Loyal customer of 4 years,always bring my car here for breaks and tires, I'm never disappointed. Noone should ever have bald tires with the amazing fiance programs they offer. If you have a bank account you can afford service. Shout out to Troy !

Folks were friendly and helpful. I didn t have an appointment, but they worked me in no problem. Got new wheels and tires mounted/balanced plus an alignment. The alignment sadly isn t great. While driving straight the steering wheel is offset center to right. As a former technician of ten years I m probably a little harsher on this than most. Anyway they took great care of my wheels no scratches or damage. Even aired up and loaded my old set. Nice folks appreciate the work they did.Edit: called them up 6/27 set a appointment for the following day. Dropped the truck of for my set time of 10am. They got it all taken care of. Truck is driving nice and straight now. Thank you guys for the follow up. Will return in the future.

Excellent service! Brought my car in because I had a nail stuck in my tire. They were able to help me out within 25 minutes no charge. Ray and his team are awesome!

The manager Ray hooked it up with a zero fuss, no wait, 5 minute in in-and-out tire repair. No upsells, no "this won't work, gotta buy a new set." Of course I'll be back when I do meet a new set Great shop!

5.2.2023 updatePicked up a screw in one of my rear duals. Popped in, told them I was losing air, they checked all 6 tires and adjusted the pressures and located a screw in the one tire, removed it, repaired the tire and got me right back on the road!Super fast and friendly service again!!I bought 6 tires there for my dually in February 2022 and 4 tires for my husband's Jeep today. These guys are professional, polite, and the 3 year warranty program they have is outstanding! I've been super happy with my Big O tires on my truck and that made us repeat customers!

Big O tires is the best Tire shop in Loveland, Whenever someone is looking for a spare tire for their trailer we send them to the great people at Big O Tires. I recently used BIG O LOVELAND, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The technicians were professional and efficient, Raymond M quickly assessing my tire issue and providing a solution. They had a wide selection of tires available, and the pricing was competitive. The service was prompt, Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend their tire service to others.

I went in to have new tires put on my Truck. Wait time was less 5 minutes from the time I entered the store til they had my truck on the lift. They had the tires on and had me on my way in less then 45 minutes. This store is Fast and Friendly atmosphere, and the job is done correctly.

Ray helped me out on short notice for an oil change and a rotation. Had a stubborn sensor light that wouldn t go away. Worked me in on short notice and fixed everything quickly. Great place to service your vehicle!

beyond impressed with the service I had here. Didn't have an appointment but was able to get worked in within the same day. Ray was extremly kind and made everything as affordable as possible. Will come back here when I need another set of tires!

I visited the Big O Tires in Loveland, CO, back in October, in urgent need of replacing all four tires on my car while working as a rideshare driver. The urgency of my situation was well met by the staff, who managed to fit me in for an appointment within an hour of my arrival. The service was swift, taking another hour to mount and balance my new snow tires, for which I was charged $120.However, my satisfaction with their prompt service was overshadowed by a significant oversight. Despite not being a tire expert myself, I assumed that a professional tire shop would be knowledgeable about the correct mounting of tires, especially considering the importance of tread patterns for snow tires. It was disappointing to discover months later that one of the tires was mounted incorrectly. This oversight makes me question the expertise and thoroughness of the service I received, especially given the price.I appreciated the promptness and the initial customer service. Still, the fundamental mistake in the service provided a tire mounted incorrectly raises concerns about the technical competence and attention to detail at this location. For a service as critical as tire installation, where safety and performance are at stake, I expected better.Would I recommend Big O Tires in Loveland, CO? For quick, emergency service, yes. But, it comes with a caveat to double-check their work, particularly if your vehicle s safety depends on it.

Left store with a stripped stud and lug nut. They didn't tell me about the problem until I was ready to pay and leave. Very unprofessional and they said they didn't have time to fix it today. Should have made the extra drive to Big O in Longmont, CO. Won't go back there.

This place is the BEST!! EVERYTIME I have been here!! I bought a full set of tires for my car ( everywhere else would have to order) and I couldn't be happier!! Not only a great deal, but they called about a week later to make sure I was happy!! Then I brought my truck in to have the slow leak fixed. And it didn't cost me a dime!! What a great place!!! Shout out to NEIL NISTLER !! Always on point and helpful!! Thanks guys

Went in soon after they opened. Had a flat tire that needed repaired. The manager Raymond Mireles took care of me and the tire super quick. I brought a book to read and didn t even need to turn a page they got me all fixed up.

