Service was ecstatic. Got me in and out even before the window that they had given me Mindy and Victoria were definitely a huge help it s hard to come by a good customer service nowadays and these ladies definitely met my expectations for Customer Service. I m so glad I decided to go to this location. I definitely will be telling family and friends to go here. Thank you ladies you are the best. Also had snacks and coffee while you waited definitely a five star experience

Under new management. Had an awesome experience and was able to talk to multiple Text, who informed me about many of my questions that had nothing to do with my basic oil change. Jake, the store manager was very patient with me and helped in educating me even more about my vehicle, which is super awesome and unlike many other auto shops that just wanna rush you out the door. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends. Brandon and Justin were also very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions.

Victoria was more than helpful with ordering my new tires. Even with the phones ringing and other issues happening around us, she took care of me and got what I needed. Will be coming back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is an absolute mess. You come in for one minor issue and you leave with a laundry list of issues they fear monger you into fixing. After paying them thousands of dollars that I can't afford, my car is in worse shape than before. They broke a very expensive part during a visit and lied about it. Then had the audacity to charge me to fix it. It's funny that i had no issues with it prior, and magically it breaks a week after bringing it in. Beware of the reviews for the first time people who go and get great service. They do this on purpose. Jake is the new manager and he will purposely take care of you the first couple of times to bribe you into giving him a good review. Once they get that, the shotty service and deception will soon follow. They count on most of their customers not knowing much about cars so you trust them when they lie. Their service team are too young, unqualified and unprofessional. Jake pretends to be nice and understanding, but please don't let him fool you. Do your research before you let him talk you into spending all your money for simple fixes. If they say they want to do "preventive maintenance", run!

Got a screw in my tire late Saturday night. Was excited to see a place open Sunday. Showed up just before they open... get told they only have someone there on Sunday to facilitate drop offs. No tech in.Feels quite deceptive. Leaving 3 stars because I can't say their work is bad.

This place is always too busy and under stocked to help you in a timely matter. I would choose another tire place for your tire needs. They don t have enough techs to fit in a high volume of need thus it is not a reputable source to get your needs met. Not worth getting tires because there are lot of cons to getting them from this company.

I was in a desperate situation iwth a car that was probably not going to even get me home from work. My mechanic was an hour's drive away. He suggested I pull into a shop and get my codes read, and then call him back. He wanted to ensure that if I "putted" home I wouldn't blow the engine completely. As a favor, granted by the generous manager, the young women at the front desk were allowed to read my codes for me for free! They most graciously wrote down the numerous codes and gave me computer generated paperwork, so I would have the many numbers with me and not forget them. If you are looking for a mechanic who practices good old fashioned customer service, I would definitely make this Firestone Service Center your "go to" place.

Was very thankful you were open Sunday when we ended up with a flat tire. Ended up needing to get 2 new tires. The 2 people working were very helpful, friendly,

I came into this location last year and the technician completely destroyed my wheels. I'm talking to the point of gouging the metal out on every single wheel. He then never said anything about it and let me drive all the way home. The Store manager Angie was very rude to me about it all and she literally told me that I am not welcome back to Firestone, all because of THEIR MISTAKE.They ended up having to replace all 4 of my wheels and it was a hassle to get it all taken care of.I later went to another Firestone in Longmont for an alignment and the technician literally made my alignment worse and ended up damaging my ball joints. They ended up paying for new ball joints because they agreed they were at fault.Unless you have a basic minivan with steel wheels, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. They are not trained enough to do more than basic maintenance at best.

To be honest, the place is a mess for communication. I dropped my truck off on a Friday. Specified the exzact problem I wanted repaired. The exzact problem, then I recieved a phone call on Saturday and the nice lady said " ok we have diagnosed your truck and you need outer u joints " I said,,,, " I already told you that so get it done and on Monday I will pick it up" . Monday passed, Tuesday passed and on Wednesday I called and said where is my truck. The manager , nice man, said... " looks like you need outer u joints" I lost my mind at this point. The truck had not even been touched. I picked it up complete that following Saturday. Seams like they did a decent job but communication is a 0 out of 10.

