I was recommended metric motors by my landlord for their honesty and they did not disappoint!I first took my car to Scotts, they fixed one bulb and said possible wiring issue on other, metric motors just replaced the bulb and saved me diagnostics. Foster, Jessie and crew are awesome! They are very honest and knowledgeable.

I emailed with a strange cooling system issue. Matt called to clarify, got me in right away, set me up with a loaner car, and had the issue resolved the same day. Outstanding value and service. Great people.

Needed to have my daughter s car looked over. We had a few oils leaks and needed brakes. They were able to fix the leaks, brakes, etc. and now the car is very reliable for my daughter. It s hard to find good honest mechanics and I feel we have that now. Jesse was great and very communicative. We will be back!!

Went to get new tires, we were helped by the kindest technician named Isaac. He did an amazing job helping us get the tires we wanted and installing them. 10/10 recommend going here for all your car needs.

Metric Motors was great. They did a bunch of work on my truck and were going to replace the spark plugs, but after cleaning them, called me to ask when they had been replaced last as they seemed new and they said it wouldn t be right to replace them if they didn t need it. They are very honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend .

These guys are great! Brought my car in to get winter tires on and have them check an exhaust rattle. They identified the rattle as the catalytic converter that had to be replaced a few years back after mine was stolen.New one was covered under warranty, they had a new one on and the car back to me the very next day! Even got to use the free loaner car.Thanks metric motors!

Helped me a ton when I was having battery issues with my car. They also identified other items that could have cost me a ton if they were not repaired sooner the later. Very professional, smooth process and quick service. I appreciate them getting me in so fast.

I took my Subaru Outback to Metric Motors after the dealership indicated it needed some things done due to the mileage. Metric Motors checked all the items and found the items listed were fine and pursuant to the manufacturer's recommendations the mileage on my car wasn't high enough to warrant doing anything right now. Metric Motors didn't even charge me anything for the maintenance check!

I bring all of my vehicles to Metric Motors. Not only do I completely trust their work, but am always pleased with the timely manner in which they complete the work. I recently had a miscommunication and Dan and Matt were very quick to jump in, work with me, and fix it. This is quality service, thank you all!

Metric motors is great!!! My suv broke down right in front of their shop and they took it and had a diagnosis in a few hrs.. In the mean time they gave me a loaner vehicle so I can make it to drs and get things taken care of I'm truly grateful yous guys are around!!!

I took my 2019 tesla 3 with 33,000 miles to them because it was squeaking when I turned. Unfortunately misses the warranty with tesla. I couldn t find anyone else besides Tesla and Metroc to work on electric cars. I spent the money to get it fixed and they communicated the entire time and sent me pictures and gave me a loaner vehicle in the mean time. Matt was amazing and I trust him. I made an appointment for my Honda CR-V. I had my oil changed and stayed while it was completed. Their waiting room was clean and warm. The staff are all very friendly. The oil change was fast and they recommended to change the air filter, which they did right away. I later had a question and they looked at my car right away to ease my mind.Great customer service! I recently made an appointment with metric motors to have my vehicle aligned after replacing the rack and pinion. They indicated it would take approximately an hour. After about 50 minutes they called me to the counter with a proposal to replace numerous other suspension parts at a figure approaching $3000. Only one item "they" considered critical to replace before doing the alignment. They even reminded me that I needed new tires which is why I was doing some remedial work prior to such a purchase in the first place. Either they assumed I was totally illiterate regarding vehicle services needed or it's part of their program to upsell whenever possible. I picked this facility because of lots of positive reviews. Definitely won't be going back for any of their offered services.

If you're looking for a mechanic shop that you can really trust, Metric Motors is the place! I had the unfortunate experience of having someone drill a hole into my gas tank to steal my gas (yes, you read that right) and leaving one hell of a mess behind.Thankfully, Scott and all the guys at the shop were ready to jump in and help this very anxious momma out! They got a brand new gas tank and had it installed in no time!! Not only were they quick and reliable, they didn't once try to sell me on something I didn't need. I can't tell you how much that means to someone who has little knowledge about vehicles! I highly recommend everyone who works at Metric Motors, especially Scott!

We have been using Metric Motors for all our vehicles for many years. They are always honest and explain things in detail. The loaner cars are a big plus. We never feel pressured to get certain repairs done. They inform you of recommendations for your vehicle so you can plan future maintenance and cost. Metric Motors is owned by a Christian friend of ours, we know from church. They are honest and reliable. I love everyone who works here, especially Dan, Tommy, Josh, Scott,, Isaac and Foster. They are ALL stupendous! They know their stuff. So, don't go anywhere else! You'd be a fool!!!

I have used metric motors for 11 years now since moving to the area. We have 2 Hondas with now 450,000 miles on them so we need repairs performed routinely. I wouldn't be waiting this long to replace the Hondas if I didn't have faith in metric. I am very satisfied with Metric Motors service! I brought my car in for an alignment and new tires, but after inspection they informed me that there was other work needing to be done and immediately gave me an estimate for the total required services. I had some errands to run that day and I was easily provided with one of their free loaner cars, which was very clean and well cared for by the way! They quickly and concisely answered all of my questions and calls, with great patience, and even after I had picked up my car one of the team members helped me with something completely unrelated to the prior work and I am very grateful. Thank you for the transparency and professionalism while my car was in your care!
