Terrible place to go if you expect your vehicle to be done correctly and completely. See photos and descriptions. 5 trips and still not correct or complete. Excuses, excuses excuses and can t complete the job. No honor, no integrity. Do your self a huge favor and take your vehicle somewhere else unless you just don t care how it looks and holds up. I would NEVER recommend Caliber Collision, even to someone I dislike. Stay away.

Caliber collision in Loveland was fantastic to deal with before, during and after the repair of our damaged car door. They got the car in very quickly for both an estimate and the actual repair. They completed the repair several days earlier than expected and did a really nice job. Better than new! Customer service and communications through the pitches were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Caliber Collision at this Loveland location conducts themselves with class and professionalism. While commuting to work I was stuck by a projectile traffic cone that a trucker swerved and hit. The repairs on my Impreza were of high quality and detail. Updates were provided on a consistent basis and repair completion time beat expectations. As other reviewers have mentioned, high marks to Raul.

I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of repairs and the time taken to reply from Caliber Collision. My moonroof was "fixed" by them but ever since they "fixed" it I've been having problems of parts being loose and pieces falling off that should not be loose on the roof or surrounding areas on the A trim. It is a big red flag when being told this is the first time they've ever done a repair like this after the initial repair. My car has been back twice since the initial repair, and this last time, parts are still falling off that were just replaced. I would highly not recommend this business. It's very frustrating that they warranty their repairs but it takes them 2 months to reply to me after this most previous repair parts immediately started falling off I gave them a call and the service advisor was busy so I left a message and I still haven't gotten a call back it's been about a month now and the piece they "repaired" has fallen off again.

Superior service. Caliber Collision was in touch with me everyday to let me know of the status of my repairs to my truck. The workmanship was outstanding! I highly recommend Caliber Collision! Caliber Collison repaired major hail damage to my truck and did a perfect job. The employees were very nice, they answered all of my questions, and dealt with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

Scott and the front desk lady with blonde hair were amazing!!! I m beyond ecstatic with the customer service at this location and extremely happy with how my vehicle turned out (before and after photos attached). There was quite a bit of denting hidden by the snow in the before pictures. Fact of the matter is my car looks absolutely brand new!!I had originally reached out to the Caliber on Topaz and they rejected me and were just plain rude to me when I spoke to them about trying to get my car in.All in all I m extremely happy I got to take my car to this location, the customer service was amazing and the communication was outstanding. If I could give them one thousand stars I would haha. Thank you so much to this CC team for everything!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I have had the most perfect and smooth experience ever! Someone tapped my bumper, and I got their license plate and their insurance paid for absolutely everything I had to pay for absolutely nothing. And caliber collision worked one on one with enterprise for a rental vehicle. And the greatest part was that parts came in fast, and my vehicle was done within a day, and Raul was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to everyone there. Communication and service were five star for sure.

I highly highly recommend caliber collision. They took care of me like I was a family member. I was kept up-to-date on every single thing that was being done.. the staff is wonderful. Raul who was my point of contact it was so nice very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need to use caliber again but if the need arose I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had my truck repaired at the Loveland location, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The communication throughout the entire repair process was exceptional, doing a great job at keeping me informed at every step. The front-desk staff were incredibly friendly and ensured a positive overall experience. Raul, the serviceman, demonstrated top-notch professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend this establishment for their outstanding service and customer care.

I was very impressed with everyone at Caliber Collision! I had a government vehicle a few years ago and was directed to Caliber Collision in Fort Collins and they did an excellent job and had exceptional customer service. When my insurance agency directed me to Caliber Collision in Loveland, I didn t know there were more locations! My technician was very knowledgeable and the work that was done was done exceptionally well! Having the truck cleaner than when I took it in was a huge surprise! Received updates via text and the vehicle was ready a day earlier than initially expected! I have a Honda CRV and if they work on those, if needed, Caliber Collision will be my first choice to have future repairs done!!

There are repair shops and then there is one that is the best, Caliber Collision. Very knowlegeable and workmanship is top-notch. Kept me informed throughout entire repair process and repairs were finished earlier than anticipated.

Raul is the man! He exceeded my expectations and was always cooperating in any doubt and concern I had. He went beyond to help out with certain issues and my husband and I truly appreciate it! We are definitely very pleased with the care this place gave us and the results we got in our car! Thank you once more!

Caliber kept me informed every step of the repair process and they dealt directly with the insurance company as additional supplements for repairs were needed. Their mechanics are required to maintain their certifications and it shows in the quality of their work.

Caliber Collision did a great job fixing our Outback after a rear end collision. Our car was towed to the Broomfield location, and they moved it their Loveland shop where repairs could happen faster, and then brought it back for us to pick up close to home. We were well informed about the repair process throughout and the work was done ahead of schedule. Great experience all around. Thanks Caliber Collision team!

Extremely poor communication. They contacted me and scheduled an appointment and 2 hours later called to inform me that whomever scheduled me was new and I needed a separate appt. for estimate. I made another appt. for the following Thursday 3/21. On 3/21 I called to verify time and was told I missed my appt on the 3/19???? Said I needed to reschedule and the soonest appt was 4/29. Garbage scheduling and communication Wasted 2weeks of my time and I do not recommend this business.

Quality of the actual repair was excellent. That said, there were delays in job completion of parts/components which caused numerous delays in completion. I would suggest a better system of confirmation of parts delivery from suppliers.

All the people I delt with were GREAT. I ALSO need to apologize. At first I gave a bad rating regarding my repair. I made a MISTAKE regarding the tailpipes. It was my other auto with the Brass Tailpipes not the 2018. So very very sorry.

The repairs were done with great excellence! My car looks better than before the accident. And the level of customer service was above and beyond. I've used a couple of other shops in the past but will never go elsewhere if needed in the future. There were some delays getting the parts (known issue nowadays! ) but they let me know and did everything they could including paying for extra shipping to get it sooner. Again..... amazing!

I had a car accident. The windshield tank was broken. This shop is a designated shops by the insurance company auto state. So I used this shop for repair. One day ago there is a big snow here in Fort Collins. And I tried to use the windshield water but no water came out. Then I added the windshield water and found the water all flows out(see pictures). That's a obvious mistakes. I am really upset. The estimator is a big guy whose name is starting with "C".

I took my 2018 Ford F150 here for some extensive hail damage ($17K of damage) because they are supposedly a certified Ford repair shop. I dropped it off and they stated they thought it would take 30-35 days. It ended up taking 60 days. Once I finally got it back, I figured it would've been detailed, as other body shops I have taken my vehicles to always detail it once they are completely done. It wasn't. So I took it to the car wash to clean it to my satisfaction and water starting leaking through the roof. I called them the next day to let them know this and they said bring it back in and they would take care of it right away. I dropped it off and they said they would call me by 11am to let me know what the status was. Never called, so I had to call them at 2pm as I needed my truck to pick up my daughters from school. They said it was pretty much done, they were just cleaning it up. They again never called me so I had to show up at 4pm to get my truck in time to get my daughters. It was sitting in the parking lot. The issue was they didn't seal one of the rivets under the windshield correctly. I have now had my truck back for about 2 months and I continue to find things wrong with it:- My heated seats no longer work- My sunroof doesn't work (won't close all the way)- There is glue splattered on the body of my truck- The door seals keep popping out of their clipsLong story short, I got my truck back in worse shape than when I took it to them. Now I get to take my truck to the local Ford dealership so they can fix all of Caliber's mistakes.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Cody was extremely wonderful! From the beginning to the end- there was not a single moment where I had to wonder where my vehicle was in the process. He kept in constant contact and provided updates.
