Christian brother automotive is a wonderful place to take my car. They are very honest, kind, and do not appear to want to just take my money. They are patient whenever I have questions, and transparent about the services needed along with their Recommendations for future service. I have brought my car to them twice now, and will be going back. The shuttle service alone early in the morning when I drop off my car is a valuable service they offer. I highly recommend Christian brother automotive.

I had a great experience using Christian Brothers for the first time. They were very quick to get my car in. They gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and fixed it right away. Everyone from the front desk, the technician and the shuttle driver were great to work with. Will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

Christian brothers went above and beyond in fixing our van and caring about us.They stand behind their name and their word. They make things right and they Handle the mechanic side very well. This is a Company that has integrity And honesty. This is a mechanic shop I trust and will lead many in the community to. They come highly recommended.

Service process was clear which I appreciate. It took approximately 1 hour so we just stayed around. When car was ready I was informed by SMS and also got an inspection report in email which was very convenient. Special thanks to our technician Lewis M. for his professionalism.

Their website allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection on a 2003 Mustang Mach I, from 4 hours away in the comfort of my snowbound home. The technician included written comments as well as photo details. I was able to coordinate with the dealership to get it there and back, and pay my invoice just as seamlessly as if I were there in person. Saved $$$ on final purchase price. Highly recommend the company and the Loveland location, great facility!

I've been impressed with the service I receive every time I go here. I feel like they value honesty and integrity in their work, which can be difficult to trust as a female. I haven't had any issues with the work they've done and they were the ones that fixed my AC last summer which was HUGE.

Seth and his team really pulled through and gave excellent service. My initial review was not great, but they really gained my trust and took care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond and I will be coming back for future repairs.

Always great to work with. I have always felt they do quality and honest work. Today I stopped in for 2 small issues with my truck. Two CB employees found a clip I needed in one of their bins for a wheel well lining. They then helped me quickly install it in the parking lot.

Most disappointing experience. Super nice at the front end, my appointment was for a courtesy inspection. Early. I told them I was okay to leave it until about noon. I down up at 12:30, and my car was still on the lift.It became evident in the next week or so that they had not done most of the inspection. They did NOT check the oil, I don't have a leak but I checked it while getting gas and it was over a quart low.They told me I needed my transmission replaced. It was the clutch.Almost the entire report was rushed through and largely incorrect according to the second mechanic I had to take my car to afterwards.I called Christian Brothers to ask them about not checking my fluids and possible other things they may have missed during that inspection and I was met with a very rude "well I don't know what to tell you" , and a disconnected call.I have since heard more negative things about them in the community and I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I won't even let the non-profit pay for my car to be worked on at this location after what I experienced.Disappointed.

Update: 5 stars down to 2 stars. They wanted over $140 just to pull the instrument panel out to replace a dash bulb. It's 4 screws to remove the panel and a twist of the bulb. I understand if they charge this because it may not be a bulb. But they told me this was their minimum charge. I decided to do this myself and go to Metric Motors for future maintenance.

My car was being a complete pain. Would not start. The guys totally helped me out. Car has been starting consistently now. Extremely appreciate their efforts to keep my car running. Looking for a newer car. Taking it to these guys for inspection and service. Thanks again!!

Good shop, don't know if it was them or not I did go to a different shop previously but my front lug nut did fall off couple hours later after going to them.

Amazing service all around!! Rates are appropriate and competitive. My car took longer than expected so they shuttled me to work and picked me up when it was ready. Staff kind & knowledgeable. Highly recommend CB!Update to add - we still love CB! My car was getting brakes done and I left my garage door opener in it and locked myself out of my house. CB sent the shuttle to my house with my garage door opener so I could get in. Top notch service! This place is a rare find today. They have customers out the door weeks in advance for a reason. Recently I had my timing belt, thermostat, water pump and oil pump replaced. They gave me a discount when they didn t have to. A few days later I noticed it was leaking oil rather badly. I called them and they immediately scheduled me for the following day and said they would fix the problem no charge no matter how backed up they are. Incredible service and great technicians regardless of the leak afterwards. I highly recommend this business. They are fair and explain everything in great detail. 5 stars all the wayService: General repairs & maintenance

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day in a timeframe that was convenient for me. I was greeted by the same employee when I arrived and he recalled our conversation. My car has a unique oil filter that I wanted to insure was in stock prior to the oil being drained. He checked and double checked the inventory again when I arrived. My estimate was reasonable and because my car is regularly maintained, one minor repair will be done when I go to Texas. That was understood prior to service also.Great job and wonderful staff! I'm a Mustang girl and I don't trust ANYONE working on my baby girl. My battery was losing it's charge and I needed to get Black Beauty up and running quickly. I took a chance and headed down to Christian Brothers Auto in Loveland. They are a couple miles from my work, so it was convenient more than anything. I was SHOCKED. Super friendly staff, clean waiting room and they gave me a Diet Coke and cookie while I waited. I was in an out quickly. They pulled my car up to the front door and she was purring like a kitten again. Thank you for taking care of my pride and joy. I'll be back!

I'm given them 5 stars again for our latest experience! Honest! Professional! They called us when a new issue was found during our repair. Multiple issues were found during the evaluation..They suggested which ones to fix that were definitely an issue, as opposed to which ones could wait. They are fast! They are friendly! They are fully staffed..That tells me they are a GREAT place to work!

The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I really feel like me and my vehicle are cared for from the time I walk through the door to when they hand me my keys on the way out. I highly recommend this shop for all your maintenance and repairs.

Hatch support failed, walked in, part ordered and installed within 2 days. Knowledgeable, quick to fill order, offer to take care of the problem as soon as the part came in, follow through phone call, friendly, reasonable price of part. I live out of town and my daughter had a car emergency. Unsure how to navigate this from miles away I called Christian Brother's. They listened to my issue and saw her car the next morning. They communicated with me the options and quoted a fair quote for the work. She was back on the road in no time. Do go here. They lie about what needs to be done and shows you pictures of some else car. They said gasket they said the rubber was dry rotating. Wich is impossible because they were replaced 12 hours before bran new. They wanted $2,000 witch another michenist did if for$750

Fantastic service and an excellent team . I would recommend taking your car here for any service/ car trouble ! The employees do a wonderful job , are very friendly and take the time to explain everything and if you need a ride or have to wait they really take care of you like family .

Some of the best car repair service I ve ever had. I brought in my own compressor and it had issues and they just kept working with me to get it working.
