We've used RV Dr. for about three years now. They're not the cheapest route to take, but the service has always been excellent. Not only do they get out within a few days of calling them, but they come regardless of the weather. More than once they have worked on our unit during heavy snow. In my opinion, they are worth the price you pay.

Very fast and efficient service. Replaced our RV refrigerator within one week. Came to our house, did the work and were done in less than two hours. Much better than having to take our RV into a service center and waiting months for service. Highly recommend.

Gave them a call for an inspection of a used camper we were interested in that I suspected had not been properly winterized. Jaime in the office answered and could not have been nicer. She booked our appointment for the next day (faster than I expected) and said to expect a call from the tech.The next day Matt came out, exactly on time, did a very thorough inspection, and gave us a detailed report on what needed to be done, and a estimate of how much the work would be.We are extremely happy with our experience and highly recommend them.Phil and Katie Horsman

RV Doctor is horrible, I was having cooling issues with my fidge, they came out and told me we have no idea what the problem is after he did an hour of troubleshooting. They sent me three different quotes to replace 3 different things. Totalling over $10,000. I ended up taking it to Blue Compass RV, they did a diagnostic and cleaned the coils. 300 dollars later my fridge works great!! RV Doctor is a hoax and will NEVER recommend them.

I have used RV Doctor several times over the last five years. On one occasion The repair included a significant axle brace weld repair.On all occasions I ve been very satisfied with the quality of work RV Doctor has done.

I discovered after our fifth wheel had a major blowout that I had no breaks on the RV. Not a pleasant discovery on the mountains heading into Estes Park. No RV dealer in that area could help us. Through a Google search I found RV DOCTOR. I called them and the technician arrived within the hour. He discovered the blowout caused the wiring to the brakes to short out. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and colleagial. We were 2,500 miles from home (Maryland) with no idea where to turn. I'm thankful I called RV DOCTOR and grateful for their superb service. It was the best $275 I spent on our 35 day journey. Nearly 3,000 miles later and all is still working fine.

RV Doctor and staff are wonderful, hard working, caring people. Inside staff and service people are very professional. Matt installed a thermostat for me about a week ago. Micah installed a new water heating unit this morning.Highly recommend them to any/all RV ers out there who need a helping hand.I called at 8am this morning to make an appointment for Casey to come out to rest/adjust my Dometic Thermostat not sure how but it got switched from F to C this product is just awful RV Doctor got out to my RV within the same morning and Casey new immediately what the issue was, fixed it, extremely professional and pleasant as well as the inside staff. This is a very good company to do business with.Thank You to all at RV Doctor!

Micah is a very talented gentleman. He came out to my house pleasantly earlier than expected and ready to work. I was extremely impressed how he found a problem that I presented to many seasoned engineers and electricians, SOLVING IT Perfectly within minutes. This guy knows his stuff from plumbing to electrical. Get Micah if you can! I m sure everyone else is just as qualified from the professionalism witnessed in this company. It s family owned from what I was told, with incredible flawless interactions from the office. My dog really liked Micah also, who is a 140 pounds monster of a dog. I needed all this done in a short period of time and I m more than grateful for the timing and professionalism of the entire company. Thank you Micah and the family for taking care of my needs on such short notice! You will not be disappointed going with these guys also they re the only people in town that come to your house for all this work at once which is HUGE when having trailer issues. I do not recommend using this company ever! I worked with this company for 8 months and got very little communication from them. When they finally came out to "fix" our slide issue they broke the camper worse (to the tune of $280 more). After finally getting sick of trying to work with them and having a horrible interaction with the owner, we took our camper to Nathan's (definitely recommend them). Nathan's had a hard time getting this company to work with them about our issue as well. Do not use RV Dr for any reason. Wait to get on the schedule with Nathan's.

