While traveling, we decided to be proactive and get an oil plug for our F150 since the one we had was damaged. It was over Christmas weekend, and we called the closest Ford dealership, which was in Laramie at that time. The very kind gentleman then checked his computer and told us that we could get that particular plug in Loveland on our way by, but they only had one left. I then called Loveland Ford, speaking to Sean in parts who was kind enough to set aside that plug for us. We were able to stop in and pick up the plug hours later and get on our way. Both dealership parts departments in Laramie and Loveland were so helpful and kind.

I bought my Ford explorer off the lot new in 2017. Since then, I have had to have the transmission replaced. Then, a couple of months later, it goes out again. Both times was a pain trying to get it fixed even tho I had the extended warranty on my car the first time I was still making payment the second time it went out was the day after I payed my car in full. My car is still setting here un drivable due to the transmition. Now, the extended warranty is done. They wanted to charge me like 10k to fix it this last time when the car is only worth 13k. Told me it was due to my air conditioner that the condenser was broken, so that why it went out that it's all one unit so why is there 2 part numbers when you go to fix it if its all one unit?. Then they told me I drove it without transmition fluid. My car never leaked any transmition, and if it didn't have any in it, it was due to lack of service when it was fixed the first time and i think my car wouldnt have moved 10 miles in it if it had no transmition fluid in it. Then the extended warranty place told me that I got one over on them when they fixed it the first time they never should have fixed it. You talk about a waste of money that I put in that extended warranty for nothing. I paid that for 7 years to get a shaft from both Ford and their extended warranty department. If this is how you treat your paying customers, good luck because I'll never be back. And I even sent more people to you until this. Plus, as I'm standing there discussing this issue, they had the nerve to call other people over in front of me that worked there and was talking and making fun of me. You talk about some rude people. And yes, I did hear it was being said because he wasn't being quiet about it.

Joe with the mobile service has taken care of my truck a couple of times. He is definitely the kind of person you want taking care of your vehicle. Great representative of the company. Great option instead of having to take your vehicle into the shop.

OK, finally decided to get the cam-phasers checked or replaced on my 2019 F150. Took a few days, but they were able to replace all 4 under my extended warranty, no cost, which was great. Service personnel were very helpful, I got a free ride home while waiting for the repairs. Truck used to be very noisy while first starting and developed a related pinging. Now it's very smooth running plus at least on the trip home (16 miles) I'm getting over 25mpg instead of 19 mpg. Thanks Loveland Ford.

They have always seemed to earnestly try to fix my car. They are not the best at giving updates, I usually have to call weekly to check, but I understand- they are busy. I've been in multiple times for the same thing, and Kyle has always been fair with me and treated me kindly.

I love this place!! I have purchased one vehicle from here, but it s my only service center. Had a small issue and my advisor Vittoria went above and beyond!! Communication was flawless, just feels great to know the advisors here understand and are there for their customers. 10/10 will be a customer for life. Thank you to Vittoria and all the amazing people at Loveland Ford.

Overpriced. Tried charging 1200 for spark plugs and a o2 sensor, if you need a fix look elsewhere. I ended up paying 280 by having another place do it for me. I called several times to get an idea of what my warranty covered and they weren't able to tell me anything, it was clear they didn't know, because I was told I would have a rental until the truck was fixed and on day 10 I get a call that I needed to return it and they would add me back to the list for a loaner. Messed with my work big time. I also asked before hand what I'd be looking at to get the other fixes and was told it would be "covered under warranty" no expectations on deductible or "equipment fees"... I shouldn't have expected much anyways as this dealer still owes me $100 that was promised and never delivered.

They changed the transmission filter and fluid & oil change. Then they did a courtesy multi-point inspection where I was told my front and rear differential oil needed replacement b/c of color and condition, but the transfer case oil looked new. I just had it changed 5 days earlier by another shop. So... I figured that the other shop didnt replace it and scammed me. I went back to the shop, they put it on the lift and with me under my truck showed me the oil in front & rear -- both were brand new, clean/clear fresh oil. Feels like Loveland Ford just wanted to change the diff oil... that didnt need changing. Feels shady at best. Either bad techs or dishonest techs.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Matt Wenck was very reasonable and easy to work with. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here due to the following reasons:- Non-response for vehicle updates. Even after calling 3 times, I did not receive a callback for 20 business hours.- Verbally quoting or stating one thing but trying to trap me into another thing.- Failing to provide a scope of work and cost estimate before approval- Inability to diagnose issues in my vehicle despite having the vehicle for multiple days.Don't stress yourself out by bringing your vehicle in for service here. Save yourself the headache, hassle and money by going elsewhere.