Went in on a Sunday . 9am appointment and they were understaffed. I understand they were going to take a while but not 3hrs just to put on 4 new tires on my Subaru wrx Sti. I was VERY disappointed on how they couldn t take off my low profile tires that were on the wheel. Took nearly two hours on the first wheel. BUT THATS NOT THE BEST PART. THEY SCUFFED UP MY WHEELS (Rims)! Not only did they not have enough knowledge on removing low profile tires but they even ruined my wheels! Also broke a tpms sensor thankfully they replaced it but it shouldn t have ever happened. If you could give me 800$ to get my wheels repaired and powder coated I d much appreciate it.

This place will not correct any mistakes. They will cancel your Firestone credit card and mess up your credit score. Firestone Bridgestone has no integrity. I think it's time to report these criminals to the FTC.So this place is a joke. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon to have engine work done, tires changed, and an oil change. Received a call from Jake, the manager, telling me about the diagnostic and what needed to be done, gave me a quote for the engine work and, just two tires. I told him to do all four. Everything was given the goahead to do the work. Next I get a call back on Saturday evening after 5:00 PM telling me that everything was done and my vehicle was ready to pick up. Saturday. I told him I wouldn't be able to pick up my vehicle until Monday, and I made sure he knew that on Friday, and when he called with the diagnosis to get the ok to do the work..He asked me if I could pay for the work, Saturday, knowing that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Monday. I told him I couldn't pay until I came on Monday. He seemed upset, but..Monday I got my ride to go pick up my vehicle, but when I get there I noticed that I still had the old tires on the front. I went in to pay,got the total, and I asked him if they changed all four tires. Jake said Yes. I asked him why my vehicle still had the old tires on the front then. I said what kind of scam are you trying to pull here. Then Jake lunges forward, leaning on the counter and acts confrontational with me. Everything got blown up and the raised voices started, the unprofessional condescending tone got worse and worse from the manager. Then more workers began voicing their tones at me. Keep in mind that I'm the one being coned out of two tires plus labor and disposal, and I'm being attacked. My defense kicked in and I got my attitude up and running,as my brother asked him for his boss's number,in which he refused,of course,so my brother got ahold of corporate office as we waited for the tires to be installed that was supposed to be done already,as I was being charged.Took hours to get taken care of, and they did take off the two tires cost. I'm still not feeling happy about the whole thing. What a nightmare.I'm taking my business to Christian Brothers automotive from now on.On top of everything else, I now have a noise coming from the drivers front, like something is thumping against the wheel well. That's a noise that I didn't have before bringing my vehicle in. I'm hoping they didn't screw up something in retaliation of reporting to corporate.Don't think for a second that the link to their complaint department is going to help any of you. It's a complete waste of time. You will be better off insisting on going over the area managers and get directly to corporate office. The area manager is just another emotional wreck that has zero business running anything that deals with customers. Who tells someone to shut up,mid sentence as they insist they are heard over the victim making the complaint? I'll tell you who.Unprofessional hateful people, that's who. That area manager sounds like she trained Jake.Be careful where you choose to take your vehicle folks. You might experience the same thing as I am. So far, three of Firestone Bridgestone employees have told me that this kind of thing happens all the time. Good lord.Wow.So now it's been over a week. I finally get a phone call from corporate. And now they're going to drag their feet to have my vehicle inspected before they take responsibility in this new noise that is coming from the front end.Keep in mind everyone that that noise wasn't there before they installed my new tires.Yet they want to make me wait even longer and go without a vehicle. As I said above, be very careful where you take your vehicles to get repaired. You can most likely expect this too. This business, obviously has no integrity. None. For some reason they won't let me edit my review.I'd love to update you all, but I'm being blocked.Good luck with this place. You can't get anywhere with a threat complaint.

I went in for an alignment and added an oil change. When walking out after payment and reading the diagnostic I noticed a lot of red and they mentioned they can't do a lot to mercedes. I wish I knew this before I let them proceed in and wouldn't have wasted my time

Where do I start. I needed a whole set of tires, had to get company approval of prices, didn't have an appointment and only 2 mechanics on duty. But they got me in, were very patient with the approval process and we got to know each other because we had time to chat. They took good care of my car and the manager was very trustworthy and I liked the prices. Really nice bunch of guys. I was informed that this location will very soon have a full staff,so now they'll be ready to work on more cars..this is good news. I'll be using this shop from now on.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I was referred here by someone. I guess befor new management because i was not happy with my experience. Was here for nearly 4 hours, for new tires and a alignment. I had some new wheels all that needed done was my tpms sensors moved to the new wheels and was charged a rediculous fee of 175$ for something that should of taken no longer then 20 mins. On top of that they scratched my wheels. I wont be going to this store again.

