My daughter took the van in to get an alignment. Top notch, honest and caring people work here.When my daughter was trying to back up and leave, one guy that worked there noticed she needed help and guided her with hand motions so she could get out of the parking lot easier.Also Tammy was really nice and we believe the van is working well.

We have used multiple Auto shops throughout Loveland to manage our cars. Never really gave these guys a shot until recently and have been absolutely impressed. Certainly not the cheapest shop in town, but when it comes to quality, doing it right, and keeping up there into the deal, we haven't found anybody better. I would highly encourage you to give these guys a shot. Friendly team very knowledgeable mechanics and when we thought we found and Untouchable Tire deal, they match the price for us. Can't really find anything to complain about. Definitely be coming back from here on out

I've used several locations in several states through the years. My experience yesterday (3/7/24) in Loveland was one of the best I've had. The shop was efficient and not at all chaotic as some can appear.I especially want to bring attention to Tammy the Assistant Manager. She had that place humming like a well oiled machine! AND she was professional and a joy to interact with.Thanks Tammy!

I have had my Honda Pilot in the Honda dealership to check my alignment and was told that everything was fine. When my wife took it to the Firestone in Loveland for new tires I was told that the truck was out of alignment after two years of owning the truck my alignment was finally corrected and drives great. They thoroughly inspect your vehicle in addition to performing requested services. Suggested repairs can usually be performed on the spot or during a future visit without pressure. For routine maintenance, Firestone is my first choice.

Went in for a window regulator repair. The job took several hours longer than expected. I was told it'd be serviced at 11AM, but it took until 4 for them to work on it. While the vehicle was in, we asked them to replace the cabin air filter that I already purchased and they said they would look. They didn't do it because they didn't have the tool to cut off the plastic bar that covers the air filter door.When I got the car back, the window worked but I noticed a wooshing coming from my glove box, where the cabin air filter is. Flash forward a few weeks, I had the time to do the cabin air filter myself. After opening the glove box, it was clear to me that two 8 mm bolts were missing, the Philips screws were in the wrong holes (one fell out as soon as I removed the glove box because it was in the wrong hole), and the plastic bar had been cut. Additionally, it seems the cabin air filter door had been broken, which is causing the whooshing due to an improper seal. I had to place something inside of the glove box to keep pressure on it so it wouldn't make that sound and actually filter correctly.They put the screws in the wrong holes and even kept some of them for their own safekeeping after leaving my vehicle in worse shape than we brought it to them in.That all being said, I don't even want to know what parts are missing inside my door after the window regulator replacement if this is the quality and integrity of their work.Last time I trust them with my vehicle.

Stopped in at the Eisenhower location at around 1130a on Saturday 1/6 just simply to ask for some help putting my spare tire back up in my 4Runner. 3 other tire shops couldn t get the pulley-system to engage all week. But the homie who helped me at Firestone got it in 5-minutes. Such a legend!

Had my Front Brakes done... and once Again.. this Store gave me the Best Quality of Service and parts for a very Fair Price... It Starts at the Top and Dennis is continuing to get it DONE ....... for the past 14 yrs.. he's been a big reason i keep coming back... and bringing my family too.

I ve taken my Jeep/challenger here multiple times for multiple different things. They have always been awesome about keeping me up to date on what s happening and even inviting me into the shop to look at it with my own eyes and patiently explaining what the problem is. Good atmosphere with a nice lobby & waiting area, employees are friendly and very helpful - they did a full check with my oil change and were very up front about pricing, as well as letting me know afterwards what service(s) were recommended but not necessary at the exact time and even gave me quotes on them

I would give this store a 0 if I could. I am very unhappy with this shop. I came in to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and alignment fixed. Got everything done for a couple hundred dollars and then after driving on the highway experienced heavy wobbling and when I took it back to the shop to have them fix the problem they created, I was charged extra. Do NOT go to this shop if you want your car fixed properly the first time and not be charged to have them fix the mistakes they made. 0 Accountability and I would highly recommend avoiding this shop to avoid extra expenses and extra trips to the mechanic.

they make it right, took my MK7 GTI in for a tire rotation as i dont have access to my garage at the moment, one of the newer techs very very very slightly scraped my wheel against the lift (dont worry about it bro stuff happens), they didnt try to hide it at all, told me immediately about the problem and replaced all 4 of my tires. ill gladly take a small blemish in a wheel for some fresh rubber. excellent customer service. ive taken my previous vehicles here before and theyre always upfront and honest about the status of the vehicle.