Well, they have done it yet again! Broken promises and not meeting the Lincoln Standard for Service. I paid $75000 for an Aviator which I love! I've owned the vehicle for 2 years and have used Loveland Ford to provide maintenance service. They have either forgotten appointments, showed up an hour late and never have the loaner vehicle.Today they called 25 minutes before the appointment and said they don't have a loaner. I told them not to bother coming.And what's most astonishing is they just flat out don't care. I've ask to have the service manager call me. Over paid for vehicle and bought the extended warranty. My car broke before the warranty expired, it took them over a month to get me in, then informed me it was no longer under warranty. They want me to pay the $8,000 dollars to put a new engine in that was under warranty! Do not used this dealership. The service department is crooked!

Angelina and Travis in the service department were great to work with! Travis took my initial call about my service engine soon light needing to be checked during a routine oil change. He personally made sure there was nothing imminent with the code and got it handled. Angelina helped go through the checkout process and assisted in getting us all on the same page. She was very thorough and it was obvious that she cared about the customer experience.Both individuals made me confident in the service department's ability to ensure customer satisfaction.I also used their shuttle service and the young gentleman was kind, professional, and drove safely.

My vehicle had a recall for the backup camera. Recall was taken care of in February. Backup camera is still having the same issue the recall was supposed to take care of. I called on at least three occasions to make an appointment and was sent to voicemail each time. I never heard back. I finally drove an hour from my house to the service center to make an appointment. Dropped the car off for my appointment. They called the next day and said it was done and they had fixed it. Drove it it to work and it was NOT fixed. I had the same issue with the backup camera. I called and spoke to Matthew who said he couldn't help me and sent me to voicemail, but assured someone would call me on 07/18 and nobody has called me back. I called today and left a voicemail for the service manager and expect I won't hear back from him either. What does it take to get a call back to schedule my vehicle for warranty/recall services?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very poor customer service.Bought my 2022 F-150 from this dealership and figured bringing it back for servicing and recalls was the right decision. Used their website to schedule an oil change and to have the recalls taken care of at the same visit.I set my appointment to be at 10am. I showed up 5 mins before 10 and parked in the service bay. Talked to the polite ladies in the front about my scheduled appointment and was told to talk to another gentleman in the room. After standing at his station for 15mins he finally showed up only to tell me he can t do the recalls due to, his guys are overworked and don t have time. I mentioned I made an appointment for this to be done along with the oil change and was told that the recalls are not under the maintenance side and need to be schedule differently. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time with a phone call or email. So now I get to figure out another time to bring my truck in for the recalls now, but will be done somewhere else.TL/DR: Appointments mean nothing with this dealership and any notes added to the appointment request are glossed over.

Have had my vehicle serviced here since new with many oil changes and it s like these people don t ever listen to you. Oil was leaking from the filter from when they changed it the last time. The only reason I brought it to them was to address this issue. They changed the oil and claimed there was no oil leaking, even though it left a puddle in my garage and was all over the filter. They charge 20% more than anywhere else for an oil change and can t even do the small things correct they never reset my oil life and they leave all of the oil change sticker residue behind and just place a new sticker below. My window is disgusting from all of the sticker left behind and then they ignore your original issue you came for. Steer clear!Service: Oil change

