Purchased an EIBACH PRO LIFT KIT for my 2012 Grand Cherokee. Was unsure of the fitment on account of having a towing package. These guys squared it all away. It looks awesome. Couldnt be happier. My Xterra and Kia are next on the list. Big thank you to Ray. Extra big thank you to his crew. ,But Be-Aware: if any of their crew members keeps pushing a certain product at you, such as BILSTEIN 5100 rear shocks, and you keep saying No , then a few hours into the install you get a call saying, Your front drive shaft inputs are so rusted out that we cannot put them back in and they need to be replaced $400/each but the rear ones weren t an issue and the wheels hibs were perfectly fine apparently no rust just the whole steel shaft, then theyre probably to you. Service is great 100% but the is even greater. Especially that Ray, he really knows how to shaft you . But he ll get it installed one way or another. I ll see these fellows real soon again. Excited to see what kind of they have in store. Also, they never showed me the part that was rusted through! I asked, they pretended not to hear me . Good thing theyre corporate and they have boss s to report too. I smell a lawsuit! See you soon

Have used this location a couple times now and every time super helpful, very knowledgeable on small and large projects! They installed a hitch on one of our vehicles and will be helping us upgrade the suspension on another vehicle soon. Great advice for directing us on different options based on budget showing us the differences. We appreciate Alex and Raymond spending the time to educate us. Highly recommend them for installation and upgrade options.l! Thanks again for the 5 star service!!

Had a Warn HUB controller quit working, and I took it in to find out about warranty. It was past the stores warranty, but they were very helpful with getting me all the documents needed to deal with Warn. I asked about getting an alternative controller, and they went above and beyond, trying out different ones and dug through drawers, finding me the right one! Thanx guys!

Fantastic knowledge and service. My 2022 Tundra now has Airlift suspension to handle towing my 30 Airstream. I went back for a full lift with new wheels and 35 Mickey Thompson s. I will keep going back. Damien knew exactly what I needed.

The BEST auto shop to get vehicle upgrades! I've NEVER experienced customer service that was this patient, kind, and thorough. I couldn't imagine going through another shop. They have amazing prices with a multitude of upgrade options.

Had this shop setup the axles for a CJ5 Project I was working on. Gears, axle shafts, lockers, seals, balljoints... for the front and rear axle. There was a miscommunication that caused the rear axle to lock up prematurely. I called the store and they picked it up right away. After a few discussions, they fixed the problem and made it right. Gavin and Alexander are top notch. Would have given 5 stars but only did 4 due to the issue happening in the first place. I understand things happen, very thankful to find a shop that stands by their work and made things right. Gavin the manger is fantastic and Alexander at the front counter is top notch, very knowledgable and helpful.

Awesome shop, Daniel and Gavin were both helpful and kept me in the loop when my truck was getting worked on. I approved some additional work but there was no pressure and I was presented with the pros and cons of each scenario. My Tacoma looks amazing and it rides like the day I drove it off the lot again (but with a nice new lift). I highly recommend these guys.

I buy a lot of parts from 4wheel Drive parts online for a lot of toys that I have. After sinking quite a bit of money into a 92 Jeep YJ, that I had purchased through a joint venture, I had ordered a slip yoke eliminator kit and top of the line Bush Whacker Fender flare kit a head of time, to install when got the Jeep back from the Body Shop. Someone had run into it while parked and after I had it completely Scorpion lined inside and out.I had my mechanic come over to install the slip yoke eliminator kit and once under my Jeep he informed me of some serious damage to the frame rails via rust and some other related things that needed to be done. Long story short, I stopped him and have decided to sell as is as I have put over five grand into the Jeep already.I called 4wheel parts customer service and told them my story and why it took so long for me to return the parts. Everything was still in boxes however I was expecting to get a no on my return and or a 30% "restocking" fee. Gavin from 4wheel parts in Loveland Colorado, took my parts back and refunded my money with NO STOCKING fees! That's $1100.00 I can apply toward my other trucks.I can't say enough about Gavin & Loveland, Colorado's 4wheel parts store. I will go out of my way ( live in a different town) to buy my parts there versus online for now on.Thanks again Gavin & 4Wheel Parts!Rob A

I was reseaching wheel specs online, and literally stumbled upon this place. They had the wheels I wanted cheaper than I had already ordered on Amazon, so I ordered through them instead. Ordered on Friday, installed the following Wednesday. Customer service was top notch, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

My Jeep's spare tire was loose and had been making a lot of noise when I drove over bumps. I went into the store today to see if they could help me. The clerk came out and fixed it (it was very simple, but I know nothing and wouldn't have known where to begin), and he did not even charge me! I was so grateful to him for helping me out without an appointment and doing it for no charge. The spare tire is not moving around nearly as much as it was and is so much quieter. I've gone into this store with questions and bought items from them before, and they have always been extremely helpful. I should have gotten the gentleman's name, but didn't. Thank you so much for the help today!

These guys are awesome! Went in for a tire repair but it turned out I needed a whole new tire. They were able to order a whole new tire and replace my shot tire all by lunch. Friendly and great service all around.

Excellent customer service by Ray and team! The side runner on my truck was detached and ready to come off. They promptly took it off for safety purposes, ordered me the new bars, and got them installed in a timely fashion. I'm back on the road & couldn't be happier with everything! 10/10 I'll be back!
