The new BG shop is really nice. Todd hot washed a small tractor transmission for a project I'm putting together. It came out squeaky clean. Thank you for taking such good care of my stuff. I'll definitely be back for more service in the future.

The guys at BG are great. I took my car in for an alignment recently and they accommodated my tight schedule. The vehicle was done within in the time frame promised and, when complete, the mechanic that performed the work, came into the office to explain each step and the results of the adjustments.Not only that, I was able to see the alignment taking place through the window and the guys in the office took time to explain the process.What more could you ask for?

Small issue with a previous repair and Fred's evaluated and corrected quickly. I had seen a negative review stating they didn't stand behind their work - not my experience at all. Had been referred to Fred's by our retiring, longtime mechanic, and very happy with service received.

I loved Fred and family and took all my vehicles there because I finally felt that that I had found a place I could trust. My first experience at BG Automotive with my Subaru was topnotch, so I decided to take my RV there as well. Another good experience. A little pricey, but so is everything else! I will be trusting my vehicles to BG Automotive, until I can't.

Wonderful experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the time I paid for my service! Scott got me in instantly and was done with my car in a shorter amount of time than expected. He was very honest about my car's assessment and THAT RIGHT THERE means the world!!Highly recommend this business!

Greg at BG automotive answered all my questions in detail. They provided a great service at a reasonable cost. They did a fantastic job getting it in and out of the shop. I m very impressed with these gentleman. Definitely had a great experience and plan on being a repeat customer. Thanks again BG automotive.

I just had some work done on my 2009 Jeep by BG Automotive Topaz. I worked with Greg and he was great communicating and updating me. They did an extremely detailed inspection of the vehicle, sent me both a text and email with links to show what their inspection revealed. It was color coded with red items, yellow items and green items so you could clearly see what needed to be addressed. Work was done quickly, and the vehicle returned to me. I am very happy with the service provided and look forward to using them as my automotive repair shop.

Everyone here has been so nice and taken the time to fit both of our vehicles in and explain services as needed. They were faster than time quoted both times.Customer service is a dying art but this team has it down pat! Thank you for your kindness!

I could easily give them a 5 but we are early in the game as a client! I have been extremely impressed with their willingness to help even before they serviced one of my vehicles! They fixed the problem with this one and I am satisfied with the results! They are extremely Friendly and very Professional! I'm looking forward to working with them as a continuing client!

It was amazing to me that after an incident, that required my oil pan needing to be replaced, they were able to get my vehicle repaired and back to me the very next day after it being towed in. Scott showed me pictures of all the damage done and help me determine what was vital to repair at this time, saving unnecessary expence. It was comforting to have this repair managed so well so that I could put the nasty act of some pranksters behind me and drive on.

We went to this shop today on a recommendation. And even though it turns out we had a complicated situation that they didn't expect, not only did they do a fine job assessing our car, they handled our situation with grace and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them your business. We'll be back.

Formally know as Fred s Automotive. Just had some very important work done and they met Freds standards. I have used Fred s Automotive for 27yrs. If they keep up the good work I may be around for another 27. This was my first interaction with BG. At this time it is like Fred never retired. Seems like he is still running the show. It is what both Fred and I look for in an owner/customer relationship.

My visit was for preventative maintenance. My vehicle was scheduled for a date and time. The shop kept good contact with me and did no service without my approval. Turn around time for the work done was great.

I m apart of a fleet and have used multiple automotive shops. I would say BG is the best option for vehicle service! They were very informative, kept me up to date on their status and I appreciated their kindness and being greeted with a welcoming smile!

It was my first time visiting under new ownership. I went in for a simple oil change on my Mazda CX-5. Frank and Greg were super friendly and helpful and even sent me a report detailing concerns they found on my car. This was 3rd shop to diagnose and actually fix the problem under $150 less than other shops.Will be coming back for future maintenance on my vehicle for straight up, no nonsense auto care without all the bloat of other outlets.

I would highly recommend this automotive shop! Greg, was able to get my vehicle in within a couple of days and replace a CV axle and had it done in a timely manner... I believe I have found my personal automotive shop! Greg, was very friendly very knowledgeable and personable and their pricing was very reasonable... Don't go anywhere else, make this your personal automotive shop!!

Fred and Jan WERE the best!!! I decided to get a quote under the new ownership. The numbers seemed relatively random, I was quoted $100 for an oil change and almost $600 per axle for brakes. Other shops (plural) were quoting me about $75 for an oil change and $400 per axle for brakes.The new ownership sucks, prices are way out of line. Mares in Miliken saved me hundreds on the same job. I adored Fred, butvI cannot bring myself to work with a new ownership that will price gouge so overtly. There are mechanics with integrity, unfortunately, that does not seem to be a priority for the new ownership.
