Everyone I dealt with at the shop was so nice and informative. The process went smooth with Insurance. Everybody communicated so well about my vehicle. It looks fantastic and the work was done on a very respectable timeline. Highly recommend.

This place is terrible! After dropping my vehicle off for approved repairs, I got a phone call a week later saying that it was going to be more expensive than the estimate said. I was told the person who wrote the original estimate wasn t qualified to be writing estimates and subsequently wasn t working there when my vehicle went in for repairs. They told me it was going to cost more without telling me why and wouldn t stand by their original estimate. I told them not to do the work at this point and went to pick my vehicle up the next day, without the repairs being completed, and they told me my deposit couldn t be fully refunded because the technician had already began part of the work. I picked up my vehicle and they didn t even clean the outside of it where they had written in oil marker noting chips in the paint. They just left it on there without a care. I will be telling everyone I know to never take their vehicles to Kaizen Collision Center! Worst customer service I have ever had!

Still waiting for them to call to place ID tag on driver door (This has been over 9 months ago, still, no call, nothing.). They also misplaced the battery cover and tried a non-OEM fix, which looked really ghetto and torn apart. I just have had a trying experience here and would not suggest the added on stress the stress of already needing your vehicle repaired.

I've been treated in a very professional manner. They seem to know the complexities of insurance companies, explained the procedure. Was decided that my vehicle is a total loss. I am very sad, the ins co are no help.

Quick in and quick out. Looked brand new when it was done. The staff, especially Erin, were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wow this place was incredible not only did they get my car back to me within a week, it literally looks perfect, basically brand spanking new. They detailed the whole interior and washed polished the whole exterior. I had a rental thru the local enterprise and was able to just leave that car right in the parking lot :) I would 10/10 recommend everyone was super nice too

The shop refused to send my car to a mechanic, charged my insurance for a new unibody panel and then just repaired the old one. Paint job was mediocre. They refused to consider my passenger airbag light as part of the accident, which occurred on the passenger side. I do not recommend using them.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had some body work done and they did an amazing job. With having dealt with other body shops in the past these guys are amazing. Emily was over the top great to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and her customer service was amazing. She's definitely an asset to the company. Lloyd was the technician that did the repair and did an amazing job. His skill set and knowledge is great he's definitely talented at what he can do. Thanks again for all your help guys.

I had a vehicle repaired here a few years ago (when it was known as Blue Ribbon) and worked with Dan (the general manager) at the time. They did such a terrific job! Looked as good as new. A recent health emergency with elderly parents resulted in their causing a mishap to their car, while not earth-shattering (the bumper came dislodged), it was still a very stressful event. Remembering Dan's outstanding service from before, I reached out him to see if he might be able to lend some ready support to repair my parents' car. I sent him some pictures, and he stepped up immediately to offer help. Needless to say, the car was repaired in a couple days and looks as good as new. That's the kind of person (and business) I want to support. They do stellar work and are ready to step in when life's emergencies may call for kindness, understanding, and a quick response. The detailing department stole my personal items out of my car. Went through my glovebox and threw everything but the manuals away, took my sacred feather and rocks, parts of my work uniform etc. I have picture proof that these specific items were in my car when Kaizen had control of my car and nowhere to be found when I finally got my car back.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast they were able to get me in. They were very efficient And my vehicle looks excellent. I had jacknifed my trailer into my vehicle and really did a number on it. I started a claim with them 5 months ago on top of having to find the aftermarket parts needed for the repairs cause they were to lazy to find them! After many attempts to get my repair done found out there was NO ESTIMATE recorded and CANT ORDER THE AFTERMARKET PARTS NEEDED!! Why r they a repair shop if can t get parts u need to replace from an accident?? They wanted to put OEM parts back on instead! WHY WOULD I WANT OEM???

My teenage daughter has a tendency to back into cars rather frequently so when she hit her friends drivers side door, I found and purchased a used door on marketplace. Then started looking for a shop to paint it. Kaizen was the only shop that was willing do the job with a door that they didn t purchase from a vendor. After inspecting the door that I bought, Felipe told me what would need to be done and why. I know just enough about paint and body work to know that he was not trying to upsell me and in fact was trying to figure out ways to reduce the overall cost. The car and door came out amazing, better than it looked before.I would highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center for any body/paint work needs. They re just a bunch of hard working, honest and friendly people who get the job done right and in a timely manner!Service: Painting

Horrible company to work with.Doesn't pay their bills and when you reach out to them about it, they are the rudest people I've every worked with. At that the VP of the company is rude and pushy and makes promises they can't keep.Once you start threatening them that they are going to collections is the only time they will talk to you and "Attempt" to resolve the situation but they don't.

These people are absolutely great to work with. No surprises. Their work is also great! If you need body work done this is the place. Reasonable and will also order you a rental if needed.
