After a couple of phone calls, I drove to Bryan/College Station Big O Tires for warranty work. The owner Matt confirmed that my Big O tires were covered under warranty. Since my tires were discontinued, he had to order the replacement. Matt called me a few days later letting me know the new tires had arrived. I drove in from Brenham and dropped off my truck. Matt and his crew replaced all four tires quickly and included an estimate for other work but didn't pressure me into buying estimated work. Matt and his crew are friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for making this a great experience.

I have been a long term customer. Especially Patrick and the others at this location of Big O are consciousness and friendly. There are other places to get one's vehicle serviced and purchase tires but I am very satisfied with workmanship and attentiveness given at this location. I'd certainly recommend anyone to take their vehicle there and be surprised they are a "stand up" shop.

Thank you for giving us excellent service with all ours vehicles for over 10 years! We always appreciate getting us in and out quickly, recommendations of service, allowing us to vent and share stories, and overall taking care of our vehicles. I have told many where I take our Jeeps and trucks for service. Some complain about price, I told them they need to focus on Quailty Service. I have taken my vehicle in 3 times to the dealership same problem, a new excuses each time under warranty but no longer worth the hassle. I asked Big O to fix it and it is resolved. Bonus no 2-3 week out appointment needed too that is required at the dealership! Each and every time our issue is resolved and no excuses. Thank you Patrick for helping my husband I didn't realize the difficulty it would be on our last set of tires. See you all tomorrow. I tell you all the time, I take one vehicle the rest get jealous. It's a delight though to see you all.

Had a tire blow out yesterday morning and all the guys had my car back on the road within a few hours. 4 brand new tires with fast, friendly and affordable service. Been going to thus location for over 15 years! Thank you for always taking care of me.

I have been working with my local Big O dealership for 5 years. The thing that constantly amazes me, beyond the normal servicing of my vehicles, is that they have taken especially good care of me. From time to time I will come in and they will often givem me assistance with a specific problem and refuse to charge me! I try not to take unfair advantage of their generosity. Each Dealership is individually owned and these People Are Doing It Right!!

The employees are super friendly and try to ensure that your visit goes as smoothly as possible. They communicate what needs done and in a timely manner. The staff didn't try to "sell" me on a bunch of extra things or treat me like a ditzy person who doesn't know mechanics. I highly recommend this big 0 tires

I went in early to try and get an alignment and the employee that I got the opportunity to talk to was not a very understanding or polite individual. I understand this store is busy but that doesn t mean you can treat your customers any less simply because you don t need my business. They couldn t tell me a time lapse and refused to assist me. I ll make sure to go to the big o in superior, which is where I ended up going and they were amazing there. 0/10 don t recommend this facility at all.

I had 2 tires rebalanced. They did a grate job and the front desk people are 5 stars. I look forward to my next visit with the front desk people. I actually gave them a $10 tip and asked them to buy donuts for the shop the next morning.

I just had excellent customer service over at big O tire. They were the closest tire place to my house so after putting air in my tire I headed over there they swapped my tire out for the donut because they re super busy and they have my tire and they re repairing the nail that is in it. Luckily it is repairable and by the time I m done getting my errands done I ll be able to come back by and I ll put my tire back on. What makes the customer service even better is the way they treated my 7 year old stepson. My son was absolutely fascinated by what was going on the guy literally let my son help him push the button on the impact drill, and put air in the tires. Then explain to him everything he was doing and why he does it, and how it works. I literally cannot compliment this employee higher. This was phenomenal.

We'd never take our car anywhere else for maintenance or repair. This Big O is the best one we've ever been to! The guys are so professional and kind, and they always work hard to do the best for us.

