Rain or shine, the staff at Loveland steam Laundry make it happen. There are so many challenges companies who need laundry services face, and this team is always willing to communicate and coordinate to the very best of their ability and make sure you have what you need. I appreciate this hard-working company and recommend their services.

This place is literally falling apart. The owners/management care about nothing but money. Good Luck getting a raise from minimum wage here... they will come up with excuse after excuse to not pay you a living wage.

We have spent many years and a lot of money taking our clothes here. They've lost items in our order, we've received items that don't belong to us, yet we continued to use them. We recently picked up our clothes and there is a huge tear in a brand new shirt. The refuse to make it right and replace the shirt- tried to blame it on the "quality" of the shirt. This BRAND new shirt came from a well know company that produces quality clothes that aren't cheap. They were rude on the phone and lack customer service. They refused to replace the shirt AND we still had to pay for the dry cleaning service on the shirt they ripped?!? This is NOT how you run a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. They don't value a long time customer that brought clothes to them weekly. If you are looking for dry cleaning services, DO NOT take your clothes here. If I could give them zero stars I would.

What kind of training is required for drivers? We were cut off by a truck yesterday who then crossed lines of traffic with total disregard for other drivers. I m disappointed to have called and not received any return call. Please show some concern for your community and the safety of those around you.

I love this service, our linens come back pressed and sanitized it truly spoils you, consistent care excellent service

Your driver really needs to operate your vehicle much better,and perhaps take some defensive driving lessons. The driver at the Larimer County halfway house has no respect of other drivers!
