For buying my first car, this was the best experience! Jared and Mark were beyond helpful. Mark made sure all the cars were at the dealership so I was able to see all the cars in person and test drive them. After picking my car, the paperwork process was very smooth. The car I picked wasn t all the way ready for me to take home so Jared made sure it would be ready by the end of the week. First off Jared Boulter our sales rep was incredible. He was patient, knew everything about the cars and was willing to do anything to help us make a decision. Kim Calloway was fantastic and runs an excellent dealership. Jeff Rodriguez in Finance was amazing and Roman took me through the onboarding process like a professor!Seriously the best experience I have had buying a car and I ve had Tesla, Mercedes and Porsche.

My experience was incredible. Dallas was exceptional he took his time and was willing to work with me. I really appreciate him. Isiah came and picked me up and we had a great conversation about cars and sports on the ride up. And Deborah was great and very thorough with explaining options. Overall, this was the best buying experience I ve had out of every car I ve purchased (I ve purchased 7 vehicles), things went smoothly and quickly! When I m in the market for another one I will come to this dealership. Dallas, I really appreciate you bro!

BMW of Loveland is hands down the best place to buy a car! I wish I could give them six stats. The entire team bent over backwards to help get my son in the preowned vehicle that he wanted and do so within our budget. They did it quickly and with the highest level of professional courtesy. Normally I dread car shopping and the pushing selling. None of that came to pass. The entire experience could not have been better. I wish to give a special thank you to Dallas Huber. Without his perseverance and genuine willingness to do what was needed for us, the customer, it would not have happened within our very limited time constraints. I also wish to thank Mark Morrison for his honesty and flexibility to meet our budget constraints, and Deborah Noell for providing us with exceptional service and making the entire financing experience a truly enjoyable one a first In my many car shopping adventures as a father of four! Very friendly and professional staff. We found them through the Costco auto program and the experience was great. The salesperson, Michael, was responsive and we mostly communicated by text. He had all the paperwork ready before our appointment and guided us through the whole process. The BMW genius, Jacob, set us up with the car in no time and the finance director, Michael was very efficient. We re very happy purchasing a car with this dealer.

I have been very happy with the customer service and professionalism of the folks at BMW Loveland. We leased our X7 there 3 years ago and just completed lease buy out. Our points of contact have been very helpful and prioritize my needs and goals. No pressure to buy or to lease again when a lease buyout made sense. Will continue to do business with them and highly recommend on the sales/lease side and also the finance department.

We had a great experience here. Our salesman, Luke, was fantastic. We basically did the whole deal via text, then drove up there to sign papers and pick up the car same day. The entire team was welcoming and knowledgeable. Our genius tech set the whole car up with us in under an hour. To top it all off, they beat both Denver dealers prices. Will definitely be repeat customers.

I purchased my BMW outside of this dealership and had nothing but the worst customer service experience. I decided to visit BMW of Loveland instead and it has truly been an exceptional experience overall! Geoff has been so helpful with any of my servicing needs. He's been extremely responsive and professional in every way. Geoff truly made me feel comfortable and helped answer any concerns that I had. He's dedicated in providing his customers with the highest level of customer service. I have no doubt when taking my vehicle to BMW of Loveland because I know I'm getting top tier service. Unfortunately and at no fault of BMW, I have had to visit the service department at BMW of Loveland more than I care to admit. That being said, Geoff has always been attentive to each situation, while the service men in the back have provided great communication with the video updates. The detail provided by both front and back, have been great. I appreciate the customer service and attention given.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman JCW from Nat Moore before the Mini dealership opened. Was the simplest car buying experience I've ever had and the whole process was pretty enjoyable. Afterwards he even got me in touch with a good company for insurance and helped me save a good amount of money that way. If I ever want to buy a BMW I'll be back...otherwise I'll be across the street buying another Mini.

Stan is the man!!! I had been looking for a Smokey mauve pearl Honda civic and they happened to have a used one for sale. I inquired about the car and heard back within 15 minutes. I live almost 900 miles away from this dealership, and wasn t sure how the process of buying and shipping a car worked, and I have never bought a car from a dealership!! Stan talked me through the process step by step and made this whole experience easy and absolutely wonderful! Great communication, sent me a full walk around video of the car and pointed out any imperfections he saw, and he was 100% honest! The buying process was SO easy! They set up a notary to meet me in my own town and overnighted the papers to be signed, kept me updated through the entire buying process, and Stan even snagged a photo of my car getting loaded onto the trailer!! I got lucky with shipping and got my car the next day, and the dealership had a temp plate in the glove box for me. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. If you re thinking about buying a car from BMW of Loveland, DO IT! And ask for Stan!!Thank you BMW of Loveland for everything, every interaction I had with your staff was wonderful!!