Writing for John Beck: This morning while bringing in my vehicle at 9am after I finished discussing what services I need a women came in and started cursing at the worker Patrick and insisting that they work on her car for no payment as I was understanding she had brought the car in before and it was not fix as she kept screaming and cursing the worker tried to calm the situation but the customer would not listen finally the worker said he was done with the conversation and she got quite and the worker did try to solve the issue calmly and explained that they have never charged her for looking at this car and the worker asked if she was ever charge the costumer said no after that she left. but Patrick tried his best to deescalate and resolve the situation which was one of the best examples of costumer service i have seen to date

I trust these guys. They have fixed/maintenanced my jeep wrangler several times and I haven't had any problems. Always reasonably priced and straightforward.

Great service and help from Joseph, Brandon, and Patrick. Thanks for the help in guiding me to making the right decisions for my car maintenence without pressuring me into replacing stuff too soon or when I can t currently afford it. Saved me a ton compared to what the dealership was asking, so I plan to let them do other major things like my brakes soon.

Service manager a liar. I bought 4 tires. When I left I lost a cap that wasn't put on properly. They replaced. Bought me 4 new ones. Came in no big deal. The desk manager had nothing to do with me. He had the service manager work with me. I then had a flat tire that was unrepairable. They sold me one at a discount. No big deal. Now today I send my son to get the same tire repaired for a slow leak. I can see a screw in the tire. My son is told that I am banned from going in the store. I wish someone would have told me. I will not return to that store. I had a feeling that desk manager just didn't like me. I think he should be fired. Worst experience ever.

I have been to various tire shops and Josh restored my faith! This young man went above and beyond to assure everything I mention was corrected then, gave me information to fix the things Big O doesn't repair (i.e. body work, interior, etc.). If I could leave 10 stars I would most certainly do that! Thanks again, Josh!

Mr. Messmore and team were outstanding! Bought (4) new tires and they took care of everything from start to finish. I was in and out (*with an appointment) as quick as possible even though they were getting slammed that day! Thank you!

I've been taking my Honda Civic to this Big O for a few months now and this is the most terrible service that I've received in my 6 years of owning the car. It's been multiple locations around this area working on my bearings, struts, sway bar, alignments. I'm writing this in big big frustration of they are not HONEST MEN. I haven't had problems with my Honda until I started bringing him here and now I can't align my car all the way because of who knows what. They can't even tell left from right, the sumo tires are terrible and they were really expensive. Last time I took it in they charged me 24 dollars for the most terrible alignment and a new knocking sound. They acted like they hooked me up so after months of going back and forth I was happy about it till I got in my car. Sincerely if I could sue I would find a way because I've never met such a terrible company such a dishonest company and most importantly if you didn't like me as a person I would rather you refuse service than risk all I own falling apart.Ya'll suck , Sincerely why are you even in business.****About your response I had NOT taken the car in for struts originally (after trying with you guys for a while. It was just a bearing you charged me a swaybar link and struts for later on) So that's wrong in your comeback comment there. We couldn't get the issue on the drive so I left and came back a month later because the sound had gotten worse. You guys said the struts and swaybar needed to be replaced this and that fine, I didn't have money to fix a make belief problem so yall charged me 1,000+ for some cheap parts on finance. Before getting HIT by a propane truck not "hitting a curb" it still sounded bad the original problem was not solved (i came in a few times weeks apart so maybe you guys would figure it out) after not I came in after getting hit that's when you guys reswitched the sway bar which (IM GLAD WAS FREE that's not a service yall did me, you owed me it because yous charged like 300% markup on a few cheap parts) so I'm not sure why your attitude, you guys told me to go to all around autocare for the frame which STILL autocare and caliber couldn't tell me what you guys messed up. Take responsibility no? My Honda hasn't been touched by anybody but you guys couldn't even let me know one of my lug nuts was stripped when you over tightened 3 and finger tightened 2. If it's not this shop with the tire rods it's one down the road but they didn't change themselves. "The best you could" dude not at all or BARELY aligned if it was too much for you guys I'm asking you guys to be honest and tell me straight up with guts you don't like me. Like James also reviewed something about that desk manager that needs fixing. He needs to fix his attitude and face before someone takes the courage to hop the desk. Yall can't play with people's cars and not expect backlash. No integrity here, hopefully a real manager takes this location and gets you guys in shape all I see is little boys with petty attitudes here and even in your reply. Petty little boy talk. Instead of "you're right man we kind of screwed you over cause we don't like you" and of course I'll look for another shop and pray yall CLOSE DOWN before someone comes and makes you a new one.And I mentioned to the guy in the purple sus shirt I hated those tires before you guys did anything on warranty guess he was too busy twiddling his thumbs to offer a better solution but I paid too much for those tires for them to be that bad. Like they're BAD dude. Ask the guy who wears purple shirts if I told him, he can't lie and say I didn't forreal, Would be an insult to his own word.

