After moving here from Illinois in May, it was time to give our vehicle some care. A big thank you to the team at Rudd Auto Care. Chris was very open and honest, conveniently located and managed to address the brakes and noise issues. If i could give a negative star it would be -5.Well my mother and her new husband took her car here and had some work done. After she picked up the car and paid the bill we found out that the price was 2x higher then it should have been. My mother is not very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair. So knowing this I feel that she was taking advantage of. I went in and had half the payment and wanted to pay the rest in 3 days times and was told that they wouldn't work with me and her and she is on a fixed-income so I was trying to help and I have been doing what I can to help her. But this was way out of left field on the cost and then on top of it all they added a storage fee to it since they are a small place. This was never told to my mother or her husband. That add more to the bill. Now because of this my mother and her husband are facing eviction from there home and I doubt that the people at rudds auto even care.

I had wonderful experiences at Rudd Auto Repair. I took my 2004 Element in to see what was going on with the AC. Fred diagnosed it as low and got it fixed right up. It is wonderful having AC again.My second trip there was to fix the driver's window actuator - that rolls the window up and down. I got a quote and a time to come back when the part would be in. It all happened just as promised.I was very happy with the service and the repairs. I highly recommend. Veteran owned which is important to us.Service: Air conditioning

I paid for a burning oil smell diagnostic just for them to take apart my dash and not find the problem. My glove compartment light was no longer working when I got my vehicle back. Took my vehicle to a nicer, cleaner shop for a thorough, 100 point inspection with pictures included. They found the problem and other repairs needed. Not impressed with this shop at all.

These guys are great! They listened carefully to my vehicle concerns. Took the time to make sure they had the problem nailed down, and gave me a very fair estimate before starting the repair. I will happily have go back there for any further work needed on my vehicle.

Chris and his team were there through a very bad situation for me. They were patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Their prices were not higher in comparison to other shops in the area. After a long diagnostic they called and gave me prices to fix the main issue but also prices for other things that could be found bad along the way. I felt that they were very transparent and trustworthy. I will come back to this shop. I ve also had a hard time finding a shop I liked locally so I m excited to have a go to place now.

Veteran owned and family-run small business. Fred is hard working and honest. He's always been upfront with me on the work needed and has completed the work in the time frame and price he quoted. I'm proud to call them "my mechanic" and I would highly recommend Rudd Auto Repair.

They are honest and you can't find that anymore at mechanic shops I have been very pleased with their honesty and have never charged me if something was returned for repair I give them an a+ thanks Jim

Terrible attitude during every phone call! I was charged and told it would be reversed but has not been after weeks! My car was left out for overnight pick up but the keys were not left with it! I was given a reciept for the wrong service and wrong price! Absolutely no contact with the owner for help with rude customer service.I would highly discourage using this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning

The timeline was amazing. I had my fuel pump replaced and the staff was amazing and I will go back over and over again. Thank guys for the excellent service and knowledge.
