These guys do amazing work, they were so helpful and got my car back to brand new after I was side swiped in April. Also they got the car done fast and gave updates along the way. Highly recommend this shop they will not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they give it to you straight and at a reasonable price.Hard to see in the pictures (black car & always dirty ), but they made my baby look brand new again. 10/10 body shop.

Tony did a great job in a very timely manner. Very polite and professional. A nice clean establishment. I wasn't quite clear on the estimate procedure but everything got taken care of. They did go that extra mile for me on other things done to my car that wasn't part of the original damage. Thank you Tony,Kelly and team.

I am from out of town, and had wind damage to my drivers side door, hinges were bent. I took it to Quality Auto Builders for an estimate. The estimate was what I expected it to be, and Tony got my car in for repair very quickly. Told me it would be 3 days, got it back in 2. The quality was great. I highly recommend this business.

I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper and muffler. The person who rear-ended me had insurance and was very easy to work with. Quality Auto, however, took 3 weeks to complete repairs, needed assistance (from me) to get a response / approval from insurance, and communicated poorly about when my vehicle would be ready. When the car was finally ready for pick up, the gas gauge was on empty and the warning indicator for the tires said low pressure (flat). Their brand new receptionist was kind enough to drag the air hose out back and fill them for me (earning their two stars).Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I have a 2019 4Runner that suffered some severe front end rock damage. Tony felt my pain, and reassured me the car would be returned to original quality. I've had body work done before that looks good from far, but far from good. Tony ended having the car a lot longer than expected, but I was patient so they could do it right. I'm floored at how amazing of a job they did. The paint matching is perfect, everything is lined up, there are no visible paint blends (even with polarized glasses on). The truck is back to pre-damage condition. I happily give five well earned stars.I would absolutely do business with Tony again

I have utilized Quality Auto Builders on at least three different occasions and three different cars. In each case I found my personal contact with the owner, Tony, to be pleasant and reassuring under unpleasant circumstances. The work was flawless each time and the charges were reasonable whether I utilized my insurance or not. I have recommended this company repeatedly to friends.

I do not understand why someone would leave a review and not take the time to explain it.. I had Quality auto builders replace my rear bumper and do a paint repair on my new service van, they did a great job. Tony was able to go through my insurance and was accurate on when the vehicle would be finished. Thanks guys.

Tony has worked on several cars and a pickup truck for us did Excellent work and treated us Great !!They took my 1994 Chevy Fleet Side truck replaced quarter panel because it was rusting, 2 new bumpers then repainted the entire truck still looks Great 7 years later.Then we had a deer run into the front clip of an GMC Envoy it was pretty beat up with parts missing, they only did want we wanted to do which was just make it look decent again.Also had the front clip of a 2004 Volvo which it's front bumper got caught on a parking block, they just fixed the existing bumper and made it function-able at a low cost.Thanks Tony & Crew !

I have been doing business with Tony Najera since 1993. With a large family of drivers I m afraid I ve done too much business with him!A friend recommended Tony. Actually he showed me Tony's work and that s all I needed. After the first car Tony made look like new for me, I had my new body shop.Tony and the guys have mad skills and are each VERY meticulous about their work. They take no short cuts, use the best product for each application and take the time needed to get it right.When I ask for a time frame for a vehicle the committed date is met pretty consistently unless of unforeseen issues.Tony is adept at working with the insurance adjusters to ensure everything that should be done does get done......more importantly, paid for by your insurance company.But the most important thing to me is that Quality Auto Builders is focused primarily on the first word of the company name. It will be right when you get it. If there s an issue it will be resolved immediately. Quality Repairs? When these guys are done, their work is invisible; Custom Work? Their work is art.It s been over 25 years and I expect another 25 years ahead of me. Although, honestly, I hope to see FAR less of Tony and the guys over the next 25!5 stars for me! Tony and his team did a great job on my M5 repair. I have a 2019 M5 Comp package vehicle that needed some body work and Tony took great care to do the job as promised and under budget. I live and work in the Boulder/Longmont area and his team was able to pickup and service the car in their Loveland shop without any trouble. I appreciate them so much for their kindness and professionalism with the vehicle. Auto body repairs are always a time of angst for the owner and Quality Auto Builders made the process very smooth. They were able to get the needed parts from Germany to make it look like new. Thanks Tony!

Poor communication skills. I brought my car in for a quote. I called the next day because I forgot to ask how long they would need my car, also wanted to check their availability since I left without making an appointment. Anyway, I called the next day during business hours, left a message. That was weeks ago I never got a call back. I wish they had returned my call I wanted to use their service but if you can t even return a phone call when I m trying to give you my money, I m not going to bug you. I have chosen another company to handle my repairs.

Don't send your vehicle here unless you want it gone for over 3 months and used or the same parts just adjusted to the point it makes your vehicle mobile not SAFE enough to get it off the property!!!! They take you for your money and do the worst repair job that is unsafe and and half a__ done even for having your vehicle for that long!!! NO stars is what I would actually give if that was an option!!! You give your trust to someone to fix something you drive your children around in thinking that they are good people and then you get this... it's a shame that people are more about the dollar signs these days rather then the morals and value...

Tony and the team did a really thorough job on a big laundry list of mechanical/under-body and body work after a high-impact collision to my parked car. They worked well with my insurance, and, while it took a lot of time during the virus pandemic, they did careful and excellent work.

After picking up our car and I got home, I noticed they missed an entire panel of repair. We took it back with without problem but we're out another four days to get it repaired. I asked for a small discount and was told " we don't give discounts". I felt disappointed since it was their oversight. After getting it back, the rear tailgate door would not open. According to the shop it was nothing to do with anything they repaired. After taking it to a repair shop, may other " repairs" needed to be done with the electrical system. Mechanics told us they could not prove it had anything to do with the bodywork. We didn't have any car electrical issues prior to the body repair.Very disappointed and will not recommend
