This crew is very quick and friendly. They immediately identified a couple of lights that were also out and offered to replace them. I had one of the replacements at home so I had them do the other, which was pretty cheap. I was able to look up an electronic coupon, which they happily accepted.

Curtis at Grease Monkey said that he didn t feel right by just replacing the cabin filter in my car because it was so clogged with dog food horded by mice.He asked if he could take a little more time.Ok, I replied.He dropped part of the lower dash and vacuumed more dog food in the ducts.Then he said I m going to pull the fan housing for the car s ventilation.I allowed him.Wow! The debris caught in the ductwork and fan housing was incredible!Curtis cleaned it out. Repositioned the fan and put everything back into place.When he slid in the new cabin air filter, I thought to myself how many people might think this car shop might push unnecessary services.Could they show a dirty filter to someone and they agree to replace something not needed.NOT THIS GREASE MONKEY.The most phenomenal service ever.The real thing here is that this place has phenomenal people working. Not just oil!I first went out of my way to come here even though it was a few miles farther because another place was busy.Now, I sure won t mind coming back. And if they re a little busy, I ll wait.The popcorn is great. I can be patient.Good things are definitely worth the wait.Thanks, Curtis. And thanks everyone else though I don t know your names.I ll be back!

Usually my experience is really well but this particular time we had a problem. One of our tires developed a leak that same day after our visit to Grease monkey. We took it to our tire place and it turned out that the valve stem had been bent so tire is leaking air out through the valve. Fortunately it was an easy fix for them but still a hassle. Perhaps the guys at Grease monkey need to slow down a little bit when filling air in tires.

Best service anyone can get!!! Rick and Rico help out as many ways as they can and I forgot my coupon to bring in and they still gave me the credit. I love coming here just for the people and location and they are all extremely fast. Best place in town hands down

This places is awesome, fast, and kind workers. They always make conversation and update you on thier work. I absolutely recommend coming to this grease monkey if you need anything done with your car.

Fast and thorough, very professional, and friendly! Great customer service! I loved hearing the teamwork and the positive work environment of all the employees were contributing to overall! The manager was great with his employees! He was encouraging, helpful in answering their questions, willing to roll up his sleeves as part of the team, guiding them but not micromanaging, and yet keeping them focused on the job at hand, and holding them accountable! I'm in Human Resources, so I appreciated those details in an organization or company! I will definitely come back to this location in the future! I usually hate bringing my toddler with me to errands, but here, she is most welcome! With popcorn in the lobby and other drinks for parents, it s an easy wait. The staff have never felt pushy and are kind, always wearing a smile. Great grease monkey to go to, it's well kept and staff are really knowledgeable. Easily get in and out for a simple oil change, and definitely respect your requests and or wishes when it comes to anything. However, their stock of drinks and snacks is lacking. I went based off of previous recommendations from Victoria who is no longer there. They listened to the concerns, they looked through the history and helped me so much. Thank you all! And they brought me back my drivers license which I dropped in a rush - you guys are fantastic. I loved Victoria but you were able to deliver the same excellent service

Double charged us for oil change. They will credit back the overcharge in 3-5 days. Ridiculous. They charge you before you leave the shop but then make you wait for correction. Would appreciate at least a free oil change for the aggravation.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went for an oil change. They thought it was okay for them to find other things they could potentially get money for.. I never gave permission to go into my glovebox and pull out my filter. They didn't even have the oil I use.

This location stripped the threads on my oil pan and left my car leaking oil. There is oil all over my garage and driveway and it is costing me $1000 to replace my oil pan. Do not go to this location unless you want your car ruined. I have never had any experience like this at any other Grease Monkey and have visited many locations in both Denver and in and around Ft Collins.

We pulled up to the Loveland location and was greeted quickly. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful on what we needed done. Even though it was busy, wait times were very low. Ww went inside the waiting room where you can enjoy a water or soda while waiting, nice to have. Waited a short time and then the person doing the diagnosis came out and confirmed what we needed done. Everything was done and appreciate the knowledge that was shared. I pretty much only go to Grease Monkey because I know I can trust them. This store was incredible! It was the fastest oil change I ve ever had, and they didn t judge me for being over. Most pleasant oil change I ve gotten in recent memory. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the lobby was clean with coffee and snacks available. Highly recommend this location.
