I'm so happy that I found this place for our future car work. The staff is so professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The manager, Kelly, is very passionate about taking care of her employees while also working the front lines personally assisting customers. I really appreciated the time she took to teach me things I never knew about my vehicle and I look forward to bringing our family's vehicles to her store for upkeep in the future, knowing they will be in the best hands!

Chuck was a great help in getting my brakes replaced. They finished the job significantly faster than the estimated time. I recommend you stop by if you need any maintenance!I was asked to make this review and was compensated but my thoughts are genuine.

4/16/24 This place was an absolute joke! Who makes people do a 5 star review for $10 off before you even pay and are able to see how the vehicle runs!When I arrived to get my vehicle it was NOT EVEN LOCKED!!!! I got $1,300 worth of work done, I didn t even make it out of the parking lot and my brakes were not fixed and it was very dangerous!!!! I took it back right away they claimed they fixed it and it was not fixed. Long story short the stuff that they said needed to be done actually didn t need to be done they misdiagnosed the problem. I took it to the GMC dealer the next day and the they told me that I got ripped off! Half of the work that I got done didn t need to be done. Just plan on being taken advantage of!! The men that work there will convince you that you need stuff done that doesn t need done. Make sure to ask to see the old parts compared to the new ones. You might just not need what they say you need!!!

I was in Loveland and had major battery issue. Got car jump started and was apprehensive to try to drive back to Denver. Drove straight to Brakes Plus and Joe and crew worked hard to work me in and replace batteries so I could get back to Denver safely. Very professional and helpful....cared about helping me...above and beyond.

Joe has been the guy who helps me everytime I go to this location. He and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to for all my car needs for the last 3 years definitely can't recommend them enough!

Cannot say enough great things about these guys! They replaced my brakes and rotors same day and sent me a Lyft when my ride fell through, having to stay past closing time. You are so appreciated

I took my Jeep in to address a weird sound I was starting to hear. They inspected it for free, explained to me exactly where the sound was coming from and the fix for it, and it was done the same day. For the first time ever, I didn t feel like I was overpaying for a mechanic. It was all quick, affordable, and easy to fix my Jeep!

I shopped around as I am new to the area. I found Brakes Plus to be very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive with other places that do brakes.I asked a woman who was in the lobby about her experience and she stated that she had used them before, and they did a great job. I like too that they specialize in brakes.I am very pleased with my experience and was able to get in on the same day.Super friendly staff. It was a very positive experience.

The gents over here at the Loveland brakes plus were quick to meet me up front for my scheduled appointment, professional, and completed the service of all four rotors and pads and brake fluid flush on my RAM 1500 in less time than they originally told me. I always bring my vehicles here and always will. Thanks to Chuck, Joe, and Dave! Your the crew!!

The people at Brakes Plus have excellent customer service! Just had a battery installed in my car and a few days later I was driving my truck and the low tire light came on. I could not figure out which tire it was, so I stopped there and they checked all of my tires, put air in all of the tires (including the spare under the truck) and I was on my way! They were busy but took time out to help me!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESSI don't generally post negative reviews. However, my experience with this brakes plus location recently was nothing short of a disaster. We scheduled an appointment online to drop off our 2015 Lexus GX460. We realized driving back from the mountains some shaking when we applied the brakes going downhill. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am, and we selected a pickup time no later than 4:00pm.I dropped off our car at 9:15am and headed to work. I received a call from the shop around 11:15 a.m., and they told me that I would need all new rotors and brakes. I approved the work and reminded them that I had to have my car back by 4:00pm and no later so that I could pick up my kids from daycare. They assured me that would not be a problem.I called the shop at 4:00pm because I had not heard from them, they told me that they were still 20-30 minutes from being finished. I got to the shop at 4:20pm and my car was on a lift with all four tires still removed. I informed them that I had to leave to get my kids from two different daycare centers in Fort Collins, and I had no other options to pick them up. They said they were trying their best.I was not handed the keys to my car until 5:30pm (one daycare closed at 5:00pm, and the other at 5:30pm) an hour and a half late. The manager apologized and offered me a $20 discount from a coupon. I did not have time to argue and rushed out to get my kids ridiculously late from both daycares.The next morning, my wife left for work with the car, and I noticed a pool of fluid on my garage floor. Worried about her safety. I went to her work and switched her cars and took the car back to the shop. I sat there for an hour and a half while they "fixed" a brake caliper that was not tightened all the way and was leaking. Ok, now I am pretty irritated. But, stuff happens, move on.But two days ago my wife calls me at work and tells me she has been at the brakes plus for an hour because there was a loud noise coming from her rear tire and they had to replace a bad rotor. Now I am pissed!They did not offer her or me anything more than a $20 coupon for wasting hours of our time. Late pick-up fines for both daycares. And three separate trips to their shop.We chose this shop based on google reviews but I don't feel they were an accurate representation. Another gentleman came back into the shop while I was there and said he was leaking substantial oil from work they had done on his vehicle. Steer clear of this shop and go somewhere else.

