Just had two vehicles repaired by Ozzie s due to last year s hail. Fantastic experience!!! They went back and forth with my insurance because the work that was NEEDED to make it right was much more expensive than the adjuster s estimate. The work they did makes my car and truck look brand new! Paul was my main point of contact and he was excellent to work with, super friendly and provided regular updates as the repairs progressed.

Paul and his staff at Ozzie s body shop were tremendous in repairing my hail damaged GMC Sierra truck. The finished product looks outstanding and their professionalism, communication and friendliness made the experience a joy. Would highly recommend Ozzie s body shop for repair services.

Don't recommend using ozzies body shop, they won't do and estimate without being able to tear your vehicle apart to claim to make sure there isn't more hidden damage. Then charge you for the removal or parts but not reinstall them if you decide not to take there estimate. So then you are forced into having to leave your car there for them to repair it. I was stupid enough to let them look at my car then charged me around 700 just to get my car back and repair it at my house with multiple broken peices, missing fastener clips that they claim break while being disassembled. But said they make the insurance aware so they can charge you for all the OEM parts instead of just what is actually broken so then they can get more out of pocket cost. Highly recommend not using these guys because being the best you don't have to do that to people I've worked with many other shops before and they shaft you in every shape and direction. There slogan isn't true or factual

Call this place to get an estimate on my car told them was through Insurence told me ok. Girls up front I ll call u back to schedule you in ok I say . Then come back and tell me if insurance don t approve the work that needs to be done be coming out of ur pocket n u need to fight for your money back or you can go to Denver n find places there that will eat the cost so I call Insurence and explained to them n they wanted a tear down estimate so called this place n girls up front tell me well if we get it torn down then we mite as well fix it but insurance don t cover what needs to be fixed be coming out of ur pocket I told her I need an estimate to give to insurance n tells me ok call you back here it is 2 weeks later no phone call very rude and poor customer service

The employees of Ozzie's Body Shop are amazing. After an accident they handled everything with the other insurance and rental car. Always very friendly and helped wherever they can. They me kept always informed and up to date. I felt extremely comfortable. They were willing to adjust to my needs all the time. Ozzie's did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. Paul was awesome with keeping updated on how the repairs were progressing, and all other staff I spoke with were super helpful and friendly. When my vehicle was finished, it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Excellent local business! Brought my new Tacoma into Ozzie s after being rear ended. The repair was complicated and supply chain issues caused some delays, Ozzie s was very helpful and responsive. The truck came back feeling brand new, not a single issue so far. The shop even followed up multiple times to check on it. 100% recommended, great experience.Service: Body & Trim

Ozzie's Rocks!! Great place to do business with. Kenny is the man! I threw many scheduling issues at Kenny and he was able to handle it without a sweat. To top it off my truck came out of the shop looking like it did off of the lot. They worked with my insurance seamlessly and even handed my vehicle back fully detailed. Thanks Kenny & Ozzie's!

My car was sandwiched from front and behind . Right from the beginning I was impressed with their customer service. Paul did the estimate and then worked with the insurances company to get the necessary parts and work done. He kept me updated with the status and was extremely nice to work with. The car looks amazing and I am very pleased with EVERYTHING!Will recommend to others and my insurance agent and company!!Thanks Ozzie s

Paul S at Ozzy's was awesome. After a recent big snow storm, we broke our front bumper on some of the deep, icy snow. It broke the plastic under the wheel well as well, and that was hitting the tire. I showed Paul, fearful he'd say we needed to replace the whole bumper (which I couldn't afford at this time). I figured any repair would still cost, but instead Paul jumped under the car and fixed the wheel well plastic, at no charge. It was exactly what we needed at the time, and the kind of customer service that you'd hope for. Thank you Paul!Service: Body & Trim