Dallas Huber helped me purchase my 2017 BMW X5 and he was amazing to work with. As soon as I made an inquiry online he reached out almost immediately with information and a personalized video of the car I was interested in. When I came into the dealership, he made the entire process so seamless and enjoyable. We talked about our families and backgrounds, and he genuinely made me feel like he cared about my experience and the car I was getting, not just selling me on the most expensive car he could. Normally the car buying experience is a headache, but Dallas and the entire BWM of Loveland team made it so easy. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them, and definitely ask for Dallas!

Mr. Geoff McCormack has been our avid service advisor for years. Two cars later, we are still loyal bmw owners. His professionalism and dedication to customers needs are worth the trip each time. We get our vehicle picked up and dropped off from home so we don t have to make the drive and impeccable communication at each stage. Our driver, Mr. Steve, was also remarkable and took care of us. This BMW Service Group is very good and on top of all aspects of BMW service requirements, options and service intervals. I have used them consistently for years for regular service on my 3-series. I could not be more satisfied with their attention and service work. Technician videos on your car of pre-service inspection findings and planned or recommended services keeps all decisions and issues very transparent. Love this part of the service process! My Service Advisor, Brian B., is very knowledgeable about all things BMW. He has consistently earned my trust for proper attention to a car I love. If you need BMW service, you'll be glad you gave them a try.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! These past few months have been the absolute worst to work with this Loveland team. The most unprofessional and unreliable dealership I have ever seen in my life. First, the finance team or the receptionist sends the warranty cancellation paperwork to the WRONG company after they said "we got your back on this" BMW then waited a month and half to actually recognize this mistake. I learned of the mistake because I submitted the paperwork on my own after talking with the warranty company after wondering for a month. BMW messed up again by sending out two different warranty checks to my bank across a span of two weeks which one cleared and then it one got a stop payment put on it because BMW has no idea what check cleared or what check got sent out. The bank has now sent back both checks because BMW has no idea that they are doing when it comes to financing. I will never do business at this establishment and you're better off finding another dealership to get you the car you need. I am telling my story because is it not right the way BMW has screwed me over twice now after being a customer. The receptionist today told me to "Figure it out your own" after I asked multiple times to speak with the finance department or the general manager, but they are all out at "lunch" when it was only 10am.The worst part out of all of this is I have left numerous messages for the finance team and general manager and have been ignored for about a week now. No one will respond to an email or pick up the phone. I wish I never bought a car here and I hope no one else gets screwed over like I did.

Terrible service. I took my 2021 X3 that I bought from a different dealership here for service and every time I drop my car off with them it comes back in worse shape.In December 2022 I took it in for my first oil change after buying the car used two months earlier. When I picked it up there were noticable scratches on the rear driver's side door. They offered me a free detail which I didn't believe would fix the problem but gave them a chance because I really didn't want to pay to repair damage to a vehicle that was in perfect condition when I bought it.They took the car for 2.5 days to detail it and when I got it back there was no change to the scratches on the rear driver's side door. It was almost as if my service representative forgot to tell them what the point of the detail was. Then I noticed additional scratches on the hood. My car is always garaged and never parked next to another vehicle in parking lots so as to avoid door dings.I never thought the place that would cause the most damage would be the BMW dealership. I won't be coming back here for service and likely won't buy another BMW since there isn't a reputable dealer in town for service.

In service, I highly recommend Geoff McCormack. He is extremely helpful and always makes sure I am taken care of. Sometimes things don't go 100% smoothly, but he always makes sure to make it right and do everything he can to keep the custome happy. Great asset to the team.Kaehler in sales was amazing to work with. No pressure, very respectful, and straightforward. Easiest vehicle buying experience to date. Nick (BMW genius) was super helpful and patient with explaining all of the features. Will definitely refer my friends and family to these 2 gentlemen. Great job!
