We had the stitches on part of our boats bimini top pop out so I gave them a call. I was just going to leave it for repairs, but the guy said he could knock it out right quick and 5 minutes later (and free of charge) I was on my way. The staff (Claudia at the front desk) and the guy that did the repair were awesome so I would highly recommend them. I will definitely take our boat there for getting the seats re-done when we are ready.Thanks!

Might be time to report Molly to the BBB I'm appalled at how she treats customers. Claudia deserves a raise. Molly is by far the most nasty manager I've ever witnessed in my life.

Stitch Masters had my door panels and sun visors for over a month. They tore the door panels apart and could not get them back together. I scraped at least two tubes of caulk of the plastic for the door panels. With the sun visors they just glued the new fabric over the old and could not sew a straight stitch. Unacceptable work.

Absolutely amazing work. I gave him a time frame I wanted everything done in and he had it done within half the time.If you need quality work done this is the shop to go to.

I have used Jerry s Upholstery (now Stitch Masters) for nearly thirty years. If you look below, you will see I have given 5 star reviews for the service received under both Jerry s and then Todd s ownership. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience under the new ownership (Carlisle, I believe).I dropped off two small boat seat cushions in September, 2022 and paid a $400 deposit to have the work done over the winter. I was assured that they would get the job done.I called today, May 27, 2023 to pick up my cushions and was told they weren t done. It s been 8 months. I politely said that I would come pick up the cushions and take them to another local shop.When I got there, a check for my deposit was waiting - which I appreciated. But they had the wrong cushions waiting for me. They were obviously someone else s cushions. So, I m guessing that they re not keeping track of their work flow or even the customer s property. After a few tries, they located the correct cushions.I ve seen the management respond to other negative reviews that some other jobs took priority, which I understand, but a sixty second courtesy call to inform me of my order status would have been appropriate. Boating season is short here in Colorado and I m now without the use of our bow seats for most of this season. That s not a nice thing to do to a customer After nearly thirty years of bringing car seats, Bimini tops, boat seats and furniture to Jerry s, I won t be going back to Stitch Master. I hate leaving negative reviews of local, small businesses but that was my experience with the current owners.Services: Seat rebuilds, Upholstery repair

My 2016 Mercedes E350 driver seat was coming apart at the seam between the 2 perforated panels. After doing some research, I decided to take my car to them for this repair. They did a great job replacing the 2 perforated panels and reinstalling them. Mercedes is notorious for making repairs of any kind time consuming and difficult. I appreciate them taking the time to do the job well. They went above and beyond to get the job done after hours when a snowstorm slowed them down. My drivers side seat was stuck and all of our estimates were very expensive to fix it. We were referred to Stitchmasters and they had it fixed in 40 minutes for under $200. The most AWESOME service I've had in Fort Collins. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN TOWN!

I brought in a small custom job in to be done. Was told it could be done in between other jobs. Then, beings they don't call the customer and let them know where it's at, I showed up on a Monday. Was told to return on wed. Returned on Wednesday said it would be done in an hour. I returned the next day and found out they haven't even started on the project. They lied about the time frame. When I brought it up they were more concerned about a bigger $ then my job. Which I understand but don't mislead me, the customer. I won't recommend this place to anybody, lie to your face. Don't expect much during this place, but be aware.Service: Classic car upholstery

Todd does amazing work!I recently contacted him (after hours) and he responded promptly, which was unexpected considering what time it was, but he was extremely helpful!Everyone is always super friendly and helpful!I would highly recommend them for any upholstery you need fixed or updated.They already fixed our boat door and will soon be updating the inside!I would highly recommend!

In May of 2013, these guys put a new convertible top on my 2005 Mustang. I connected with Todd & Matt. They did excellent work. They did the work for the exact amount of their bid, did it exactly when they said they would, no delays, and the top was as good or better than the original factory top. I've had it for four years and it's still as good as new. The car is used only about 3,000 miles per year and is garage kept. I was much impressed with their way of doing business and should have filed this review years ago. I'm a bit of a procrastinator.

Stitchmasters has taken care of my boat for the past 4 years. They have fixed my boat cover and replaced vinyl on the interior and always do a good job. They understand boating season is short in Colorado and make quick turn around a priority.

These guys are the best. I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD that had a completely worn out drivers seat that was very uncomfortable. They took in my truck after a quick phone call, and completed the seat rebuild in 24 hours. The seat is better than new, and they added a seat heater as well as replacing all the springs, foam, and cover. Very reasonable price, less than I could have bought just the foam and cover for online. Awful company, bad service and manipulative people. My car driver seat gives me pelvic and back pain. They told me they could have the foam fixed in a day, so I moved the passenger seat to the driver side and drove without air bags or a seatbelt.3 weeks later they still hadn't started the seat. Every time I called, Vince either had an excuse why he hadn't started it or told me it would be finished that day. The whole 3 weeks I had no air bags, no seatbelts and couldn't have passengers.Take your money and business anywhere else. You don't deserve to be treated like this either.Service: Custom upholstery design

Took my Mustang in to have a new top installed, first gentleman looked at said no problem and I had it scheduled, then some little guy ( I assume it's the owner or manager) came out of the back with an attitude saying what kind is it? We only work on a specific brand , took him out to look at it he implied they would do it and quoted a price, (probably a little high) if it was not for his terrible attitude I would have done it and also as I had mentioned to the first guy had my seats redone as well. Now I'll go somewhere else and spend my money. Good job buddy!!

Horrendous all around. Took our truck here with leather seat covers we purchased. Got truck back and the tailgate was totally caved in on one side. This has nothing to do with interior but they did not own up to this and it happened while with them.

Took a front and rear seat from a 1965 Mercury Comet to be reupholstered. Cost was $1200 and it wasn't done they I asked it to be - they re-covered it they way they wanted to do it. Seams were not strait at all are crooked. I'll have to take the seats to another shop and have them done properly. I will never do business here again.

Excellent job on our 16 year old boat seats. The seats look great, match the original fabric and have held up well for in the hot sun with lots of traffic fortwo seasons now.

The work I had done is absolutely the worst I have ever seen ...I had them work on my 1997 H1 hummer and it hasn't even been 2 months and it's hanging down falling apart looks hideous so sad these folks take advantage of poeple ...i will be taking them to court ....I have made several attempts to let them make this right.......no response other then we will call you back ......I wish I could add photos...just to clean there mess up was more then 2k there is glue on every piece of my vehicle windows amps leather is covered in glue ....STAY AWY FROM HERE IT WAS A DISASTER FROM THE BEGINNING... Ask any classic car restorer in Northern Colorado and they'll tell you that Todd at Stitchmaster's is the ONLY guy in the area you want to handle your interior upholstery restoration and/or convertible top restoration. He did A+ work for me, and will do the same for you.