They sell you a year warranty on alignments, but when you go back to get your vehicle a re-alignment they charge you again full price for the alignment. What's the point of paying for a year warranty. We will NEVER take any of our cars back there again.

My experience with Firestone was great. I brought my vehicle into the shop and asked them to take a look at some of the issues, they got the vehicle in within an hour and then finished several repairs within the day. It was great to work with them and as my vehicle has problems in the future I will be back :)

If you can go to any other place then do it. Screw you on warranties and try to overcharge you. The 2 other firestones in the surrounding area are far better options. If Jack attempts to assist you then you might as well take your money elsewhere as he does not care about you as a customer.

The tire was ruined on our rental car. The store manager, Jake Maestas, got us in just before closing and back on the road. I highly recommend this location.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - 2/6/17 - Noticed a nail in the tire of our jeep while gassing it up. Drove over a mile to the Firestone that was still open, on Melody Drive in Thornton, CO. Guy at the counter said it would cost $20 to pull the nail and plug the tire. No problem. I pulled the jeep into the garage, with him guiding me. I went into the waiting room, 5 mins later the guy at the counter walked up to me and said "you need to buy a new tire". I jokingly said "yeah right, it's a nail in the tire". He took me into the garage and said "First, we can't plug this, because it's less than 2 fingers away from the sidewall (still don't know if that part is true btw) AND there's this" - He showed me an almost 6 inch gaping hole in the sidewall of my tire, that was NOT there when I drove it in to the garage, or when I drove the jeep more than a mile to get to the Firestone. Not once did he take responsibility for it, nor did he offer to make it right in any way, since it was obviously his tech that destroyed my tire. Even if it was accidental, which I'm not sure after reading the other reviews, they need to take responsibility for their actions. In addition to that, I called Firestone customer service the moment I got back home (riding on a donut btw), they opened a complaint file for me and told me the manager of this location would get back to me within 24 hours. It's currently 2/8/17, more than 40 hours since I was told the manager would get in contact with me, and still nothing. The attached pictures are the nail in the tire, which he said they couldn't remove and plug, AND 2 pics of the damage they did to my tire. I have since purchased 2 new tires, totaling over $125 from another retailer, and Firestone has done NOTHING to accept responsibility or make this situation right. Oh yeah, and he charged me $10 to put the donut on my jeep, after they destroyed my tire. This place is awful and I warn everyone to stay away. Not sure how/why they stay in business, but if this is the way customers are treated every day at this location, I hope they are closed down soon. I tried to give them 0 stars, however I couldn't post my review without giving them at least one.

First off i work for a diesel repair shop asa service writer, the only reason i brought my car here was to have my tires balanced after my shop installed my snow tires because we do not have a balance machine for car tires.I waited an hour for them to balance my tires. I live 6 blocks away. After my services were complete i drove home and the was instant rubbing noise from the front of my car. I turned around and came back to firestone.I arrived and explained my issue. I waited 20 min for them to pull it in. When the tech got in my car he backed up, slammed it in drive, spun the tires and went full throttle past the bay doors then slammed the brakes and went around the building.Once theyy pull it out of the bay and give it back to me I will never be back regardless if its fixed or not.

Hit and miss on things. Some good some not. But I do know that if they send you to the back to pickup something, its not easy locating there area. Its Abreviated and can only be seen if you come to the back a specific way, so poor visibility of signs and Abreviated its a little difficult. Would be higher rating if being sent to the back of the store was easy to find

I have had 2 screws in my tires in the past 2 months and came here both times. Once was a Sunday and thankfully they were able to get me in as there was no one else in the area that was open or could get me in to get the leak patched. 2nd time was this morning at 7am as I got another screw on my way to work (most of the other places don't open till 8 or 9). Jacob and his team are incredible and they got me in right away without an appointment and patched the tire and had me out the door within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this place enough! Top notch service!Service: Tires