Just wanted to thank these guys for helping out with my alinement..I had.done soooo many modifications to.my truck.that they could not do.my alinment.but my truck was jist barly going to the right...but when.i.go.my truck.back seems to be going pertty Damm strate..so.thanks again......".time to go off roading..".

Took my vehicle to get rear passenger tire repaired 2 separate timesFirst time they told me it would be 2 hours second time It was first thing in the morning when they opened. They said to leave it there and they get to it When they could. So I asked if they had an appointment which they did. But it was 5 hours from the point I was standing in front of them.SOME WARRANTY

I was at Big-O yesterday because I had a vibration in my steering when I went over 67mph. I had them balance my tires and check my break pads. An hour later they called me and let me know my breaks were fine and the vibration was caused by my tires being out of balance so they added 5 ounces to one tire and 1 ounce to another and fixed the problem. I almost cried when I saw the bill was FREE. (I'm a sensitive guy so I get choked up when people are nice.) With so many people out to make a buck off you it was so nice to deal with people who were honest about my break pads and balanced my tires for free. I do a lost of business with Big-O so I don't know if they always do this for free but it was sure a nice surprise. It makes me feel like these guys are honest mechanics.

The staff at Big O tires is always friendly and helpful. They make sure I understand what they are doing and give me a heads up about services that will be needed in the near future. They are my go-to car place!

I took my car in to get checked out again my heater wasn't working properly and Brandon at big 0 tires on 120th and washing fixed it for free itwas a 300 dollar job thank you Brandon you are a God send

FOR YOUR OWN PHYSICAL SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR PROPERTY DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!My dad took his king ranch in to get a tire fixed. After a few minutes of sitting in the waiting room, he noticed his truck was pulled around the back of the store. He walked around back and his truck was unlocked with the windows rolled down and no employee nearby at all. My dad has expensive tools in the back and didn t want his truck/possessions to get stolen. Not to mention, it had started raining. So, he locked his truck and went to the front to kindly let the manager know that he didn t like his truck being left like that. A bit later the manager called my dad back and took him through the back of the store to his truck. The man who was rolling out my dad s tire said hi and my dad did the same and nicely told him what he told the manager that next time he didn t want his truck left out like that in case it were to get stolen. The employee stood up and got mad and said no one steals around here! My dad further explained that he didn t feel comfortable with his things being left like that. The man then said he refused to work on my father s truck again and waved his hand, motioning my father to leave. My dad replied saying you work for Big O you cannot refuse to work on my vehicle and the man walked up and got inches from my father s face and threaten to hit him physically! My dad stood there and did not move and then the man angrily said in my father s face you re not worth it, you re too old. (My father is in his mid 60s) THE MANAGER and one other employee stood idle and watched the entire thing happen and did NOTHING!!!!!!!! I urged my father to call the police, but he said he would call corporate. Guess what? CORPORATE DID NOTHING! He has called multiple times and no response. He even called the exact store where this happened and no one has called him back. These people should beware next time someone might slap them with a lawsuit (especially if their employees cannot be professional, and their managers cannot show leaderships and step in and handle a situation when need be.) As far as I am concerned the manager and the man you physically threatened my father should be fired!
