Was having a difficult time trying to get my car to pass emissions. Took it to Accurate Automotive and they did their job. Now I can have my car back on the road.They were easy to work with and nice people, very straightforward

I needed an oil change in my Ford. Received a coupon in the mail for Accurate Automotive. Decided to give them a try. They are close by on Irma St. What great service! They did a complete checkup including photos. My car was in great shape but needed rear shocks. Shocks were replaced with top of the line shocks. So happy with Accurate, I took them my 2 other cars. Again, great examinations were done, fantastic customer service. Because of a coupon I now I have a trustworthy auto mechanic shop.

This place is great for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. I brought two separate jeeps in back to back to get them independently inspected, and I'm glad I did because one of them had major issues that the dealership either missed or tried to hide. The mechanics were honest with me about what they thought and as disappointed as I was to hear the feedback on the first jeep, I'm glad I listened to them. I brought them a second Jeep the next day and once again they gave me their honest feedback, but this one was a winner! They were super flexible with scheduling and the price point for this service was very reasonable ($100). It sucks having to do more than once but it's more than worth it when buying a used vehicle. They saved me a lot of heartache down the road with that first jeep. They also work quickly, the receptionist told me it was a 2-3 hour inspection but for each one I was out in about an hour and a half.I live in south east Denver, but I would go out of my way to take my new Jeep to get serviced here in the future. They're great!

Accurate Automotive always gives us awesome customer service and quality maintenance services every visit in a timely manner. They ensure that when we bring our vehicle in for a know service, a diagnostic check of the entire car is completed to make sure that there are no other unknown issues that need to be addressed in the visit. I appreciate them keeping our vehicle in top running condition. Since we only have one vehicle, they always provide a loaner to accommodate being without a vehicle. I would recommend them and do to anyone that is in need of a mechanic that they can trust and does the work right the first time.

Took my 07 dodge charger with suspension issues, they not only fixed that problem and made it like new, they checked all fluids, belts, wiring, body, interior, etc. they then text me a report that is outlined by a red, yellow, and green status on everything they check. red marked items needs immediate attention, yellow are things that need to be watched and possibly fixed or replaced, and green checked things are good to go, no need to replace or repaired. The report is detailed, itemized, and very thorough. Also they send pics on items that are in the report so you can see exactly what they found. They checked things I didn't ask to be looked at and just had them repair what I felt was needed to be repaired from the report they sent. No high pressure from them to repair anything outside of what I brought the car in for originally. The knocked it all out in one day at a great price. This is the second time I have used Accurate auto for repairs and plan to continue giving them my business. Thank you Accurate automotive team and keep up the great customer service and quality of work you do.

I had a Wonderful Experience at Accurate Automotive. Needed immediate car repairs and they were able to get me in and taken care of in One Day! It was a snow day and they were more than willing to accommodate. Thanks for the Amazing Repair Work and Customer Service! Much Appreciated!

First and foremost... REALLY great communication from this garage. They very much care about taking care of the customer. They are great at managing around schedules, and keeping you up to date on the progress of your repair. Well done. I've got lots of vehicles for my business, and I'm happy to have found a reliable, good, local garage to take care of my needs.

Accurate Automotive was hands down an awesome experience and shop. They took care of the work quick! I had a very unique circumstance regarding utilizing state resourcing and the state caused a lot of issues, there was a clerical error on the shop side but the time and car Kelly handled the situation was above and beyond! They truly care at this place. Highly recommend.

I have a 2013 Dodge Challenger that had an electrical issue. I took it to several mechanics over the last 2 years and they took my money and still couldn't fix it. Until I went to accurate automotive I didn't know what I was going to do, finally somebody fixed it! These guys were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!*!

I was in a time crunch to get my transmission serviced prior to a trip to Texas. Kelly told me to bring in my truck. The professionalism of the shop and the customer service was incredible. I don t take my vehicles to shop I always have the dealer work in them. I was in a pinch and the accurate automotive restored my trust in shop. I will definitely be going back. They are fair and honest! Thanks team and thanks Kelly G for helping me get my truck on the road for my trip.

