They replaced fan belt but did NOT replace the belt tensioner. As the result the belt fell off once again a short time later. We ended up paying double to fix their mistake. After speaking to MDER they agreed to reimburse us at first, but then changed their mind and started straight up lying and accusing us of dishonesty. So whatever you do save yourself time and money and stay away from this incompetent and dishonest place.

Do to the choices Rick has made, this is what I have left. We are a small, family owned business and Rick with MDER has refused to pay over $2k that we are owed for the work we supplied in 2022. Not only that, but in my multitude of attempts to reach Rick and have a conversation about this has not been possible do to Rick avoiding my calls, mail, and emails, or just flat out hang up on me! As a small business owner myself, this is so disappointing to see. We are all going through difficult times, we are understanding, but rude behavior is not a way to get help or fix an issue. I hope Rick can gain some accountability and maturity to address this.

These negative comments are obviously some people who wanted something for free the comment about this company getting ahold of your credit card and running it twice is impossible the company emails invoices in pace through email through a secure link this company has high morals and amazing ethics. They do great work and have full capability to do all kinds of work. If I could give this company more than five stars I would it's too bad Google allows people with such negative views to leave false claims about such a great company.

Worked with MDER for the setup on an aggregate screening plant (2 scalpers and a radial conveyor) to produce 5 products at 200 tons per hour. The owner came in person as a new customer, and worked for a day and a half with us, setting up everything for success. This was a pleasure and one of the most professional and knowledgeable repair crew I've had the chance to work with. Their truck had every single tool we needed for the jobs. 100% a go to partner in Colorado!

We have been trying to get payment from this yahoo since March of 2021!! Ignores phone calls, or just hangs up, doesn't answer emails, he's a piece I'll tell you. May need to take a road trip to CO!!

Picked up trailer that lost duals kept in shop there for almost a week kept promising it would be done but yet mechanic's worked on their own things and cleaned shop and couldn't remember to order parts. Was more worried about getting paid for the 6100 dollars they charged which anywhere else would have bought a complete axle. I do not recommend anyone calling this place they brag on not having any competition and by reviews abuse truckdriver. Stay away if you value your livelihood. The owner Rick is never around to supervise his employees and not much gets done at this place. Do not believe hours of operation either more like 9 to 5 and will leave you hanging. I must state I am just a driver I had no financial responsibility in this situation just my view of what happened and would like to point out this business loves to pass the blame on everyone but himself

What an amazing company this is I just recently read where the owner loaded a customer's engine that was damaged by UPS and his personal vehicle drove it to Indianapolis so the engine could be repaired at no charge to the customer now if that isn't customer service I don't know what is we are using this company after doing a lot of research on the current customers that they have not one complaint you will not go wrong using this company Rick and his guys are amazing I've never had better service. I'm still amazed that he drove that distance for a customer for something he wasn't even responsible for that shows great customer service you will be in business for a long time. What a great job nice trucks too I think you are the only company running tandem axle service trucks in this state way to go.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Warning,There are no words that can explain my disgust with this place. Their service is absolute garbage, They are not even mechanics. I took my 2012 DD15 to this place, they promise me they will fix my Freightliner in a couple of days, Instead, I have been stuck from July 6/2021 to July 21/2021.They are the most aggressive people I ever deal with. They get angry when you ask them any questions, They don't provide me a receipt for the parts purchased for my truck, Simply charge me more than the price, They don't even Say when they lie to me. It is a highway robbery.After they change the fuel pump and fuel injector sensor my truck wouldn't start. Before at least the engine was able to start. Finally, After a $5,200 bill and stayed for 15 days at this location they want me to change the fuel injector. But I had enough, I have to tow my truck to a different shop in Denver. Amazingly the guy fixed my truck within less than one hour without changing anything.If I have to write everything that happens to me it will be a very long story, I am doing this because I believe I can save someone from being robbed.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you have a skid steer that needs work, find someone else. This guy cost me money and lots of time with downed machine. Nothing but excuses and blamed my equipment. Customer service isn't part of his program. I ended up paying him $5k for a torn down machine that had to be lifted onto my trailer.

I went to this place looking for help, my truck was showing a fault in the acceleration, RICL the owner put the laptop on it and told me that the problem was low diesel pressure, that this could be solved by changing the filters, I told him ok that's fine , change them, I arrived at your workshop at 9:30 am and it was 4 pm and I was still waiting for the filters to be changed, they charged me 600 dollars for only changing 2 diesel filters and the failure continued! In addition to this, an air compressor hose broke, I went with one problem and left with two, and they were not responsible! stay away from this place

MDER was third shop to work on our Freightliner differential. They were the first to get it right and replaced under warranty. We appreciate their honesty and integrity as the warranty refund was received in full. The quality of there work is first class.

My driver broke down on i25. After another mobile shop failed to show up I called Rick and he had his parts runner pick up and deliver the parts to my driver so he could fix it and carry-on. Super awesome office staff and Rick is top notch. Thank you sir.

This place is not a good place to go to have repairs on your vehicle. They over charge for repairs a $2500.00 job turned into a $4000.00 job literally ripped me off. Stay away from them.

I called this guy up for road services and he said he would be out in 1 hrs called him 2hrs later and said he forgot about me told me another hrs told him forget it I ll never use this company terrible customer services and rude
