I have purchased a few parts from these guys and they are great! Very honest, good communication etc. They seem to have several lots and can ship parts between them which, having done this a lot, is a great thing because otherwise many lots will simply not ship a lot of parts direct to the buyer (fenders, etc.) So this actually ends up giving you the buyer more options for parts without having to pay shipping or just the complete inability to even get some parts from out of state lots. My last part was sent from another lot and when it arrived it had a dent so they texted me a pic and let me know which I much appreciated as it was not going to work for what I needed. They refunded me no problem. Good folks to work with!

Didn't have what I was looking for but young man at the counter was very nice and helpful, if they have tge right car for your parts it's worth the small drive.

In less than 24 hours I called to cancel and order that they lied about having in stock in Denver. They told me it was out of state when I was on the way to pick it up. Refused to call me back after leaving message with the sales person. I have called 6 times since.Now, they are trying to charge a restocking fee for their mistake. Unacceptable, do not do business here as I certainly won t.Next steps involve BBB complaint, legal action if this isn t addressed in a timely manner.I have been waiting since 7/27 for your company to handle this.

These guys are awesome, been using these guys for years on multiple parts ie: engines, transmissions, transfer cases, sub frames, steering knuckles, etc! Great parts for great prices, and quick to deliver!

Ordered a piece of glass a week ago, haven t heard anything from them about pick up. Called a few min ago and said they were trying their best. Avoid H&H! Happy to take your money and get you a part eventually.

I went with a friend to this location and the scenic route to get to this location is insanely gorgeous. The ride alone was worth the trip. We arrived and were greeted instantly. We gave them the parts we needed and they let us know a few parts were not in stock, but could receive them and could get them shipped to us directly (amazing!). The prices were reasonable and the parts we received directly were in good condition. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I had a very good experience here. Looked at their website and follow their instructions to contact them via text c/o Covid. Send a text late in the evening and they responded promptly to me very early the next day.Ordered a part in the morning that had to be pulled from the vehicle and if it was available by the end of the day. Was in decent shape and a fair price. Communication and organization from the company was very good, especially considering covid.The entire experience was very positive.

Made me pay to place an order on some seats then and asked how are the conditions of them he said after you make a payment will send you pictures never got pictures never got a phone call its been 2 weeks waiting to ship the seats when I called today they said they don't have the seats what a joke 2 weeks waiting for them

Worst experience I ve had getting parts. Their lack of communication is serious and then they blame it on the customers. I showed up to receive my part I got nothing but an attitude from the gentleman in the front to the point where he started slamming his desk and I had to call the police just to get my part that I paid for. Not one of employees seemed to care about how I was treated tell the cops showed up. As soon as the cop showed up magically they came out with my part. All around horrible people that are there. The part I received was fine with the attitude and the threatening demeanor from the employees was unbelievable. Dude at the front desk needs to be hit with a crowbar.

If i Could give 0 stars i would. Took over two weeks to try and get my part. After trying to cancel my order, that they did not have still. I had to pay over $50 in restock fees F this place GO BACK TO CHICAGO. If rockauto.com has it, order from there well worth it. My 2c

Robert, Mark and James were absolutely amazing and helped me out with a truck tailgate! I was even trouble, arriving sooner from Cheyenne, WY than they had time to pull the part. I didn t realize there was a normally 24 hours needed, but they were kind and had time to make it happen for me. Courteous, professional, and didn t treat me, as woman, disrespectfully like another place I called in CO.

I got an online quote for a fender on Saturday, Monday came around, shot them a call only to find out that they had sold the part to a shop. I headed over anyway (the employee on the phone was pretty brief and rude as most of these places), the guy upfront on the other hand was very respectful. He called the shop and found they didn't want the part due to minor rock chips. The boss made sure i was happy (coolest dude ever) & PAINT MATCHED MY CAR EXACTLY. Im extremely happy with my purchase.

Went here the other week to buy an AC compressor for my car. Was told it was in working order and it had been tested by them. Got home, installed the part, had the AC charged up which cost me $100, and the clutch wouldn't engage. Called to speak with the person who sold it to me and was assured I'd get a call back in five minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I decided to call him again. Not only did I waste $100 getting my AC charged after installing the broken part they sold, but their customer service was lacking and they refused to do anything for the cost I had incurred do to their "testing of parts". It's not hard to actually test parts before selling them as fully functioning, and it's not hard to provide decent customer service. Even apologizing and explaining what happened would have been better than a simple "the only thing we can do is give you back what you paid for the part."

I'm currently rebuilding a 3rd Gen Ram and Levi was very helpful in helping me track down parts for an auto to manual swap.They have multiple locations so it really helps out.Granted they do have some standard rates and minimal charges, they were still a pleasure to work with.One part was a little damaged. But they made up for it in their own way and I'm satisfied.The shipping and delivery was within a week.Yes, eBay did and does have some parts that may be cheaper as mentioned, but the ones i needed were in bad shape and not from these guys.Thanks H&H crew.

Came in almost a month ago and bought a jeep transmission and gave it to my mechanic for install. When he opened it up to replace the seals and fluid they noticed that the trans had a lot of aluminum shavings and other issues that indicate the trans is ready to break or have major issues at any moment. This trans had a 'parts warranty' so I asked them to ship a new one. This is now the third week I have had to call them and figure out that it is going to be another week late because it hasn't even shipped. The manager won't return my voice mails and the salesman who sold me the part could care less when I get the trans. MAN! what great customer service!SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I ordered 2 parts from here, it was a little to high on price but I needed the price. Took vehicle so that I could get the right parts, turns out they did not send ne what I asked for. Parts of the item were broken and decide to reorder fron ebay, much cheaper and nothing broken.

I like to shop local. However. When I call to get a salvaged part (used). I don't expect to pay 15% more than a new in box OEM part. It's a shame when you try to shop local.... But you cant. Because you end up getting price gouged. Then trys to ship it to you despite being in the same town.Thank you H&H! For fucn the little guy. Absolutely Worthless.

A$$ at counter bad attitude. Started conversation with NO. Wouldn t listen to what I had to say. I went in trying to buy a set of bucket seats with integrated seat belts for my 56 Chevy truck. I tried to tell him I didn t care if they were from a domestic or foreign vehicle but all he kept repeating over and over I need the year make and model. Frustrated I walked out. I wouldn t spend a cent at this business.

People are really rude, the guys up front seem to hate their lives. Not sure how a used not paint matched bumper cover is $250. Ordered off eBay and even with shipping it was cheaper. Won't support a business that isn't even willing to greet you when you walk in the door.

Communication is garbage.Live 15 minutes from the yard and I couldn t get a 4runner fender pulled in a day.No help. Put on hold.Job should take all of 5 minutes max to pull the fender off. Been hours and have heard nothing.

I ordered a rim to my house, Without this rim I can t drive my car. I was told by Robert that it would be here in a week. It is now two weeks later and no rim. Every time I call they say it s out for delivery . At this point I canceled the order. Never order anything form this company.

Absolutely pleased with customer service and purchase. The drive was gorgeous driving up from Colorado Springs. Staff was nice and we were in and out of there in now time. I bought what I needed and i got exactly that. Awesome place.

Looking for a rear bumper for a 1998 Dodge Ram van. I got one from this place years ago, used, for 30 dollars. Now, some rude individual, who I spoke to today, wants to charge me 200! This outfit is going down, fast!

They got me the part I wanted in a short time and it was exactly what I needed. At about 1/3 the price from the dealer. What more can you ask?
