We had an excellent experience with Steve and Adam at Felker. The shop was organized and clean, the customer service excellent, and good consideration of our equipment (like using coupler locks when not in the service bay) was given. We needed a new axle put on our 2010 Scamp travel trailer (we provided the axle) with some special circumstances as we currently live full-time in it with our cat and we were leaving for extended travel soon. It turned out to be a bigger job than Scamp had told us might be, with a lot of cutting and welding, plus repairing a backing plate that was damaged in shipping, but they still finished it for us in one day! When we picked it up they took the time to go over everything they did, torque specs, maintenance, etc. Really appreciated their time and knowledge. It can be hard to find honest shops that communicate well and charge appropriate prices. We highly recommend them for your trailer repair needs! Thank you all for your help!

Great businesses with professional knowledge and skills are hard to come by these days. Felker sales & service is at the top of that list without a doubt! I recently had a receiver hitch installed by Steve and was impressed by the outstanding work he provided to get the job done! Definitely will be back if ever needed again! Great shop where Adam, Aaron and Steve are extremely customer satisfaction driven. I'm a first-time trailer owner and needed a broken Tractor Supply trailer hinge repaired (it broke). Steve quoted a fair price explaining in detail what needed to happen. Aaron asked about the last time the axle was serviced. It hadn't since I bought the trailer. He shook the tires and noted "too much" play, indicating bearings and seals needed maintenance. He also pointed out a bald tire that they could replace, as well as replace broken taillight with LED taillights. I never felt rushed or pushed into a service. They completed the work in the time estimated. The final bill was almost a hundred dollars less than what was estimated. Very courteous and down to earth crew.

Charged me 2 hours of shop labor ($240) to read code off my snowmobile (5 min task). Used to think they were good guys and recommended to several friends but honestly can t anymore. Over charging customers and then lying about hours spent. Not a good look.

The owner and his mechanic were having fun on the trails on their day off and they stopped and helped my family who had a broken down rzr. They took time and effort to help my family get back on the road. With limited tools and nothing we needed.. these guys got us back on the trail so we could at least get it to our truck/trailer. If these guys could fix our UTV from the middle of a mountain using a log and rocks as a jack, i can t imagine what they can do with proper equipment and tools. Thank you so much guys! Will definitely go to them with all future business.

We bought a motor home in December and wanted tow bar installed for our toad. They did an awesome job and I got a great video of them teaching us how to connect everything. My car battery was dead when we took the rv home towing the car. They came to our house, charged the car and checked out everything. These people are so genuinely nice and neighborly. Steve and Adam thank you for your exceptional service and lunch. Sorry this post is so late.

Very friendly and honest business. The hitch on my old truck needed some extra bracing and wow did they ever brace it up! The workmanship and welding was excellent and professional. I also had them convert/replace the old school 6 prong RV plug to the newer style 7 prong plug. Very nice job!

Had a B&W companion hitch with a turn over ball system installed. It s a big investment and Adam was patient with all of my questions while I was researching and getting costs. Adam was very professional and got me in 2 days later. When I came and got my pickup, they took the time to go over how the hitch worked and answered some more questions I had. I highly recommend Felkers.

I had an unusual job for this place - an antique bed frame that needed to be lengthened to accommodate a queen sized mattress. Will made absolutely sure he had the measurements perfect and understood what needed to be done, before starting on it. The end product was perfect and fairly priced as well. Definitely 5 stars all the way around - very happy customer!

The team at Felker's is second to none. Had them build a custom rear hitch on my toy hauler to pull boat. It was not an easy job as there was hardly any room to mount it. They custom fabricated brackets, hitch, everything!! Wired it up and it looks better then factory!!!! I have always had a positive experience!!

It was Friday afternoon at 4:30 and I desperately needed a quick rewiring of my 01 Wrangler Sport so I could rent a motorcycle trailer from uhaul. I can t believe how efficient and fast the technicians were! It started to rain so i used my umbrella to help shield them from the rain and they had the wiring back to mint condition on too of installing a right turn signal wire for me all in under 30 minutes! The BEST around hands down!

We had some trailer rewiring done here last summer, and they did a great job. Great customer service, done faster than estimated, and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend and would plan on coming here for other trailer needs.

When Thunder Valley Harley left me stranded without a solution. Felkers came to the rescue. Ive turned a bunch of wrenches and it's nice to see some honesty and integrity.These folks rock. Cost me 30 bucks but worth a fortune in goodwill. Fantastic service.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Took care of me when I wrecked my sled by making the whole process simple and quick. When I'm ready to buy a new Ski-Doo I'm going here. Thanks again Will!

My boyfriend took my smashed up sled into them and we really needed it done by a specific date. It was an insurance claim and they got all the paper work done super quick! The sled was done with days to spare. I originally bought my sled from a skidoo dealer in Denver and have had nothing but problems there. Even if you don't live close by, Felkers is worth the drive!! Also, Allstate sled insurance sucks, just a heads up :)

I took my KTM 300 EXC in for a basic overhaul and couldn't be happier. The scheduling, timeliness of the service and price were exactly what I was estimated, but the performance of the bike exceeded all expectations! It's an '06 but starts, idles and rips like a brand new one! These guys are the masters when it comes to dialing in a bike!Jim

They are the premier Skidoo dealer in the Midwest. Felker rides, and while he rides he designs upgrades and finds what works for our sleds. You won't find nicer more knowledgeable people anywhere!

Had a crisis with the axle on my work trailer, these guys dropped everything before they were even open for the day to get me back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price.
