FIVE STARS!JD s Collision Repair is hands down the best repair shop in Northern Colorado, and truly the only shop I trust to work on my vehicle.Not only is the work phenomenal, their team is friendly and kept us in the loop every step of the way.AND to top it off, they worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. (OH AND! You get your vehicle back sparkly clean and detailed!!)I would recommend them (and have) to all my family and friends. Thank you Amy, and team at JDs! I really appreciate you all! I m so happy to have my truck back!

after being rearended in my audi, i brought my car in and was nothing short of impressed. they made the process extremely easy with insurance, were very open and communicative, and to top it off made the special tri-color paint and PDR work look flawless. they even had it finished 3 business days earlier than originally anticipated, detailed both in and out. great people, great work!

Took my car to JD s and oh my gosh. I ve never had a better experience. They regularly texted me updates on my car and then returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I went to get in and thought, whose car is this?! won t go anywhere else for body work!

These guys are amazing. Worked on my Mercedes GLE 450 and did a wonderful job!! They were very proactive about communicating so I had zero worries the entire time.

JD s does an amazing job! They don t make you feel stupid for not knowing something like other shops. And you can t even tell that something happened to my car. JD's went above and beyond when they repaired my BMW. Their work was top shelf. Not only does my car look brand new, they went further and did a complete detail job inside and out. Fantastic service and friendly folks.

JD was really easy to work with while we got the situation figured out. Unfortunately it was a total loss but if it wasn't I would have trusted them to do the work. You can count on Amie to get the parts you need. This shop knows how to get on it and won't leave you waiting around. Thank you JD's!

What can I say wow! This place is a hidden gem. You don't find this good of service nowadays for real. From the moment you walk in it feels like they actually care! The awesome gal at the desk asks questions, finds out the facts and is honest and cool, the whole staff seems to work together to make sure they do the best for you, so nice to have a comforting feeling rather than the ones who rip you off. This place does the opposite. Thanks so much, way to go guys and gals

Wow I haven t been this impressed by a service in a long time! I was a bit worried about how JD s would work with my insurance and adjust things once the car got in the shop (only did my initial claim through Allstate s virtual photo process), but I ended up still only paying my deductible and JD s really did take care of everything.The quality of work was perfect; the repaired areas looked completely new! They even washed and cleaned the car inside and out, so you re probably going to leave this place knowing you made the right decision.

Brought my work truck here with some front end damage to bumper, headlight and drivers fender flare. Brought the truck in once the parts were received, and was told I would have it back same day. I was called about 5:30 and told that it was ready. I came to pick it up and noticed the bumper did not line up with any of the fender flares, and had large gaps under the grill. They tried to tell me it was hard to get it right, and that was as close as they could get it. Finally they agreed to re align it. After coming back the second time they acknowledged that a bracket was bent causing the bumper to not align properly. The headlight also was not aimed at all, and the bumper had a scratch to which I told them I wanted a new one. After about 3 months of getting destroyed bumpers in the mail they got one that wasn't destroyed. They put it on and gave it back, in which it was still poorly aligned. They tried one more time to align it, but finally I told them I would just take it as is. I wouldn't use them again.

I wished I would have realized that JD's Collision Repair has been under new ownership as of November 17, 2019; before, I recently had work completed by them.I would like to know if any of their current employees / technicians have been with them prior to the new ownership (i.e. did the they carry over from the prior owner)? Their website talks about family-owned business. Is the new ownership related to the prior owners of JD's?I do not know how much experience their repair technicians have? Also, what does the initials JD stand for?I do not feel comfortable at this time to rate (...umm I have to star rate them to post...so I will currently give them a 2 stars) them or recommend them without having the above questions answered.*Editing my post after the owner, Aimee, replied. Hmm...I did not say I was unsatisfied. I said I wished I knew there was new ownership prior to choosing JD's and that I would have liked to have all the above questions answered. Hmm.. I guess wishing and being comfortable to rate or recommend a business until one has answers to questions is called berating. I disagree.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car in for PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) and had them repaint my side moldings due to chips from door dings. While the PDR work was satisfactory, I noticed overspray on my windows and the side of my car. When I inquired about it, they insisted that my car was never in the paint booth and that the moldings were removed and painted separately, which I know was not true. They even accused me of causing the overspray. They attempted to remove some of it with a scotchbrite pad, but I had to call my husband who advised me to ask them to stop. We ultimately resolved the overspray issue at home using a clay bar and cleaner. It's disappointing to be accused of dishonesty, especially since we had a positive experience with JDs in the past. Unfortunately, the current ownership and management do not live up to the previous standards.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Superb workmanship, attitude, and ethics! Very honest. Every one of the staff there treated me like a valued customer. They are respectful and show appreciation for one's patronage of their business. Was referred through State Farm after an accident. They have excellent customer service. Jd's allowed me to take my truck to the mechanic of my choice and have It repaired and my truck was back on the road asap, I had repairs done on the front end of my truck, I paid and was immediately reimbursed now I will have the body work finished by Jds as soon as parts arrive.Great place to do business, and I will certainly return if i need any future work done.

