The staff there are helpful and patient. They did everything they could to help me, including jump start my dead battery so I can drive home. As a customer, I am still unbelievable and disappointed they do not replace your battery after sunset.............I understand this is a company-wide policy and as employees they have to obey. And as a customer, I will not visit all auto zone parts stores any more. I only hope the policy maker can add some flexibility.

Was greeted coming in by staff, immediately helped, he grabbed the part, I paid and out the door I went. Love when you actually know the exact part you need and they have it in stock.

I was helped by a young guy (Micha, I believe) who guided/helped me to get my car in a good enough shape to get home! He was so sweet & knowledgeable & I am forever grateful for all of his help. He deserves a raise & all the best in life!

Shaun approached to offer assistance with my selection of a headlight restoration product. I was disappointed in the products available, but thanked him for the assistance. Even though I could get a discount at other auto parts stores, I always go to this one in particular. These people are above and beyond when it comes to customer service and being nice. Often times they will go out of their way to help you install something or show you how to do it. They are also incredibly honest and genuine people. Too many good stories to tell. Whoever is hiring at this store, keep up the great work! Love going here!

Walking into your store is like entering the Hall of Car Justice, where the tools are your mighty weapons and the employees are like superhero sidekicks ready to rescue my ride from the clutches of breakdowns. I'm convinced your diagnostic equipment is powered by pure car enthusiasm, because it diagnoses issues faster than a toddler can spill juice. Your staff? Well, they're like car whisperers who can hear an engine misfire from a mile away. AutoZone, you've given new meaning to the phrase 'knight in shining armor' mine just happens to be a socket wrench!"

They were quick and efficient and helped me pick the best battery with good cold crank amp, and warranty and cost, AND even helped me replace it right there. John at AutoZone is friendly and has such great customer service.

The employees are not trained in the parts they have for sale. They don't know what they have or are able to help you when it comes to creativity. Don't sell universal parts then!

I am MORE than satisfied with ALL the employees at Auto Zone in Loveland. My " "Check Engine" light was on, and I needed an emissions test to renew my registration. They are not JUST an auto parts store. They are ALL VERY knowledgeable. They do diagnostics, search for correct parts for each make/model/year of vehicle. THEY show YOU how to do maintenence work on your vehicle, not just send you off with a wave and a smile. They are ALL you need, to keep your vehicles running smoothly. I am VERY thankful for Stephen H., Teresa and Christina, for their patience and kindness-TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!! Don't waste your time with anyone else! Head straight 2 Auto Zone Loveland, for all your auto needs! Tell 'em Cindy Sent you!

DO NOT SHOP FOR BATTERIES HERE!!!!DURALAST BATTERIES ARE GARBAGE AND AUTO ZONE WILL NO LONGER HONOR THE WARRANTY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT.TOOK TWO.. NOT ONE BUT (2) DEEP CYCLE MARINE BATTERIES BACK THAT WERE 8 MONTHS OLD BACK AND THE MANAGER JUST SAID UNFORTUNATELY OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND ROBBED MY FAMILY OF OVER 400 BUCKS.NEW MANAGEMENT AUTOZONE STRAIGHT LOSERS.WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE WALK INTO AN AUTOZONE AGAIN.. AND I MEAN IT MAN, NOT ONE MORE DOLLAR WILL YOU EVER GET OUT OF ME.-----------------------------------------------------I am not going to edit or remove this review because of the way I was initially treated by the manager of the store.But, I am going to add to it.Rachel at the south Lincoln store in loveland is to be commended. She dug into my account located the warranty and replaced my batteries an hour after I walked out simply leaving them there.Rachel..Thank you so much for being the only person in your store who cares enough to do the work that needs to be done in order to serve.Your actions and dilligence are nothing short of out-standing and you do your place of business the only credit thoes people deserve.Thank you for helping us when no one else would even try.Auto zone: give Rachel her own flock of stores.. she's worth it.-Dan

Had to have a diagnostic test ran on my daughters car. Bryan went above and beyond. Due to Covid he s not allowed to get in my daughters, but he was patient and helped me step by step in order to do it myself. Thank you so much Bryan!! Your kindness went a long way!! Will definitely be back!!

I love being able to drop off my used motor oil and getting my codes read for free. They also have handy restrooms for when nature knocks on the back door. I still buy my parts off eBay but it's fun to see what prices they have on the same exact parts! Always leave with a smile. The employees sure look happy to be there. I definitely give it 5 stars!

VERY disappointed with my last purchase that I waited all day for that they ordered the wrong stuff after explaining to 2 different people several time's that still got the wrong parts. I was also in store originally for the part's. Obviously the clerk's don't listen. Waited a day for wrong part's to have to turn around and wait a day for the right part's hopefully. 2 day's lost of incompetence. Do you really know what your doing there

I went in this morning and asked for a starter for my 2007 Honda accord. When I told them the prices listed on their website didn't match what they were showing in store the manager proceeded to laugh at me and mansplain in a condescending manner why the results on my search were wrong. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean I don't deserve the same respect as every other customer that walks in. Also my dad is a mechanic, I know more than the average female. Won't be giving this place my business ever again.

On the surface this is totally your run of the mill AutoZone location. Relatively clean. Capable of assisting. Some staff are knowledgeable and that is why I give it a 4 out of 5. I have been to some AutoZone locations that are truly a dark abyss of incompetence.At least some of the people at this location have an idea how how a car works and are not just plotting #s in to the computer and pulling parts off a shelf.

Was in there just a few minutes ago asking the blonde lady working if they could run diagnostics on my car because the battery light has been coming on. She proceeded to tell me that no she wouldn't run diagnostics on my car but would test the battery, alternator and starter. I told her I had already done that but everything tested fine so I wanted to see what code it was putting out. She tried to tell me it wouldn't put out a code for the battery light coming on and refused to help me, was not nice about it all. I tried to show her that it does put out a code and even told her my dad is a mechanic and I know it puts out a code but thanks for not helping me, she said "OK, bye!" In the rudest manner possible. Gotta love being treated like this when you are asking for help. I will not ever set another foot in that store.

I really never go anywhere else because the folks who work here are always quick to assist in a friendly and efficient manner. Prices are fair and they rarely don't have what I need and are quick to call around and find it for me if they don't. A+ service for sure.

These guys are always friendly and helpfulUpdate: Thank you! A hundred times thank you. Went in to have my alternator tested.. as I had no idea quite what the issue was. Left with a list of exactly what what wrong and the missing info I needed on how to fix it. I have a hard time trusting mechanics (nothing personal but I've had a few try to sell me blinker fluid for example) but I trust the AutoZone crew!

I love that we were helped right as soon as we stepped into the store, which is abnormal for me. The associate helped us and gave us advice on what were doing. When we had a return, it was quick and painless. Our only problem was that we paid for 1/4 of our purchase with a giftcard and the rest in cash. When we returned one item, they put it back on the giftcard citing store policy. So now we're stuck with the giftcard again. Other than that dumb policy, it was a good experience.

This is my go to place when I am in Loveland. I think they have an excellent on site selection, and I have always been happy overall with the service. The only reason this is not a 5 star is the location. It is convenient, but it is also tricky to get into. It is very easy to miss the tight, and not well marked turn. Getting turned around is not super simple for someone not familiar with the area. Keep your eyes peeled as a first timer, take it slower approaching the turn and you will be fine.
