My coolant dash light came on while I was driving, and I went to this location nearest to me. The two guys Ethan and Ian were extremely helpful. They took their time and were very thorough. I say this because they even brought out a flashlight to shine through the coolant reservoir so they could make sure the level was perfect. Also, they double checked my oil level even though my oil change isn't due for another 2k miles. They were extremely friendly, and we had some good conversations, felt like I was chopping it up with some old buddies instead of complete strangers. I highly recommend this location, obviously they know how to hire. Customer service is not what you do for the customer, but how you interact with them, and these guys didn't even have to try, they were just being themselves. I appreciate the authenticity. see y'all again soon!

Quick and easy. Relatively good price and got the job done. This was the first time at any oil change where they didn't try to sell me a new air filter, like everywhere else does. I'll be back again when I need service.

My trip to jiffy lube was not planned. They were completely empty the time I called. (9:30 a.m. Sunday) I needed an oil change and got in and out. I have a luxury car and typically I pay quite a bit. I paid less than I paid any other place. (Which the other places gave me a discount) the staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. I did think it was odd that they did not have the tools to turn off my "Oil Maintenance Required) message in my car though. They told me too find a new shop? Other than that pretty decent.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great recommendations and their honesty. Brian (the asst manager) showed me the air filter and told me he would recommend that I not change it since it was not too bad. I was shocked that he didn't recommend that I purchase something I didn't need. I trusted him right away because of that. He told me the correct type of oil that Toyotas like and expained everything about that kind of oil. He didn't mind my questions and was very friendly. He topped off all my fluids and filled up my tires with air (told me to watch one tire because it was extremely low.) The service was done within a half hour. I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you so much Brian and Jiffy Lube!

Almost immediate service every time, hardly any wait line. Quick oil servicing- but make sure to mention to check other fluids and vacuum or check filters and etc. as they will not do anything except oil for full amount if you do not speak up!

Always cheerful and great quality service! I love getting all my needs for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee taken care of at Big O Tire in Vernal. Even though I now live six hours away!

I have been to various places to have my oil changed, over the years, but none have been as competent, thorough and friendly as the Loveland West Eisenhower location. Shout out to the young man with the braids and knit cap! Not only was he knowledgeable and outgoing but welcoming. I have told several people about him and look forward to coming again soon. His warm customer service is exemplary!

Detailed, short wait, but dirty. I had my truck cleaned inside and out before I got my oil chg. Door had greasy fingerprints on door, greasy shoes on my clean floor mats. Tuck smelled like dirty mechanics. You need to better this area before I ever come back. Why vacuum and clean windows if your going to leave greasy hand prints.

I have always gone to Toyota service for oil changes but the travel from Loveland is getting to be to much so I thought I would try Jiffy Lube, very pleased with the service, the recommendations and the quality of the work done, will return in the future

Sad to say this used to have good service and was my favorite place for 5 years at least...Went today to try again and it was horrible customer service...They broke my glove compartment last visit and didn't tell me so will never go back. They gave a weather excuse they couldn't change my oil... I went down the street to Take 5 oil change and got it done with great customer service and happier guys with doing there Job.

Your employees were lost, could not tell me the recommended oil for my truck, could no change the fuel filter in my diesel truck, didn't know which cap was the radiator cap.Your facility has customers walking around the outside through a pot-hole filled lot, so the customer can babysit your employees.I slammed you in Google and I'm telling all my friends to go elsewhere.Horrible experience!You're a horrible operator!

I am a longtime customer of this location (over 20+ years). This location is now under new management (in recent months). I have always received great service at Jiffy Lube, which has kept me coming back. That said, my recent visit, my first visit with new ownership, was exceptional. This team is dedicated to ensuring you feel as though your vehicle is the only one they are working on. They prioritize efficiency, effectiveness and quality. They are clearly committed to both customer service and doing their jobs with accuracy. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and exceeded all expectations. 5-star+ experience! Thank you!

Just went to have a leaked checked at a little before 4:00 this afternoon and the shop was closed. As a matter of fact as we were pulling in three cars were leaving the business and we suspect they were the employees.If they had to close early due to staffing issues, I understand, but leave a sign on the door or something! Bad business. And you just lost a loyal customer.

Didn t even get my oil changed, ONE car in the bay and 4 people working sat there waiting to be helped while they stared at me for 20 min. Will not be returning, if they can do basic customer service then why would you trust them to work on your vehicle?

This was my first time in Loveland. I have been traveling and was passing by and Ian was great at taking care of me. This was a nice experience. Very professional jiffylube.

The service technicians were diligent about the correct rear differential fluid and notified me that they had to have it delivered to the shop and that it would add a little time to the service. I appreciated that they made sure the correct fluid was utilized and that I was informed of the situation.

they throw you on a car even if you are not completely trained, and have no idea what you are doing! I would not recommend working here or taking your vehicle here I worked here for a few brief months the manager rain , or Christina makes inappropriate jokes does not listen to her employees needs or requests makes us feel uncomfortable and then throws you under the bus for her own satisfaction and safety! Not a very good work environment or leadership skills!

I m still a little stunned at my experience at the Loveland Jiffy Lube yesterday. I finally took my car in for an oil change, after 15 months, and while I was waiting, the manager, Rainey, came in from the bay area carrying my dipstick to show me my oil. She said that it was still perfectly clean, and that I didn t need an oil change! I told her it s been 15 months since my last oil change, and she said, But you ve only driven 2000 miles. She said they could change it for me if I wanted, or they could just top off my fluids. I said, Top off the fluids so you can at least make a little money. She said, Oh, we don t charge for that. So I hardly know what to say. This is customer service above and beyond! They cared enough to look at my maintenance record and my actual oil before just changing it automatically. And then they cared enough to tell me the truth, even though they didn t get any business from me this time. You can be sure they will get mine and as much as I can send their way in the future. Honesty and integrity are such rare qualities, both in businesses and people. I would think a business which is honest in one area is probably going to be trustworthy for other things too.

Worst customer experience ever. I went there twice to ask about their AC recharge services. The first time was in the middle of the day on a Friday and they were "Open" but the doors were locked and no one was there, around 11 AM. I went back today and was told by the person who came up to my car "let me stop you right there and save you some time." He told me that they don't work on my brand of car.I told him that they have before and I was interested in ... he interrupted me and went on about how he can't get an oil filter for my car... which was not the reason I was there in the first place. Apparently they can't do any of the services advertised on their website if you have the wrong brand of car. Maybe they should put that on their website too.He was so rude, even when I told him I was not there for an oil change. I have a hunch that they just didn't want to take any more vehicles/answer any questions within an hour of closing, but since when does a business turn customers away before they have a chance to ask a question/even get in the door? It's not the only car I need serviced, but I will never go there again.

never again im not from colorado but i was visiting my sister for thanksgiving they were friendly and everything but they do a very sloppy job!! they put the oil filter wrong and was dripping oil!! mind you i live in texas 18hr 1/2 away from loveland colorado!!! after noticing small spots of oil in my driveway i told my husband to check it and thats when he said look at this mess filter incorrectly put in!!! never again cant imagine what could of happen to me and my girls on our way home.. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Usually good service at Jiffy Lube in Ft Collins, but the boy checking me in today in Loveland on Eisenhower was trying to tell me the cost, "unless it goes over 5liters, then it's additional $10.99." I said that's never happened & shouldn't on my car. He continued to assure me he's seen 5.2l sometimes 5.7 liters on Corollas. So I walked out because max capacity in my Corolla is 4.4l & I don't appreciate being oversold.