We were staying 3 weeks at Pismo coast village and 2 of our ac units stop blowing cold air, I asked at the park who they recommend and they told me RV Doctor. I called on Saturday and he was there on Sunday. Both needed to be replaced. He ordered them and when they came in he was there the next day. Looked like a 2 man job to remove and replace them. He did it all by himself. The technician was over the top and did the work of 2 guys.

I am giving 1 star because this company was misleading when I called them to come and fix my rv. They charged me a $200 trip charge without disclosing that information until they were at my property. I paid them over $400 for absolutely nothing .

I am so thankful for Mika's help today!He realized this 66 year old woman attached the water hose to the wrong fixture and fixed the problem right away. He was kind and gracious and so patient!!!Thank Mika, Thank you!

Micah is very knowledgeable of propane systems. Resolved our issues promptly. Very personable and friendly. Throughly enjoyed him and his work. Great value for price. Highly recommend him and RV Doctor.

The RV Dr is great. the helped me with several slide issues and when finished that slide worked better than the day I brought home my RV. They worked my warranty as much as possible. I would use them again and highly recommend them. They also did a great job replacing my damaged awning for a very reasonable price.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My thanks to RV Doctor. Great service and very fast response to arrive (within 2 hours to arrived at my campsite). The technician, Micah, was courteous, informative, and helpful. Micah had my problem diagnosed, and solved in less than an hour (black water gasses smelling up my unit).

RV Doctor was great. We had them out twice, once to replace a window and once to get a new refrigerator into the rv and hooked up. They were quick to answer and get to our call.The window was done very quickly with no problems. RV Doctors told us we could go with a residential refrigerator. It was 1/4 the price of the original refrigerator and it was larger. It took 3 men to get it in, but they did it. They also hooked it up to our 12v so it would run while we were on the road.We spend about 4-5 months a year in California, if we need any repairs when we re there it will be RV Doctor that we call.

Watch out they charge you 100.00 dollars just to drive to your house then 175.00 all for under 30mins and didn't fix it just a guess that it was a closed vent and it wasn't then he said probably the flame sensor I told him I could di that myself 275.00 for nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly can't thank the guys at RV Doctor enough for all of their hard work on my camper trailer! After being taken advantage of at a previous trailer repair shop, my vintage Airstream was damaged and needed a lot of work. The crew at RV Doctor stepped up to the challenge and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. Some of the things they did included: replacing an unsafe gas line; wiring for lights; fixing my Fantastic Fan; mounting a fire extinguisher and LP detector; repairing the belly pan with exposed insulation; and installing fuses, 4 deep cycle batteries, a correct drop hitch, an appropriate sized inverter/converter, a breakaway cable, and curtain rods. The damage to my trailer was extensive and very disheartening, as this was my first camper trailer. However, the guys at RV Doctor fixed all these mistakes and more made by another repair shop, and made me feel confident in being able to safely travel in my camper trailer. They have been out at least 4 times to help me, and are always more than willing to provide assistance and guidance over the phone to their customers (which I especially appreciated as a new trailer owner!). They truly go above and beyond! They are the only people in town I will trust with my camper, aka Miss Loretta the Dream Stream. They really care about their customers and their work reflects this. I will be having them out soon to dewinterize my camper and replace the water pump.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

We've used RV Doctor for several repairs and enjoyed good competent service. Special thanks to Micah for replacing our bathroom vent recently. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He also made us aware of some other needed maintenance related to safety for which we are grateful.

RV doctor gave us fantastic service while vacationing in Paso Robles.We called and they showed up promptly first thing the next day.A very capable and friendly service man had a new converter installed quickly and had us back to normal for a reasonable price too!I would use them again for anything!Service: Electrical repair

I highly recommend RV Doctor for your next RV issue. I found that their office staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They put me on their schedule promptly and their service technician called me before his arrival. I explained the problem I was having and the tech resolved the issue and I was happy. The tech was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. 5 Stars!

We were traveling cross country this past July when our Fridge went out. RV doctor came to our campsite to repair and did an amazing job explaining things we could do to prevent this from happening again. They also took the time to teach us about our fridge!