Im confused why this isn t five star because I ve had a positive experience every visit! I ve been visiting since 2020, when I purchased my vehicle. Every employee has been kind, considerate, and professional. Not sure why their reviews aren't higher. These guys are AWESOME. I told them a dollar amount I wanted to spend on general maintenance for my 10 year old F250. I really thought it needed that amount of work or more. They call me a few hours later and I end up spending less than half what I was budgeting for. Trustworthy folks. Yes, they're very busy and can have your vehicle for days at a time but I can't put a price on trustworthiness. I go here all the way from Estes Park. That's how much faith I have in them. Scheduled the works oil change and rotation for 1 pm . Arrived early and still left after 3pm. I sat in a space I could clearly see my truck on the lift. It was lifted and started within about 20 minutes of arrival. After this, it sat up on the lift with 2-3 techs literally sitting in front of it (break area maybe?) and nobody touching it for an hour and a half then I m called and told that the tech is just finishing my maintenance and inspection and suggests doing all of the fluid flushes (will definitely need to do based on mileage and age-2017 & 75k). Quoted and asked if I wanted to do them right now. I said no. Can t imagine how many hours longer I d have sat there if I said yes to even one.Because I watched these techs sit in front of and below my raised truck for over an hour (phones out and in great conversation about more important things), I ll be taking my truck in tomorrow at another shop to have the inspections all redone and get quoted.I don t trust that these techs (I took several pictures of them sitting around and my truck on the lift above them) did these inspections thoroughly enough the accurately diagnose things.There were three others in the waiting room that I know were specifically waiting for their works maintenance for two hours or more as well.I understand all businesses are busy and many are understaffed. With as many guys as I saw standing around, playing on their phones and jacking their jaws, I can assure you that shouldn t be the problem here .My business will go elsewhere. Such a shame for a newer dealership and service center. I ll drive the extra distance to find a more highly rated place.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

I had to come to Loveland Ford for a VIN verification on my Jeep. I spoke with Caleb on the phone, and he was super helpful and kind even for not purchasing the vehicle there or even owning a Ford. When I arrived the service department was very clean, and although they were very busy I was greeted immediately. Brendan, (a porter for Loveland Ford) assisted me in filling out the document. Overall this was very quick and easy. I would recommend going to Loveland Ford anytime.

Very disappointed so far!!! I have been waiting to get my SUV back in the service shop since Oct. 25th, 2022. They told me to drop it off yesterday at 7am. I find out the part they ordered was wrong and essentially my SUV has been sitting there for 1 1/2 days and they have done nothing to it yet...The miscommunication and bad info I have been given from the service team, including Service Manager and Director of Service is absolutely mind boggling. To make things worse, I have been on the list to get a "Loaner" car since 10/25/22 and still no loaner car...I bought a vehicle from Loveland Ford for $66K in 2021 and I will never do business with them again...all because there service department is horrible!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wasn't really happy with the service, was just getting plugs replaced and it took 2 days because they were short 1 plug and had to get it from Denver. Also, the price was going to be way higher than quoted.Fortunately, I had a great service tech. Parker kept me informed and gave me a credit that made everything right. Ford has a great employee in Parker!

Able, Caleb and the entire "service" staff completely disregard any direction from their customers, waste customers time quoting completion times that are hours off (or days in my case). The manager comes inside and whispers about your vehicle Infront of you. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable coming from such a highly rated dealership.I was told that my vehicle would be done within 2 hours for an oil change and changing my brakes. It's been 24 hours and they said my vehicle is still disassembled and it will be 45 min to an hour before I can pick it up. I dropped it off at 9:30am yesterday morning.Now they are quoting me "worst case scenario $1200" . . . For an oil change and changing the brakes. I told them I dont want any recommended service just put my vehicle back together and I'll pay just to not have to deal with these jokers for another second. Now I'm waiting for "45 min to an hour" . . . We will see I guess.This place is a joke, 0 out of 10, don't waste your time here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Took 6 months to get a replacement (remanufactured) engine. Cost 11,200 and these clowns couldn t even find it on the lot upon pick up. It took 30 minutes and I even gave them a 20 minute call ahead. Then they couldn t even run it through the onsite car wash for me before me picking it up. Came back dirty and covered in dust. Unreal. Wouldn t even let them change my oil.

I ve had my truck in 5 times for a heating/cooling issue. Every time I bring it in they have it for 3 days and the issue is still not resolved. This last time they told me they would get a loaner vehicle so I wouldn t have to be without a vehicle again but when I get there no loaners are available. I ve called the service manager and he won t call me back. It just seems like they don t care. I wouldn t suggest bringing a vehicle in for service at Loveland Ford!

Good luck with the service department. Purchased a $25k car and now I'm getting ghosted about my car window. Waiting 3 weeks now no call back. Called the past 2 days and just get the runaround.