Absolutely great service. Someone ran their RC car into my car bumper and it damaged the whole side and cracked it. JD s Collision paint matched, ordered the new bumper and installed it for me. Looks brand new! The actual bumper install took about 2 hours. Definitely recommend!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

We can't say enough good about JDs! We purchased a new car and four days later my husband was hit broad side. The entire passenger side of the car needed replaced and the work that was done was flawless! Their customer service was great, they kept us updated on the five weeks of repairs every step of the way. About two weeks after getting our car back from them, we were rear ended. The rear hatch, bumper, everything needed replaced. Again, so easy to work with. Repairs were completed quickly and flawlessly. We are so impressed with their service, top to bottom.

These guys did an incredible job on restoring the damage on our 2018 Volvo V90. They not only repaired the damage, replaced the headlight assembly and front bumper, but also recalibrated all the sensors and replaced the clear bra on the hood and front bumper! Highly recommend them! The communication was top notch, and always very professional. We couldn t be happier! I will continue to use and recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After the work was complete:The keyed area of my car is now completely invisible. My car was treated beautifully and returned to me in a fresher, cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. This shop will be my first choice if ever body work on my vehicle is needed again. THANK YOU JD'S. Also, I love the puppies roaming around.First visit:Very friendly helpful and understanding staff. My car was BADLY keyed and the staff was helpful in giving me a fair estimate and a time in the very near future to get it repaired. They were also very empathetic.Second visit: ditto. Still a GREAT place for auto body work.

JD's has now fixed my car for a second hail damage claim and then when a tree branch feel and dented/scratched it, and did a perfect job as always. When a little seal didn't get set properly and caused the sunroof to leak and cracked the paint, they repaired the sunroof and repainted at no charge, honoring their prior warranty. I would recommend then to anyone, and will only go to them for bodywork and paint!Service: Body & Trim

I had a simple bumper repair and the shop was 30 to ;45 days out for appointments but they got me in way early.The staff was great. Very helpful for my situation, worked with us on payment (as I was hit by someone who didn t want to use their insurance and they just paid cash)When I picked my truck up they washed it and cleaned up the interior for me which was a pleasant surprise.If I ever have another auto body issue I will definitely be using JDThanks guys.PsThere little piggy is cute too.

Our family has used JD's in the past. The last time was to repair my husband's car, and they did an excellent job. This time it was to replace a fender on my son's car after it was clipped by a driver who didn't check her blind spot before changing lanes. JD's did an excellent job with the bodywork and paint, and met or exceeded our expectations. They also listened to our concerns and questions before starting the repair process, and did a 20-min walk-around with us when we picked up the repaired car. My husband noticed a small panel gap inconsistency and pointed it out to Garret, who looked over the car with us. Instead of making excuses, he immediately called the body shop manager to take a look. They found the cause of the problem, and it turned out to be a minor thing that was overlooked. They fixed it in 20 min while we waited, without needing to do extra paint or body work. No body shop is perfect, but JD's is as close as we have seen. Also, if something isn't perfect for the customer, JD's makes sure it is before the car is returned. We highly recommend them for their quality of work and customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend JD's Collision Repair!!! They re-did the front end of my 2014 Tahoe, and the work was absolutely perfect. Perfect paint match & clear-coat, and the people are extremely courteous & professional. The work was done on time, and they are Covid-aware with customer interface & shop procedures. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned & sanitized upon pickup. I just can't be more pleased. Best body shop I've ever dealt with by far!

Outstanding, our 2015 GMC Durmax 3/4 Ton was hit in the front by another driver. They repaired our Truck as good as new. They went the extra mile and buffed out some scratches in our finish and for a modest price repaired to door dings. They also worked on our sprinter van with some minor hail damage. We will only use them, hopefully we do not need to. Thanks guys!!!Had to repair another car, in 2022, they did an amazing job again. Car looks & smells brand new, they cleaned the inside. The claim was very smooth to deal with. Will definitely use again, if needed!

I have had 3 different repairs performed by JD's and each one has been a great experience and competitively priced. In a time where it feels like customer service is a lost art their customer service and experience has been exceptional. This last hail damage repair was done in a timely manner and they even went above and beyond on the repairs, I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend without question.

JD s Collision Repair shop is great! The folks there are friendly, professional and do fantastic body work. I worked with Garrett there and he was responsive and thorough and went over every detail of the repairs with me. They minimized the time that my truck was in the shop by having all parts and materials ordered and onsite when I dropped it off. And when I got my truck back they had buffed out all of the little scratches on the entire side of the truck so well that I took it back and had them them buff out the other side too for a minimal charge. Now my truck looks almost like new! No need to shop around, these guys will take great care of you.
