Quick service even though I was a walk in but feel free to schedule an appointment, staff members were polite. I recommend this location, well stocked, refreshments are also offered. I do hate that plastic or paper seat covers aren t in use anymore when establishment is driving your car to and from the bay -_-

I have probably purchased a dozen set of tires from Discount for 6 different vehicles for 20 years. Some were for me, some formy son, and some for my grandson. They have always been very knowledgeable as to what are the best tires for a given vehicle. They have always been very cordial and have also had great prices and warranties. They will continue to be my preferred tire retailer.

I knew this would happen. I go there for a tire rotation and balance. I drive down the road and instantly lose a hub cap. I turn onto the highway I lose another. My car was shaking so badly after they worked on it. The manager contacted me after I left a review. Ordered new hub caps which weren't factory or what I had. I said fine. 2 of them were cracked so they ordered more. They get that order in and misplace it. So they ordered another set. We got those and they are damaged.....2 of them are different than the last 2.....so the assistant manager takes a picture sends it to the company they ordered from and asks me to come back again. This is the 3rd time. I came back 3 months later after telling them I would be gone. They can't find me in the system or my vehicle. They don't remember me. My number doesn't pull up. They deleted my emails. Seriously. Now I'm without my hubcaps they never put them on correctly. I knew they wouldn't remember anything. I switched phones so the emails are gone. If I find them I will update them and post them here. You write down plates in the system but I don't exist magically. Right.

I just wanted to send a shoutout to the employees at this Discount Tire location in Loveland. I was a walk-in so spent some time waiting in the lobby and overheard transactions done by Grant who worked so well with various customers making their experience enjoyable, informational, and quick. I personally worked with Noah and he did an excellent job looking over my tires and answering all my questions in a way that made sense to me. I have spent 10 years at the Longmont location and will officially be a regular at the Loveland location going forward.

The staff is always friendly. I have always gone to this discount tire. I have trusted them with a few of our vehicles, and they have never let me down! Came in with a screw in the tire. Photos to come when I purchase new tires here in the near future.

Always prompt and friendly service. They'll often run out to your vehicle before you even have to go inside to get information needed and they do very well in offering appropriate products based on the customer's needs versus just trying to sell the best or most expensive options. We also had a flat repair recently from a tire that was purchased elsewhere and still had no charge for repair. Definitely recommend the Loveland location for any and all services offered.

Kyle and his amazing crew have consistently helped my team with any of our tire needs. The kind and caring attitude expressed with each unique situation makes choosing Discount Tire over and over again the easiest of choices. Customer service does actually exist and matter to the team at Discount Tire. They are my FAVORITE choice

Tire prices are competitive, sales reps are nice BUT - they use only clip-on weights when balancing. I have nice rims so they put weights only on the inner side so dynamic balance is way off and I can feel it t 70+ mph.. Never clean inside of the wheel before balancing. I drive dirt road every day. On the inside of the wheel sometimes I get are few ounces of dirt so after a good rain balancing is off again. Free rotation and balancing is a joke. When swapping snow wheels for all seasons and back, not only they have not balanced anything, they put one more worn tire on the front and one on back. They did not even bother checking tire pressure. When it happened once I thought that someone was having a bad day but this happened more than once.

I've usually been satisfied with the service here but today I was not.I came in to get the tire preasure check before leaving on a trip.About 10 minutes later, with barley an acknowledgment of my presence, I left and did it myself at a gas station.

I had a leak in my back driver tire, discount tires was able to take me as a walk in, and fixed the leak for FREE! Michael was very helpful with answering my questions and helping me get the best quote on tired for my budget. Thank you discount tires, you have fantastic employees!

Went there. For a estimate, didn't receive any paperwork regarding the problem. Did cost me 65.$ for a waste of my time However father goes back a month latter, for same issue an he gets the estimate for same problem. I went for.

I am rating this a 1 star, but will update it depending on what happens. I took my truck in for a tire repair, they said nothing was wrong with the tire it was the rim. Purchased new rims, same tire is still having a slow leak and I have to air it up every other day. I am currently working out of town and no discount tires near by.

I live about an hour away from the closest Discount Tire and needed a puncture hole repaired in my tire. I called all over northern Colorado trying to get an idea of how I could not have to wait 5+ hours on a walk-in appointment since I live so far away, and I didn t want to have to drive the hour on a leaking tire if I wasn t going to be able to get it fixed. It was the first snow of the season and tire places were understandably very booked. However, every Discount Tire employee I spoke with at other stores dismissed my concerns and told me to just show up and find out. But Sophia at the Loveland location empathized with my situation and actively worked to help me get on a list so I would be seen once I arrived. Her kindness and excellent customer service were a welcome change from other people I had spoken to. She rocks and I hope to get her again next time I m in need of help at Discount Tire.