Spent almost four grand there they didn't grease the parts they installed, they left rubber booties off of parts that needed protection, took the clamps that held them on and just left them off. I brought it back there to be fixed and they put zip ties on it and told me it was a permanent fix, I thought that it was quick cuz I'm smart enough to know that in order to get the clamps on that they left off they would have had to totally undo the work that they just did to put the clamp on right, instead of doing that they zip tied it, then when I called them out on it the owner there Tony told me that zip ties weren't acceptable permanent fix. I'm now in talks with their corporate office to have another shop fix the problem that they started because they obviously can't be trusted to do the right thing at Loveland big o. I will be on the radio with Tom Martino within the week. and hey Troy if you don't like hearing a few cuss words maybe you should do things right the first time or maybe even the second. I was very reasonable and understanding when I first had to send it back even though I was livid that I just spent that amount of money and that's how my truck came back. At this point I have every right to use a few superlatives to explain to you what a hack job I received going to your shop. F*cker

Worst ever rip off. Told me over the phone $750 total package for 4 tires alignment balance. After installing the tires said the price was $999 for just the tires and couldn't do alignment because it needed a tie rod end. I told them the tie rod ends were new . He said they looked old but that's because he put heat to it but it didn't need heat to it because I just put new tie rode on it. Told him I needed to see the manager. He the took the veichicle back in and did the alignment. Drove it a bit and checked the tie rods and he left The NUTs LOOSE!. TOTAL RIP OFF joint.... STAY AWAY!!!

I m sure this big o is fine and this could ve been a one off, but had my vehicle in here for alignment, was told the alignment couldn t be done because of a frozen bolt or toe. I seemed suspicious considering they only had the vehicle for about 30 minutes. They suggest having to cut a part off and replace it and quoting me at over $700 dollars. I took it to a different shop where the mechanic had it for just an hour, heated the metal up and was able to break it loose and do the alignment. So either they didn t try very hard or just used it as an excuse to sell a service which isn t surprising that s just how business is done In these places. Like I said I m sure this is a fine place but that experience just is not a good look.

I had some BALD tires on my dads Volkswagen ive been driving and one of them went flat and it was a whole situation especially since no one had the right tire size (probably because its volkswagen) but big o tires had the right size in there warehouse and had someone run down there and pick it up for me. They were able to get the new tires on even though it was getting close to closing time which I greatly appreciated. Everyone from Neal, Troy, and im pretty sure Chris was the one that worked on the car, were amazing and super helpful, especially with letting me know and helping me with their 3rd party financing option which is 0% interest if paid within the first 90 days.All in all they were amazing and will be going to them again if I got any more problems

I came in there in a rush. I had a meeting to get to, and had a screw sticking out of the back of my tire. The manager at Big O Ray help me out and I was in and out in 20 minutes. As somebody who is in customer service and takes care of people, I appreciate people taking care of me once in a while. Thank you Ray Mireles!

Bought new tires over $800. Left with my tires recommended psi of 36. There were 2 at 47 and 2 at 42 and 39. Did the person that did the work on my SUV have a tire gauge? What was he thinking. We called and talked the a supervisor. He didn't even give a rats @## . We have gone there for years. Never will they get our business again. My whole family goes there. Well u just lost a whole lot of money

The first time I came here with a scheduled appointment my oil change took over 2 hours. I made another appointment to have my tire pressure checked and now I ve been sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and my car hasn t even been looked at. The customer service here is nonexistent and no one seems to value the customers time. What s the point in making an appointment? Find somewhere else.

Ray, the gentleman up front was swamped with work, and the folks working in the shop were also up to their eyes in tasks and were working together to get it all done. Even while he was swamped, Ray was fast, friendly and efficient in taking care of things and helped me finance something I wasn't able to afford. I recommend the shop to anyone.

Raymond was great. I've used this location on and off for a long time. Today I sent our daughter in for tires and alignment (this was her first car repair shop experience on her own) they communicated well with her and made her feel comfortable and her concerns were heard and addressed.Much appreciated!
