This company is great at helping customers as well as helping find another company if they are already booked. I had the wonderful pleasure of talking with Allison, who then dispatched Ben. This is the second time we have had Ben tow us and it has been a wonderful experience both times. I would highly recommend calling this company first. They will treat you fairly and help you even if they are already fully booked.

I was overall very pleased with Chuck's Towing, but I wish they had communicated with me that my driver was dispatched to a wreck, so I did not have to sit waiting so long at my car. When the driver got to me, he was very professional and did a great job. He even texted me when he delivered my car to its destination. I appreciated it.Would I use this service again? Yes

I had to move our car by a certain date but the only problem was it was in a field and with all of the rain it was difficult because of the road to the car was all dirt/mud. I had two other companies that were unsure if they could even get it out. Chucks assessed the situation and was able to move the vehicle with no issues! Highly recommended company!

We had car troubles leaving Colorado to Nebraska needed to get to a mechanic. Chuck's was recommended by the car repair place. They came really quick about 20 minutes, tow was only $75 cheapest we could find in loveland,guy was pretty cool. We were able to ride with him to car repair place. Highly recommend!

Please consider Chucks when choosing a tow. Chucks was straight forward and honest with me about the time and cost to get my vehicle towed to a local mechanic to get it fixed. I appreciated how professional our tow guy was and cannot recommend Chucks more. Usually when you need a tow it's stressful, but their entire team made the process the best it could be regarding my circumstances. Go with the best in Loveland!

Professional, kind and respectful. The owner was so awesome to us today after a horrible accident totaling my sister's car. We got great roadside assistance, help removing the belongings and advice about what to do. He was patient since it took as a while to get stuff out. We will definitely be using Chuck's for all our towing needs.

The person we talked to, Steve, was very rude and uncooperative. He continuously was interrupting my friend and I while we were trying to retrieve his vehicle. Y all need to please work on that customer service for real.

Chucks towing was awesome. I was in a motorcycle accident totaling my motorcycle and breaking my leg. My fiance showed up to the scene shortly after and chucks was extremely cool and professional to work with and made an overall bad experience a little bit better. A vehicle i had purchased had some legal problems. After the investigation and I was cleared, Chucks then informed me that they had sent the vehicle and all my belongings to the scrap yard. We're talking about THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of tools. And other personal things. I know for fact they kept most of my things that were worth anything. As they can be seen around they're yard. The man whom answered the phone says, they had sent the truck to scrap "months ago," yet things were only just released for me to pick up on the 1st of April today is the 13th of April 2021. Thing have only been released for 12 days. . And rather than scrap my truck, why wouldn't I get a chance of getting it back. I already lost the money I bought the truck for. And now I lose all MY BELONGINGS TO CHUCKS? REAL PROFESSIONAL.Service: Special vehicle towing

It was in June '20 I got into an accident and was charged with a dui (granted, my fault entirely) however, I had just purchased the vehicle and still had the temporary tags on it. I spent 12 days in jail unable to do anything about my vehicle. I was told that in order to release the vehicle I needed to get current tags on it. License plates in weld county were gotten by appointment only and about 3 weeks out with the pandemic, with my vehicle ticking up charges of $50/day. After that amount of time the fees were way more than the vehicle was worth. I told them of the situation, and was told "not his problem". I was told he must have a signed title to the vehicle in order to even release my personal belongings.I had gotten myself into a bad situation, however, it is my contention that chuck's towing took advantage of a bad situation and robbed of my vehicle and had his sights set on taking my tools and other personal possessions in the vehicle, once again taking advantage of the crux of the pandemic, etc.Service: Car towing

I purchased a project car for my son and I. A 1971 Buick GSX that we restored. It is our baby and if you have ever restored a high performance muscle car, you know there are some bugs to work out before it is perfect. And yes, our broke down twice before we Perfected it. Chucks towed it to our shop both times and they treated us with respect and more importantly, they treated the car like it was plated in gold. No "hidden fees" no BS, just reasonable prices in compliance with PUC regulations and outstanding service. If you have a car and want to be treated like you're a millionaire in a supercar, Chucks is the one. No one else will get my towing needs!!!

worst placemy brother got into a car accident was in life support i called about the car more then 3 times with just an awnser of ill get back to you and then now july 23 they say they sold the car with out me knowing or getting property i had left my contact information and nothing i qm my brothers next of kin and they want me to pay 410 to get My brothers property ??? worst place ever stealling from us

Called Chuck's and the driver Steve was there within 10 minutes he hooked up my car and followed me to Greeley from loveland and this all happened within an hour great service and prices

Fast friendly service. Had them tow alot of vehicles over the years. Never had any issues.