Accurate automotive allowed me to utilize a courtesy car while mine was being repaired so I could still attend to life and that gave me so much peace. They walked me through all of my questions that I had step by step in layman's terms so that I understood what they were talking about. They completed the vehicle repairs in a timely manner and my vehicle is running smoothly!

My experience with accurate automotive was excellent. They provided a thorough, easily understandable estimate for repairs to my 2007 4Runner. They completed the repairs quickly and correctly. They were friendly, professional and provided good communication and updates. I will be back to do more business with them for future repairs and maintenance.

I love Kelly!! Bringing in my car to the shop was the absolute best decision I could've made and Kelly was super communicative and helpful throughout the entire process of booking an appointment, to the detailed repairs, to processing and she even made sure I was able to use a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn't be without transportation. I'm so grateful for the great customer service!!! 15/10 would recommend this shop any day of the week to be your go to for repairs on your vehicle.

Communication was wonderful along with a detailed review of my cars needed repairs along with pictures. They were thorough and even did a couple extra minor repairs at no charge. My old Jeep is running very well now that it had some TLC. Thank you team!

I think the owner s name was Alex/Alec. I had work done on my car before I moved out of state that ended up failing within the warranty period/mileage. I spoke with Alex on the phone who helped me get in contact with the warranty company and the part and associated labor was reimbursed entirely. Was definitely not how I thought that was ganna go so I m very happy that the work done was covered and that Alex was so helpful.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Got a ride home but found out when my car was ready that they do not offer a ride back. Doesn't make sense. Had to call around to see if someone could drop me off. Got a ride. So I pay for the oil change, get in my car and notice that the digital screen that tells me my speed, tire pressure and other info about the car is on a wrong screen. So I try to toggle back so I can see my speed, and it won't change. I go back in and someone comes out and looks at itDoes the same exact thing I do and doesn't know why the screen won't change.Receptiont tells me there could be an electrical short and they would need me to bring it back so they can look at it againI was also told that what they did for the oil change wouldn't affect anything like that and it was probably a coincidence.I should have read previous reviews because other people complained that there were problems after they got their cars backI would strongly recommend not bring your car here.And as a side note, after I started driving the screen worked just fine.So it seems to me that they were going to charge me for looking at a supposed electrical issue when in the end there was none.Also, seems to me they either really don't know what they're doing there or they were creating a situation that wasn't necessary.

Took my 2015 Ford F350 to get the air conditioner serviced fixed $3800 later. Air conditioner was still having the same issue. They quoted me over $5000 saying the whole entire dash needed to be removed because there was a leak in the system.Was too rushed to get fixed with winter time around the corner. So I took it to Ford to get a Second opinion. It was a bad wiring harness.I ve never felt more scammed. Please get second opinions with this shop.

Recently took my 2005 Prius to Accurate automotive shop in Northglenn for dead cluster repair. They were very friendly, did a complete rebuild on the cluster, didn t charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. I am very happy with the shop. Thank you very much.

Before ever using this place, visit BBB site and read all the extremely poor reviews. I experienced the worst service I ve ever had at an auto repair facility in 51 years of owning an automobile. And the people are extremely rude on top of their service!! Please spread the news to anyone you care about.I m adding to my review I just reviewed many other 1 star reviews, and Alex will probably say I was not a customer. Correct Alex, it was my mother in law. I don t want to give her name as I fear there may be retaliation. Yes that s how irate Alex can be if (when) he gets mad. Read the reviews, and see how many other people have experienced him and his staff angry.Oh maybe he will say I m an old employee of the prior owner. No, I sell and train people in high tech medical equipment.

You never mentioned an oil leak. I ve never seen oil leak from my car either. You mentioned coolant leak for my temp sensor. In the case that I was leaking oil, and I asked for an oil replacement, how is it that my dipstick is reading low oil, on top of you saying I need an oil fill up in 96 miles. I have yet to see my car leak oil. With that in your quote why would you not quote the fix to the oil leak, and only the temp sensor. I would think an oil leak is an immediate fix, why was this never mentioned? Why would you only mention the coolant leak location, but not the oil location, after your full spec. check up? Theres no fix to it mentioned in the quote

Alex really helped us out with a bad situation with a used car purchased from a dealership. The service was timely, accurate, and he helped settle payment from the dealership that was hard to deal with. Much appreciated.
