Should be 10 stars. These guys ROCK!!My experience with Hawkers/Admiral Automotive was nothing short of outstanding. As a locally owned and operated business, they truly understand the value of exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.This is my second time Ive had exceptional service. Both times the issues turned out to be very minor. The first issue I brought it in for was my front suspension/steering was making some strange clunking noises. I feared the worst knowing that this could easily be a couple thousand dollar repair bill. I was blown away when they told me it was a couple of loose bolts and the cost was $79. Wow!The most recent issue had to do with a check engine light. I tried the auto parts store option first. Bought a $30 part and replaced it myself. Not only did the code not clear but now there is a second code. I brought it in for a diagnostic and they reported back that it was a couple of loose connectors (probably my fault). And once again there could have been a list of replacement parts, but no, problem solved, thank you very much!

Good, honest people. Have taken a few cars there for exhaust repairs and modifications. Gentleman I spoke to talked me out of spending more money than I needed to because the clamps were holding up fine on my aftermarket exhaust, just had one area to put a weld on instead of welding all of the joints.

Great shop to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful. They did quality work and the new materials they used for my exhaust were of high quality. Will go there again.

Great customer service. I was having an issue with my transmission crossmember and gave them a call. They got me in and out quickly and back on the road. Would return and recommend this shop.

They didn't order the correct muffler for my daughter's Jeep, but made another one "work". The replacement muffler did not match the specs of the one replaced. Now we're looking to get the correct muffler installed.Additionally, after a distributor replacement in December, the car had been running rough since that time. Prior to bringing it in, it had been running smooth. That is, the idle was steady and not bouncing around. It was suggested that the idle was rough prior to distributor replacement despite Hawker's having the Jeep a few times prior, at which time the idle was never an issue.Also, this place is no longer called Hawker's Automotive, it's called Admiral Automotive.

This shop is awesome. I'm driving across country and a local refered me to them cause I'm only here for one day. They took a look at what I need fixed and said they could get me in. 15 min later I'm done and out the door. Everyone inside was super nice and friendly. Support your local shops and go here you will be in great hands.

Went to 1 shop to see if someone could fin a weird noise on my Subaru and I was told it was a bad catalytic converter, luckily that shop did not do exhaust systems. The recommended me to go to Hawkers, when they looked into it, it was only a loose heat shield. Its welded up and out the door I went. Thank you for your honesty! ( great people to talk to as well! )

We purchased a muffler 2 years ago at a reasonable price. It started making noise and discovered that the muffler had broken internally. It was no longer under warranty but they replaced the muffler for free including the labor. Obviously a factory failure issue yet they replaced it at their expense. Now that's service and integrity, and a place you can trust. Absolutely fantastic 5 star rating. Thanks you guy's !!Service: Exhaust

I don t usually write reviews, and I ve had some awful experiences with mechanics. Went in for a muffler. Got it in and replaced within the hour. Quick, painless, fair price, and honest. Will absolutely use them for future repairs and recommend anyone to use them as well. A+

We have taken our car there three times over the last couple years for various issues. Hawkers has been efficient and concise, providing an accurate diagnosis and repair. I had a long ordeal where we were trying to find two sensors that were ripped out of my car. The dealership had given us the wrong parts, and told me to come in so they could find the correct parts. So I went into crossroads Hyundai and they found the parts, and told me it would be over $500 to fix between parts and labor. The parts were only $120. So I just ordered the parts and took it back to Hawkers. They put those parts in my car in under 20 minutes! These guys are the most trust worthy honest mechanic in town. Saved me over $350 from what crossroads was going to charge. If you take your car anywhere else you re losing money. Go to Hawkers, they will make sure you are treated correctly!Thanks guys you made my week already!

Called Hawkers last month after my truck wouldn't start. They diagnosed the fuel pump issue and gave me a fair quote before performing the work. They absorbed the cost of the diagnostic into the repair bill. Price was very competitive for the front range. These guys are extremely professional, transparent with fast, honest, friendly service, I will definitely be a return customer. They did a muffler install on my GMC 2500.Updated review and rating: The muffler welds fell apart. We parked it 4 months after this was done and was not driven for 2 years bummer to have the tail pipe fall off.

I don t usually leave reviews but the guys were honest about pricing and clear with the procedures, I will be recommending friends and family to this shop in the future. upon receiving my vehicle back for a resonator delete i took a closer look at the welds and they are great, no leaks or anything. worth every penny!almost forgot, i was in and out in maybe 30-45 minutes max really fast work!Service: Exhaust

Stopped by on a Friday morning to get a quote.....the price was so good AND they could fix it right now. It only took 30 min!!!We had already left the competitions shop up the street for absolute terrible customer service. Thanks again Hawkers. You guys are great!

These guys are amazing!! I brought my truck in to have my front stabilizer bar replaced. They called me back and told me there were no issues with the stabilizer bar and it was just cracked paint. Saved me hundreds... It is reassuring to have mechanics you can trust!! I will be using Hawker's automotive for all my future automotive needs. A+++Service: Steering & suspension replacement

These guys are life savers. And really affordable and worked out great.I have a custom exhaust which is a side pipe exit but the cutout is not big enough for them to fit it over emissions.They made an extender than worked with no issues and now every time I need emissions I just add that extension and zero issues.Thanks guys, will continue to get muffler or exhaust work done here.

Between the Fort Collins and Loveland locations these guys have saved my butt on more than one occasion. I ve had a couple urgent car problems and every time they ve been realistic about the price, time it s going to take and potential issues I could have down the line. They ve even taken me under my car to see the problem myself. Really reputable place, I ll keep coming back!

I didn t end up getting any work done yet but I walked in looking for options to make my exhaust quieter and the they put my car up and let me know what I was working with and what they could do. I got a printed quote for the parts and labor required. I was very happy with the experience and this is the first place I ll go when I do need work done. (I didn t get the work done on their quote because I ended up resolving the issue with the dealership I got the car from)

I can t say enough about Hawker s Automotive! My son who goes to college in Boulder, recently went to Loveland to check out a used car to buy. I don t live in the area, so I was dealing with the seller remotely and site unseen. Since it was a used car, we wanted to get a Pre-purchase Inspection done to make sure the engine and everything checked out.It was Friday afternoon and it was very difficult to find an auto shop that had time to inspect the car on such short notice. I randomly called a dozen shops within an 8 mile radius and not only were they asking $130 for the inspection, but none was able to commit to completing it that day. When I called Hawker s Automotive and explained my situation to Doug, he was incredibly kind and understanding, and said if he brought the car in within the half hour, he can squeeze him in for an inspection. I then asked him how much they charged for a PPI; I expected to hear $130, but was pleasantly surprised when he said he would do it for free!My son ended up getting there about 30 minutes late, but Doug still honored his promise to take care of him.There s enough things to worry about today, so when I come across a place like Hawker s that put honesty, compassion and integrity before money, I want to share this rare find with everyone. As a mom, being so far away, I was comforted to know my son was in good hands with Doug and his crew at Hawker s. I can t thank them enough!

Great service! We are road tripping thru Colorado, we went over a high curb on our 2017 prius and the bottom panel dropped. As we drove the car away, the panel was dragging through the road. A friend who lives locally recommended we go to Hawkers Auto in Loveland and we are so happy we did. They were available to see us for a walk in and secured the panel within minutes. Wanted Flowmaster 40s talked me into some cheap no name mufflers that supposedly sounded just as good and charged me same price as Flowmaster. And had some chrome tips put on a complete dual exhaust and the chrome peeled and pitted not even 2 months later!!! Order what you want and don't let them talk you into buying their cheap stuff they have in stock!!
