Went to Caliber Collision to get a quote for a fender bender. Cory looked at my vehicle very thoroughly, and took lots of photos to ensure he had enough information. He explained to me in person what the repair would entail, and how much I could expect. Following this, he emailed me an itemized quote that included everything included in the repair. If you have any auto body needs, I highly recommend going to see Cory at Caliber Collision!!

This place did a great job. Cory specifically went over and beyond while my friend was in the hospital when his vehicle was ready to be picked up, he dropped it off at the hospital and switched everything over. They did a great job with the repairs as well! Definitely recommend!

Took my truck in for a claim through GEICO. This is a GEICO partnered auto collision shop so I expected better than this. Runs in the paint that I noticed easily upon pick up. I already returned my rental car so I couldn t leave my truck behind. I was told to bring it back for them to fix it. Also I noticed several areas on my truck were covered in a translucent splatter. I was told it was probably sap from the tree they parked it under. There was no sap on the roof of my vehicle, only the side. While fixing one of the runs of paint they did clean this off. Just got home and noticed they only fixed one of the two paint runs. Such lack of attention to detail. I would not expect this from a GEICO recommended shop. I still have to get the other paint run fixed. If they missed this or cut corners to create this what else are they messing up on that I can t see?Service: Painting

I had great customer service from this Caliber Collision Location. Matthew, my service advisor kept me informed throughout the whole process with text messages. I was scheduled for drop off and they called me to reschedule because a part was on back order. Thanks for saving me a trip into town from the foothills west of Berthoud. The office staff were always friendly and explained the process of dealing with a third party insurance company. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is when I picked up the car I noticed that there was my work lanyards, change tray and a few other items on the passenger side floor. I was short on time so didn't say anything until Monday. I called and talked to Matthew to inform him. He thanked me for letting him know and would pass the incident onto the Manager.

I ve given this locations plenty of chances to make it right, but they just can t. They basically ruined my 2022 4Runner. I was in a front end accident that wasn t major. Airbags did not deploy & no one was injured. I took it to Caliber on suggestion of my insurance company. They ordered the wrong parts several times, I had to go back at least 3. The front bumper was attached incorrectly. No one ever called me back to update me on the status of my car. 2 & a half months later, I m driving down the interstate and my transmission just stops working. After having it towed to the Toyota dealership, they found 2L of coolant in my transmission. Whether a line was crossed when the radiator was replaced or whatever have you, my transmission was ruined. My insurance company informed me this location at Caliber doesn t even have an actual mechanical team. Unbelievable. 10 days and a $6,000 new transmission later, I got it back. I drove it nearly 60 miles before the engine light came on and an audio message came over my speakers indicated there is mechanical problems in my transmission, engine and automatic transmission. It s now back in the shop. Caliber RUINED a car that is built to last hundreds of thousands of miles because of their inability to do their job correctly. I m simply disgusted with the service I received all around. The communication was terrible and the service to my 4Runner was even more terrible. Save yourself the headache, save the money, and save your car the turmoil and take your business elsewhere. This location should be shut down with their lack of knowledge, people skills and experience in actually fixing vehicles. The ONLY thing deserving of this 1 star is they painted it the correct color. We brought my truck to caliber after being rear ended and it was awesome from start to finish great customer service great work very happy and hope we don t have to go back but we will go back if something else happens great job

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Tristan was very personable and explained really well the options I had for my truck. I felt like they were not pushing me to fix everything all at once, they were willing to fix what is needed and in my budget. Tristan went above and beyond to help figure out if my truck was still able to tow in its condition and he helped answer my questions.Update: My truck worked great and they went above and beyond what I thought to fix and make my truck look amazing. The inside was detailed, they cleaned my headlight to match the other, and my truck was brand new! I had them fix my gas cap as an extra thing and they took great care of me there, thank you Tristan!

We set an appointment to have our Hyundai Santa Fe door repaired and we dropped off the vehicle with Tristan and he was amazing and very professional and thoroughly explained the process and had the door repaired quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this body shop and Tristan to anyone looking to get paint or body repairs done the right way.

Very impressed with how my wife's truck was repaired and the care they took in helping her. Tristan did an excellent job in treating her with care and respect, and getting her back on the road. When the truck came home I could not believe how great it looked! My wife's happiness alone in Tristan's help through this whole process and with the end result speaks wonders to how great they did. I do not trust anybody but Matt with any of my vehicles. This man make sure that he works as hard as he possibly can with the innards of the shop to make sure that your vehicle will come out as perfect as the day it came out of production! This location is wonderful!!! They do a great job and get you back on the road without tying you up!!! They really care about the customer and get the job done right!!! Great shop! Was dealing with headlight issues for a while and took it to Caliber Collision in Loveland. Great establishment, identified and fixed my electrical issues fast! Very nice people very honest. And I really do believe I will get my Camaro back top notch. This is a before pic and I will be following up with a after pic and response for when it is done. I do honestly believe I will have no issues with this place and this is everyone's biggest concern when it comes to you car. But I have no worries here.

Tristan. He's the man. I came in with body and steering damage that happened during that fun blizzard we had here in February. The car still drove, but it was a needed repair. Tristan went ABOVE and BEYOND. Seriously. I drive LYFT for one of my incomes, and he was able to not only get my car in very quickly, but he categorized the issues from most to least important and was able to release my car after imminent repair was done!, I then was able to drive and make my money! This was incredible. I returned the car for the final repairs. HOWEVER, something got missed by my insurance, the strut. I contacted him about this..."No problem!" he said. Took my car back in, got it fixed. This dude was one of the most professional people I've dealt with. Thank you, Tristan, for all the hard work. I had to share the most frustrating experience I had with Caliber Collision in Loveland on Topaz street. I had to take my telluride back to get the tail light replaced. Once they were done they didn't hand me my keys, they told me they are in the car. I get home, I can't find my keys, I looked all over my vehicle no keys to be found. I know they are in the car, I can't lock the door and I can start the car. I looked 3 times before I called the shop. They told me all the places to look, I had Jamie on the phone, still no keys. Then she said to look in the cowl? I am like "what's that?" and said in the hood. I open my hood no keys... they sent a rep to my house to look for my keys... A lady named Jamie comes over and my door bell rings there there's the lady named Jamie. She is my age with pig tails full of attitude no hello or introduction. She said "let me show you where I found your keys. She pulled the keys out from between windshield and hood where the wipers are, outside the vehicle. I said "oh I didn't know to look there." Apparently that's cowl of the car. I told I how was I supposed to know to look there? Jamie tells "oh maybe, I should of explained it better" I said "You think?" Most places would hand over your keys or tell you where they put them in your vehicle. I drove all the way home with my keys right outside of my car they could of flown out onto the highway. SO RIDICULOUS.

The work they did on my car was good but all of the issues that kept coming up with my car ended up taking more time and money than I was quoted. This in my opinion was uncalled for. There was a lack of communication when it came to why, unless we called.

I emailed corporate after they responded to this rating, and I never heard back from them. This organization is careless and refuses to remedy the additional damages they made to my vehicle. I would have considered hiring them to assist with repairs, but based on my experience with them, I would not trust them with any vehicle.

I was in a 3 car pile up on I25 and my car got beat up. Caliber got it fixed and back on the road 2 weeks early. From Julie in the office to Cory in the shop they made me feel like I was a priority.
