If you need a reliable tow company with fantastic customer service and dependability Blue Ribbon is the company to call. I recently had a few projects with some unusual circumstances not just your typical tow job. This company is excellent with communication they get right back to you and are on time!! My tow truck driver Kevin was super kind and very helpful. I wouldn t use anyone else to tow my project cars. Thanks guys!!

After my parents were in an accident, Blue Ribbon took care of towing their car from the scene. When my dad wanted his car back, Robert worked with me long distance over the phone. He was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful in making that happen the same day and he also answered a ton of questions for me about the whole process. I highly recommend Robert and Blue Ribbon Towing!

What kind of a tow company is not open any weekend day? With that said why would the police have a tow company come out and tow your car that's not even open and won't be open all weekend. Not only that the place is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. which gives me next to no time to go get my car after a snowy accident. I could have called AAA to come and get it off of the side of the road and it would be home now getting repaired but instead they scammed me out of $84 because there's no chance of me being able to get it over the weekend.

My Chevy Silverado Pickup became disabled in the drive way. Being new GM called for the tow and arranged for Blue Ribbon to pick up my truck. The driver pulled up, examined my situation, maneuvered in the tight street and backed up directly in front of my truck. He then used his truck in a series of movements to load my truck without dragging it across the driveway. Wow, I was amazed.A final point of review. The driver, and I am sorry to not remember his name, was very courteous and professional. I called his employer after he left to let them know that they have an awesome employee.A Thank You from me. I always use Blue Ribbon Towing for car problems. They're always very quick and very friendly I locked my keys in my car at a school this morning and called Blue Ribbon to come get them out for me. He just happened to be in the neighborhood and was there in less than 10 minutes. It only took him a few minutes and he got my car open and did not charge for his services That's crazy, right? So I just want to give a shout out to Blue Ribbon towing. You turned what was turning into "one of those days" Much Better so I want to Sincerely Thank You! Blue ribbon towing is a completely useless company. One of their employees stole my keys and put the blame on me. They do not understand how verbal releases work. They have made an accident that was a hit and run turn into even more of an absolute nightmare. Whoever answers the phone in their office is horribly unprofessional and needs to be fired. Terrible customer service and terrible people in charge. Get a grip Blue Ribbon. Do not allow your car to be towed by this company after an accident if you can help it, these people are oblivious. I will gladly sue if they do not replace my keys (my property that I paid for).Service: Car towing

Had a flat tire tonight while in downtown Loveland. Then discovered the factory lug wrench didn't fit the nuts. Called two other towing companies that didn't even answer the phone. I'm glad I got to these guys!! They came right out and helped me change the tire and I absolutely couldn't beat the price. Top notch company with top notch service!! Thank you!

I was in a parking lot near 29th street late afternoon in Loveland and my truck wouldn't start. I was worried about leaving my truck overnight because of the out of control crime wave here . I wrecked my car and they were the ones that responded and towed it away. After a little bit of wasted time I was taken where the car was stored. The car was totaled. I was allowed to remove my belongings which took a little time. The man did not complain and was very nice.the reason I gave them a five is I have had similar experiences where it was not at all pleasant and wound up paying to get my things. Thanks guys. They seem to be honest.

I recently had a flat tire and made it to a gas station where one of the Blue Ribbon Towing employees stopped to help without being called. He walked me through each step. The kindness he showed was amazing!

I was in an accident on I25 last week and my car was towed here. I went back the next day to get some stuff out of the car, and they kindly escorted me to the lot. Two days later, I discovered I had left my garage door opener in the car, and Don took me out to the lot, and was so friendly and helpful. When we got to the lot, the appraiser was there, and I learned my car was totaled. Don was so kind and supportive. I don't know why they have gotten 1 star reviews, as my experience was they were friendly, helpful and professional.

Needed my car towed quickly (it was stuck, blocking the bay of a Quick Lube and wouldn t start). Not only did Blue Ribbon arrive really fast (about 15 minutes), but their driver was incredibly friendly, and professional. Really hope I will never need a tow again, but would call Blue Ribbon if I did.

