I've been a customer of Dale's for over 10 years. I come here for regular maintenance and when I need repairs. Always polite, honest and willing to answer/explain any of my questions I may have about my car or it's service. You do have to schedule an appointment ahead of time, but I believe it's worth it for quality of service I receive. Dale will continue to be my mechanic until he fully retires.

Dale s is an honorable place to have your oil changed and car repaired. Dale s oil changes are exceptional! No walk-ins! You must schedule, and appointments are often weeks out, but worth the wait! Honest and fair - don t hesitate to use Dale s. Four stars this review because they forgot to rotate my tires;otherwise I would have given a five star review.

Dale and his employees have always been very friendly, helpful and experienced in taking care of our car(s). Very good at explaining what might be the problem and how to deal with it. Dale's Mobil 1 has taken great care of us and our cars! We've used Mobil 1 for years and I have tried to check off reasons why we only use Mobil 1, but let's just say, they are the only service we use for the car's 'wellness check' twice a year and anything that might need fixed/repaired, etc.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Went to Mobil 1 in Loveland yesterday. The owner Dale. I was told that he was an expert in dealing with Mercedes. He went out of his way to take care of my car, and explain everything to me. I will be a long time client of his....ane half the price of going to Mercedes dealer.Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly service. Good prices. Changed my oil in less than 20 minutes. It is the only place I could find near Denver that still has Mobil 1 5W-30. It was worth the drive.

My dad always told me to find a mechanic that I trust. I've been taking my vehicles to Dale and his team for the past 8 years and he's hands down the best in town. Dale and his employees run a highly professional shop and they will take care of you better than anyone else in Loveland or Northern Colorado for that matter. Dale will treat you like family and has been around cars his whole life. He takes pride in his work and does a GREAT JOB! I have taken my vehicles to him for as long as I can remember and so has my family and have had outstanding treatment at a fair price. Dale is also one of the nicest people I know! Keep up the GREAT work guys!!

I used to do my own oil changes until I got a newer car. Every where I went they always wanted to push things I didn't need. Dale and his staff have not tried this since day one. Always nice and trustworthy.I never write reviews but feel so strongly about how great this place is, that I had to write one!

These guys are great! They always take great care of my car, they go out of their way to help me find a cost-effective solution to any problems I'm having, and they keep me informed about what kind of maintenance I'll need in the future. Plus Dale is awesome!

These guys are great. They were knowledgeable and happy to talk cars. I felt like they cared about me and my vehicle. The mobile one oil is among the best out there and recommend 6k oil change interval with a warranty. I'll definately go back.

Had a small emissions leak and brought it to Dale's so they could do a smoke test.I have a mini so it's not the most common thing to work on and they were able to find the leak with no issues at all.Not to mention Heather at the front desk is one of the most friendly people you could meet, 10/10 would recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I had a check engine light came on and was looking for a place when I seen mobile 1 and went in. It turned out to be my plugs and they were more than happy to get me right in. I needed a oil change as well, so decided to give them all my business. Glad I did! The staff are professionals and this is a good place to go for any car needs you may have! Thanks again and I'll look for Mobile 1 in Kansas City, MO.

I needed a new radiator for my car and was told Mobil 1 was a great shop. I called and talked to Bryce who was super helpful. There was great communication the whole time my car was in the shop, and unlike most shops, Bryce seemed like he genuinely cared. He did everything he could to make sure my car was done right, quick, and at a fantastic price! I will be recommending mobil 1 and Bryce to anyone who asks!

I have never had better service than this place. They always clearly & honestly explain what's going on with my car and I've never felt spoken down to or dismissed. They're very upfront and candid about pricing, the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I won't take my care anywhere else.

Dales is AWESOME! I first took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Jeep dealership in Fort Collins. They told me I needed new tires... I knew that wasn't the case so I took it to Dales Mobil 1 Lube Express. They found the power steering pump leaking, the rack and pinion was loose, and a few other issues. They fixed it and after worked with me and my extended warranty. They went above and beyond their duties and were extremely helpful. I will take it here from now on!

Great service, friendly people. I worked for this company years ago. I still bring my car by every now and then if I am stumped or unable to do something. Dale and his guys are always willing to check things out or assist me in my own repairs.

Dale and his staff have always been super helpful and friendly anytime I have taken my car in for service and oil changes. They've always been thorough and honest about explaining what's wrong with my vehicle and timely in fixing whatever the problem might be! This is the only place I trust to take car of my car!!!

Attention anybody new to the area or who actually cares about there car/truck i highly suggest you do not come to this shop!!!!!!!!! Dale is the biggest joke in the world as a bussiness owner. He hires the most incompetent people and pays them minimum wage to work on your car. In my eyes if you pay for professional work there should be a professional under the hood. I was a tech for him at one point in time and he does not care about his employees or his customers. Just his money and his money alone. All he wants to do is play with his stupid Dragster and not run his business. So please if you want to fund his little hobby and get ripped off then this is the place for you. Please tell your friends and family and keep them safe, boycott and avoid this business. This shop has a history of catastrophic failures with customer cars. Dont be a victim like me and many other customers and employees.

I personally would not recommend this shop to anyone from out of state. Make sure you get all labor quotes in writing. This shop gave me verbal quote but the final price I got was almost double as to what they quoted me. I was told someone would contact me and I'm still waiting.

I came to them from a referral from a friend. I had an appointment with my regular shop only to find out they closed down (I know it sounds weird and it really was). They got me in right away and were super friendly throughout the whole process. They will continue to get my business.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles!If someone ever says they came in and something else was wrong it's because it actually was. It's called preventative maintenance for a reason. When you neglect a vehicle there's nobody else to blame for the issues, but yourself.Dale is the most trusted source in the business!

This my first choice to go for an oil change. Great oil, reasonable prices. They staff is very kind and helpful. The only place I can send my wife to go in by herself and them not try and upsell her on unnecessary things.