EVERYTIME I come here, I get a sales spiel about how my tires need to be replaced. Been a customer (at this location) for years. They promise a lot when you buy tires here and generally stand by those promises. However, when you arrive to make good on those promises (in my case I have a nail in my front tire thus needing the flat repaired on thier nickel), they try to sell me 4 new tires even though I bought these tires less than a year ago. Guy didn't want to even rotate the tires, even though they are due. THEN, it's a 3 hour wait. I would not recommend Discount Tire on Eisenhower in Loveland, CO.Update: I left the store instead of waiting and called them at the time my car was supposed to be done and was told that they had not yet done the work, but it was only minutes away from them getting to it and would be ready in an hour. I arrived an hour later, the car still was sitting where I had left it with the flat. I was very annoyed and let them know how unprofessional this was. They moved my car into the bay immediately took off the tire and said it was damaged beyond repair. The store at first offered to replace two of the four tires for free if I would purchase two more tires and that didn't make since to me at first, so I refused. Then a manager intervened and said they would just give me a set of four new tires at no charge. So that's what happened. I ended up with a full set of tires at no charge. So they did go beyond what was needed and of course I appreciated that, but it all could have been avoided it the store simply would not over promise and under deliver.

Stopped in this afternoon due to TPS sensor on the vehicle. Just wanted to get some air in a tire. A very nice knowledgeable young lady came out to check the tire pressures make sure they weren t damaged and at correct levels. She never asked where I purchased the tires. She just rocked it out and in less then 10 minutes everything was taken care of and she said if it continues to be problem come back for further inspection of that tire. What a great interaction and even though I bought them there I will go back for next set. They care about the customer and community!

I highly recommend this place. I went there initially because my son told me he got the best price on tires there, but I was very impressed with their efficiency and courtesy. I worked with James who was very knowledgeable.

I recently moved to the Loveland area and found this location to be my local DT store. My first visit here was for a roofing nail puncture. I brought the wheel and tire in on its own, dropped it off on my lunch break and was able to pick it up after work. All the people working in this store, like nearly all of their stores, were awesome; polite, hard-working, effective, and efficient.

Fast and professional. They were able to solve a leak caused by previous tire shop not removing barcode sticker from the bead of new tires. No charge to me. Will be a future customer for sure. Michael was great and kept me informed through the whole process.

I called and arranged a 9am appointment to get my tires checked, when I got there , there was a line out the door of people waiting, legit the point of an appointment is so you don't have to wait in line . If that's how you guys do business I will never bring my car here again

We were traveling around Colorado with our travel trailer all the way from Delaware. I was having difficulty with the trailer wheels losing air, so I decided to replace them all for safety. I called and spoke with Ryan and he understood my situation and was extremely helpful in ordering some new wheels and tires. He made the process super easy, and let me know when everything came in and had them ready for me as soon as we got into the area. It could't have been a better experience.

I have been a very happy customer of Discount Tires in various locations for 10 or 15 years. The crew here in Loveland is very friendly, and patient to explain everything. I highly recommend them as the first choice in tire dealers.

Shopped by phone for best price. They had the best price and the tires were in stock. Dave said by phone if I came right down I'd be on my way in an hour. He was a man of his word.

Came in without an appointment because I read online they don t always honor appointments so just decided to risk it. Just needed a nail taken out of one tire and plugged. I also decided I might as well replace my wipers too. They told me it would be about an hour wait. I waited for 90 minutes before I even saw them take my car back. Then another half an hour before it was done. When they gave me the keys I asked about the wipers and they didn t even replace them so I had to wait a bit longer for them to do that. Everyone was super nice, but they need to be more realistic with their time estimates! Also, their wifi doesn t work so I wasn t able to get work done like I planned, so it was a huge waste of my time. They didn t charge me for the nail, though and it was convenient to have them change the wiper blades!

This store was very quick to call back with pricing and availability on different options for tires. Once I made my choice tires arrived when they said they would. Techs were very careful with my new wheels and installed without issue. Friendly and professional

First off, they offer free tire pressure gauges! Christopher is who helped me out & was more than helpful with outstanding customer service! He was very nice, quick and made recommendations for what tires I should get and when, I didn't feel pressured at all which is so nice when it comes to tires! Great job guys!
