This was a little hard to find because it's located in Action and Tire Auto shop, the big green place. But the young man there was pleasant and performed my calibration quickly and efficiently.

I was sent here ... by my regular place since they were unable to help at the Time... because technician was not in ...... Anyway I had a service lockout that was down to 24hrs ..... so I stopped.. Explained EXACTLY What i was there for... to pay the extremely high 75.00 fee...... those were my words to the U.S. VETERAN?? working there. He Asked for my card....... then he Returned it didn't say a word.... Now I SEE 265.00 WE'RE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Zero stars! When first showed up to drop off car guy told me door is over here . So I follow him in and he doesn t hold open door for me and leave me in a cloud of cigarettes smoke ! Said whatever I need this interlock installed.. took all day and no one called me when it was done I had to call them. Didn t get any f$&?ing training or video on how to make sure to not mess up interlock. 2 minutes driving off I have a miss test because of lack of training.. so just avoid this place...

Given the fact that smartstart did not provide reliable information on the actual time involved, action auto did an excellent job. I mentioned I work 2nd shift and they had the equipment installed with plenty of time for me to get to my job.

Very inconsiderate of their customers makes them wait long times, installations on equipment, well asr in fort collins found frayed wires from Tammy's installation guy. Do not go to this facility for assistance goto ASR IN FOCO!! They will get you in and out and be friendly!!! So glad i got away from Tammy, the hastle, and their lack of knowledge of installing and maintaining monthly visits.

ZERO STARS!!! Worst place to ever go to! Broke car when installing smart start and didn't want to take responsibility for it. Argued over it and had a terrible attitude! Charged me for insurance when I elected to opted out of. Totally worth driving a hour out of the way, to not have to go to this place again. DONT GO HERE!

They get 1 star only because no stars is not an option. They did not turn the reading into the Colorado DMV reaulting in a loss of driving priviledges. Trying so hard to just stay out of trouble and these places get you in even more! Very angry right now!