If I brought in a 2024 vehicle they would try to sell me new drums, rotors, brake pads, calipers maybe even a new motor who knows! I completely disagree with this businesses mentality. As someone who knows vehicles and the cost of parts and labor this company has an hourly shop rate of 300$ plus per hour. They are slow as well. I watched my truck sit there with the wheels removed for 45 min. Nobody inspected anything or measured anything. I watched... then he came back with a sheet with all these handwritten fake measurements telling me this is way out of spec and needs replaced. Im sorry for the elderly people being charged 1000 dollars for new rotors they don't need and pads. Amazing how something always brakes when they take it apart and will need replaced. They sell to the customer based on feeling out your knowledge of automotive. If you know nothing about cars they will sell you all new parts which you dont need. Rip off. No thanks!

Had brakes done here 6 months later the rotors are warped. They said they would cover parts but wanted to cover charge me $200 in labor. Also claim the rear brakes were warped without any proof and after testing I can confirm that they are not he also claimed that the rear brakes were out just as fast and are used at the same ratio as front brakes. This is simply not true when you are breaking it pushes the weight of the car forward and inherently puts more stress on the front brakes. This is why they are all disc brakes and why they are larger than the rear brakes. Do not let these people dupe you into paying for parts and labor you do not need... This place is not stand by their warranties and sells subpar equipment and tries to upsell you even if it's not needed. I also witnessed the test driver flying out of the parking lot and when I got the car back to check engine light was on

Had my rear brakes done here. They did great job.Offer a couple different options and I was in and out in reasonable time.Very professional and friendly service.These guys are great and take time to explain things well.Highly recommend for brake service needs.

This is the only place I take our family vehicles. They always are able to get us in within the next day and I haven't had a bad service here. The staff is great, the waiting room is clean, and my car never stinks when I leave (I've had this happen at other shops in the past). This time is for an oil change and a tire rotation. Love that I'm never pressured to do more than I'm ready for, but given the education and tools to make the right decisions for my budget, safety, and vehicle. Highly highly recommend this location!

I am very happy with this team. I was able to change my scheduling time earlier on such short notice and Dillon was able to answer and questions I had. They were all very nice and helpful as well as speedy service. They have coffee and an educational show on the TV about basic needs of cars. Boy, did I learn much about my car. 10/10 service.Edit:They actually messed up my tires by balancing them wrong, I had to get other mechanics to fix it and put in new tire sensors.

I was traveling from out of town when my vehicle experienced a problem. Joe was so great to squeeze me in, get the vehicle looked at and found the problem...all within a 2 hour time frame! I had a brake emergency light come on while traveling. I went into this Brakes Plus shop in Loveland, CO and they immediately took my car in and quickly found the issue. I was amazed because it was not a normal type failure. I talked personally with the technician and he clearly explained the problem and showed me the split vacuum hose that was causing my problem. In and out in about 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location.