I called blue ribbon towing today to find out some information on how to get my vehicle back after it got impounded. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. I asked him how much I would be charged if I couldn't get my vehicle until Monday, and he exploded at me. He screamed "it's not my problem that YOU messed up and got your car impounded. Of course I charge you for all three days. Come pick it up right now if you can't handle that" (he has no idea why my car is there, or if it's truely my fault) I said "okay, I was just asking some questions, that was uncalled for" he then said "I'm so tired of you people calling and asking the same stupid questions. This isn't a free parking lot. Either pick it up today, or pay me $90 for the weekend." He continued to scream and snap at every question I had until he finally just hung up on me.I'm in no way angry with his policies, I understand his business. Although, it is never acceptable to talk to any one in that way. I was in tears by the end of the phone call because of how harshly he was yelling at me. I will never even consider coming to this shop. I'd rather pay 10 times the amount to get my car towed anywhere else than ever consider this shop.

I recently had my car towed so he told me to get my personal items out of the vehicle and signing over the title would be the same price as just getting the vehicle back. I looked this up and it s illegal for them to do this yet they still stand by this pricing. I was willing to sign over the title and give them the parts I had to fix the vehicle, but they re dead set on robbing me. I can see why the Loveland PD works with them.

My car broke down. I managed to limp it to a parking lot and gave these guys a call. Super quick response time. The driver was there in 20 minutes. He was super professional and so polite. I would use them again.

One of our companies vans was in an accident. They towed the van without our approval. We are a large company and it took a few weeks for us to get the title and get over to get the van after they had taken it without permission. By the time we went up to get it, they had received a bill of sale from the state. They claimed the van was abandoned and therefore up for grabs. The nice part about being a large company is we have a large legal department as well. These people are thieves.

Place is garbage. Charged $130 for a simple lock out. I will not refer to my worst enemy. I was told 85 over the phone because of the distance. And in a frenzy of getting my dog out of the car I just paid them with out checking receipt which had a tow charges and after hours charge...

They charged my a 1000 dollars to walk up and down a hill. Then when I showed up to give them the title and trash the car, the manager asked me why I crashed my vehicle in a sarcastic manner. Then started yelling at me not to quiz him, when all I asked was to see my car and grab my belongings. I would never send anybody here, even my worst enemy. Shoddy costumer service and appearances.

They dropped a car off at the absolute farthest place they could from where it was suppose to be when they delivered it without telling us (because the driver was too lazy to walk to our door). When we asked the driver why he put it there he said he didn't know where to drop it so he dropped it where it was most convenient for him. We asked him to move it to the correct place and he refused. He said we had to pay him to move it to the correct spot. Amazing! I called the dispatcher and he could care less. I would give no stars if possible, but definitely use someone else.

Nice enough (auto accident) expensive tow for under 10 miles.Vehicle totaled I still had to pay for tow even tho they got vehicle. Not sure how that all works just felt odd to pay someone to keep my car ?!? Like I lost twice

One star because negative stars is not an option. Our son had his vehicle towed after an accident and we called to try find out what the charges were going to be. Richard said, and repeated, that there would be a $200 towing fee, maybe a $50-75 winch fee, and $30 per day storage. He said he was also the one who performed that actual tow. When my son went to settle up they wrote over top of the possible "Extra man" option on the printed invoice "Scene Time" and charged an additional $306 for just that line. We called ahead for the specific purpose of anticipating the cost. For that kind of upcharge to be slapped on is outrageous.

Guy shows up to do the tow...seemed immediately like he was looking for excuses to not do it. Questioned me on a few things. Then, said he couldn't tow it because his truck was too big and said he didn't have access to a smaller tow truck to do the job. Will not use again for anything. If you look at their FB reviews, you can see I made a mistake calling them to begin with. No Blue Ribbons here.

I went to pick up items from a car and stood around with the owner, Don. We were with another staff and he started to light up a cigarette, I asked if he could step a couple feet back as he smokes. Don responded to me stating, "It's pussy ass' like you that run this world to the ground." I explained that I am concerned about someone rehabilitating and Don explained that the smoke would not have any effect on this person since we were outside. I explained smelling the smoke could be a trigger and I am concerned about that. There was silence for a minute and Don then asked myself if I smoke pot, which then I stated that I do not smoke pot and Don stated that people who quick smoking are the biggest hypocrites. This is a completely inappropriate statement to make to anyone no matter what the situation is. It's highly concerning for the statement and I wish that he could have just said no to me and I would have not pushed it forward. I do not wish for anyone to be disrespected as I have in that situation.

Answered before posted business hours, showed up long before he estimated and got my truck where it needed to go, can't ask for much more than that from a towing company. Appreciate the quick response would definitely use them again.

My vehicle was stolen. Police found it, they had it towed by these guys. For days I never heard a word from anyone where my vehicle was. Had to play detective to locate it! After 6 days in the yard they want to charge me over $500.00 to get it back! Who's the REAL VICTIM HERE!?!?
