Hi,My passenger side main headlight went out and I stopped by the O'Reilly Auto Parts right on Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont, CO on my way home. I want to give a SPECIAL recognition to Pierce who not only went out of his way to go check the type of headlight I needed but was KIND and a true gentleman and replaced both of my headlights for free. It was cold that night and he was out there replacing my headlights only wearing a hoodie.He went above and beyond his job duties and I wanted to recognize him for that. He was very professional and I can't thank him enough!! I'm so thankful there are kind workers like him at an O'Reilly's that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Very friendly-just needed a diagnostic test done. Engine light came on cold weather caused the O2 sensor. When I need parts, I go to O'Reilly

It's the nearest auto parts store to my house. Pleasant, helpful guys. They always seem to have what I need. It's located next door to Planet Fitness, my exercise facility. I recently purchased a case of brake clean for my friend who is a mobile mechanic. He keeps my vehicles in top condition. He also uses O'Reilly Auto Parts for repair parts.

Usually google what i need before heading into the store because im not car savy, but this time i asked what filter was recommended for an oil change and they recommended one that doesn t fit my car.

This is a pretty good auto parts store. They have experienced people behind the counter and they pretty much can always find what I m looking for. They do good at what they do. The customer service is always helpful and I prefer them to other auto parts places in the area.

Ripped my son off $400... He went in with cash and charged my company at the same time... Now we are out the parts and cash.... The manager was rude and had the nerve to look in the box I was bringing all the parts back in with it was like I was being treated like a thief.....

Customer service sucked went in nobody in store but two heavy set dudes there talking to each other both O'Reilly employees saying that they were busy but planning how to not help their customers to treat them like they are not important?? Wow new store in Longmont wouldn't be going back.

The phones never stopped ringing. Vinny was handling the situation wonderfully. The new guy was doing the best he could . It was , for what the situation and condition the store was in , a decent shopping experience. When the new staff get more training and experience that comes with time in the field I believe things will get even better

So last night i went into O'Reilly's and spent $198. $63.92 just on spark plugs. I paid $8 a plug but it wasnt till i got home that i realized Robert the guy who sold them to me had given me $3 plugs instead of the ones i had paid for. Well today they are so kind and are going to swap them out for me but if i hadent been paying attention they would have pulled a fast one on me. Im just saying from now on ill be watching them closely

Kid at the desk recommended the wrong light bulb for my car. Same kid wouldn t let me return it (unopened) the next day without a receipt. No effort at being helpful.
