Contreras who took good care of me. I'm going to get my next set of tires at this dealership.