Used Silverrock warranty through Firestone on a 2016 Jetta for an oil change and tire rotation. They overfilled our tires at 42 when they should be at 36 and strangely only put 3,000 miles until the next oil change. Oil light has come on and checked, very low oil after only 3 weeks of driving. Bad service at every corner and causing more of a headache than a standard service should ever cause. Do not take your car there. Fort Collins branch is now doing damage control with much better customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. My first experience, I scheduled an appointment to get my tire patched up. Took them 5 hours to tell me it s ready, weirdly enough my car was in the same spot as when I dropped it off. Come to find out, I get stranded because the tire was NOT fixed or patched or even touched.Second time using this location. I schedule an appointment on a Wednesday for a drop off Oil Change Saturday. They call me Thursday to tell me that they can t do the time I scheduled and if we could drop off the car at 7am. I did what they ask to accommodate them, since I told them I would need the car back at 10:30am, they agreed. By 7:30am they emailed me an invoice letting me know I owe $80 (they were quick to this considering my car wasn t touched). Very bold of them. At 10am, I call to check on the car and they tell me that it will take another hour. Then lied and said they called us and spoke to one of us. Then said they were still working on last nights cars (even though I scheduled my appointment ahead of time). Then the manager did not care to hear my concern when I asked them why they would lie to me . A formal complaint will be filed against the manager and his team. This location needs improvement. I have used Firestone for almost 10 years now and have NEVER experienced rude and unprofessional people. It does not take more than 3 hours for an oil change. I will be reporting this location to the BBB since they are taking your money and not doing the service. Firestone lost 4 customers in a 5 hour span. HORRIBLE!!Service: Oil change

This place was the only tire store to find tires for my Shelby gt 500 mustang. Upon leaving the Loveland Firestone I noticed a vibration in the rear. The installer broke my tire pressure sensor and sent me down the road with it loose in my tire. Upon finally resolving that issue I m now having air pressure loss in my other rear tire. Thanks a lot for nothing... I will never use these clowns again!

I started to hear a scraping noise coming from one of my rear wheels recently, I dropped my car off at this Firestone for a free brake "inspection" to determine if the brakes were the culprit. They told me that the brakes were in need of replacement "soon", but not the source of the noise. I did my own brake replacement today and found a brake pad that was completely worn down to the metal and obviously causing the scraping noise. It is beyond me how something so obvious and simple could have been missed.

Always courteous, helpful, skilled. I make an appointment and they re ready for me. I usually wait for my car. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There s a TV if you wish o watch it. Quality of the work is excellent. I ll keep coming back.

Went in to get tires rotated as part of my service package. When I got the vehicle back, the TPMS system showed the tires pressures reversed from what they are supposed to be. I manually checked and they were reversed from what was shown on the dash.Went into the service shop and told them about it. They said it takes times to correct and they saw their guy do it. Basically, it was performed and don t worry.Drove around town and it still wasn t correct. Went back to the shop but everyone was busy and did not attend to me when I walked in.I left and drove home. I had to look up the relearn procedure and perform it myself in -14 degree weather.Not a good experience to do a service that was included.

I stopped by this location after discovering a nail in my tire. They were booked for the day (totally ok, I came by at like 4:30 pm) but they were super helpful in marking where the nail was & filling up my tire and so I could make it over to the Firestone in Greeley.Service: TiresService: Tires

i made an appointment at 12:30pm for an oil change and a full vehicle inspection knowing that i may have to get my front brakes replaced. i came back at 2pm expecting at least the oil change to be complete only to find that my car hadn t even been moved from the spot i parked in. dalton the mechanic came out to tell me, we re still trying to figure out what s wrong with your vehicle it ll be awhile as if i didn t just see my car completely untouched. i decided to get my front brakes replaced (which should only take an hour according to firestone s website) and it is now 5:38pm and they haven t even replaced my brakes and called to tell me right now that they can get the parts for it tomorrow. very disappointed as an oil change and a brakes replacement should not consume my entire day and i don t have all the time in the world to leave my car overnight. considering i had a scheduled appointment this is not okay.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change