I do not have enough good things to say about this business!!! Ozzie's took amazing care of my car, not once, but three times! I unfortunately was victim to a hit and run in a Walmart parking lot back in 2021 and took my car here for damage repair. They did a great job at having my car in and out quickly with a flawless repair! My bad luck didn't end there... my car was sadly stolen twice this year (2022) starting in April. The first time it was found, I knew I wanted to use Ozzie's for repairs since they took such good care of my car the first time around. Due to parts shipping in, it was a lengthier process (as expected) and took about 5 months until I saw my car again. I was astonished at how well my car came back to me! Couldn't even tell that a criminal had damaged and dirtied my nice car. However, my car was stolen AGAIN only 9 days later! Alas, it was found and there I was going through this same process with Ozzie's all over again after they had JUST finished my car. I just got it back from them this month (November), so way faster than last time. And again, they did an amazing job!! I want to give a specific thank you to Paul as he's been with me every step of the way throughout this crazy year with my car. He fought for my car to be fixed to perfection on three different occasions and always kept me informed any time he had an update. He even remembered that I had told him I'm an overnight worker, so always made sure to call me at a time of day when I would surely still be awake to talk things over. They were prompt and courteous professional. Went above and beyond to help resolve my issue when my insurance was being difficult. The work done on my vehicle was meticulously done. Even detailed my car inside and out! I would give these guys a 10 star review if I could! We had a small accident with our brand new VW ID.4 and our dealer suggested Ozzie's for the repairs. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them for your body work. Communication and attention to detail with everyone from Ozzie's was exceptional. Our collision advisor, Paul Sherratt, was amazing.The repairs took longer because parts were on backorder and Paul did everything in his power to find the parts from another source, he coordinated everything with our insurance adjuster, and kept us updated every step of the way. After the repairs were completed he encouraged us to reach out if we had any problems and I would not hesitate to contact them or use their services again. I was in desperate need of help with vehicle damage from an accident, and I have to give a shout-out to Megan and Paul. From the moment I spoke with them, I knew my car was in good hands. Unfortunately, my vehicle was deemed totaled, but they were with me the whole way. Even when I went to gather my things from my car, the receptionist and a young man working there were so helpful and kind to me. The team of technicians who repaired my vehicle after a collision went above and beyond, excellent. The detail to cleaning my interior was a happy surprise, unexpected. My car was brought here after a hit and run for body repairs. The body repairs were done with extreme, extreme quality, and I couldn't tell the car was ever hit. I found on the dash camera that the tech liked to rev my car and drive it roughly in the parking lot, being a sports car. He did not go overboard, and personally, I don't mind much, but this is something that other people might want to note if they don't want someone else playing with their car.Edit:I've been informed by the staff that this technician no longer works for them, and 3 years later the car still looks good after the repairs.

The front desk lady is kind and respectable. The shop totaled out my car after an accident. I didn't get to deal with the company too much, beyond the girl at the front door, who treated me with excellent customer service and good manners. She even texted me the info I needed when my voice-mail was full and greeted me promptly to get my affairs dealt with. She went above and beyond to make me feel satisfied, during the worst week of my life. I didn't catch her name, but thank you. You really made a positive difference in my experience.

I should have read the reviews more but most are positive and they have done work for my family in the past so I didn t read them. I had a very similar experience as someone previously though. They did get it in right away even though they couldn t work on it. But there was no communication from them until it was ready to be picked up. When I got there after I paid for the repairs they told me that they only fixed half of the muffler because the tech thought it was previously damaged because of the age of the car nope! There was no damage to the muffler before I got rear ended by someone going 65 mph, obviously that rearranged the entire muffler from front to back. If they would have made a phone call before that day I could have talked to them but they didn t. Instead they billed the insurance for as much as they could without it totaling the car out. I had to take it to another body shop and jump through hoops because by the time they would have fixed everything it did total the car out but obviously they wouldn t have gotten any money if that was what happened to begin with. It was very crooked and I will never go back again or recommend them!**Note to their response: Yes, they did leave numerous messages that I didn t respond to because they were all after the vehicle was picked up. They had already lost my trust at that point which is why I took it elsewhere. I never said they were slow, just didn t communicate

I got a quote from 4 places and Ozzie's was not the lowest but they stood out in customer service and knowledge. We liked them so much that we went back and shared the other quotes and came to a new work around that would financially work for us and we could still choose them. They worked us into the schedule and we were extremely pleased with their work! I'd recommend them all day long. It's hard to find honest and ethical mechanics who also do a good job. Thank you Ozzie's for taking care of my daughters car! We'll always use you in the future!
