Zach and crew did a fantastic job on two of our vehicles damaged (greatly) by hail (see photo) in the March hail event over Longmont. They took care of the insurance stuff and even went so far as to have a rental vehicle when we dropped off our truck. We felt so totally taken care of and even surprised us with a Veterans Discount when the final bill was due. We are pleased beyond words with the service and attention to detail!!

American Hail Auto Repair is top notch. Zach, Will and company are extremely professional, and made the entire process a joy: transparent process, timely and thorough communication, and high quality work. We had two cars damaged by a massive hail storm and after the paint-less hail repair performed, they now look perfect. I highly recommend!

We had our car three weeks when the hailstorm hit. We were so upset. Our experience with American Auto Hail Repair was great! Zach even came to our home to access the hail damage on our car. American Auto Hail Repair took care of our car and our peace of mind. They kept in touch to let us know how things were progressing with the repairs and were very honest. They also worked directly with insurance so we had no issues. When we got our car back it looked as good as new! Highly recommend AAHR!!

Zach and everyone else at American Auto Hail Repair did a great job throughout the entire process of fixing the hail damage on my car!They handled everything with insurance and with my rentals! Zach is very personable and did everything he could to help me understand what was going on. Overall a fantastic experience and would definitely use them again!

This was my first time ever making a hail clam on vehicle. Zach and Wills customer service made my experience less stressful. They walked me through the whole process, kept in top my insurance company to insure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner without needing me to get involved. Zach made sure I had a ride to and from my rental car company when I dropped off and picked up my car. I'm so thankful I got lucky in finding them and I was able to support a local business. Oh yeah... MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING! Thank you guys for all you're hard work.

The team and Zach over at American Auto Hail Repair are all about customer service and making a rough situation a pleasant experience.Not only did they make sure I got rides to and from the rental car facility when dropping off and picking up my vehicle for service they always went above and beyond to keep me informed of the timeline.They worked seamlessly with insurance and got me back into a hail dent free car quickly. Using American Auto Hail Repair was a great experience. They took care of everything with the insurance company and Zach kept me in the loop for every step of the process. They are great guys and my car looked as good as the day I bought it when I picked it up. Very much a top notch place and if I ever need hail damage repaired again I would take it to them.

American Auto Hail Repair is the place to go for Hail damage! Zach and the team helped with getting my brand new car back to what it was when I bought it. Zach and the team were very professional , attentive and communicated every step of the way. Zach helped set up my rental car and made sure to assist with the insurance as well. Hands down would use them if I need Hail damage repair again.

American Auto hail repair did a great job repairing the damage that was done to my vehicle! I was really impressed at how they were able to repair all of the damages done so that the vehicle is looking as good as new again especially on a black vehicle! I would highly recommend these guys and use there services again should I ever need it!

Worked everything out with my insurance with no out of pocket cost. They did great work at getting all the hail dents out of my truck. Zack went over it with me to ensure I was happy. 2 thumbs up great reputable place to go.

I could not be happier with my hail repair experience! Zach and team did an impeccable job and my car looks perfect. They were quick, communicative, and made it easy every step of the way (from dealing with insurance to scheduling my car rental). American Auto Hail Repair delivered on everything promised and my car was returned detailed (literally cleaner than I think it s ever been). I would give more s if I could!!!

We had a Chev Silverado damaged in the heavy hail storm of May 2023. Zach and his team used the paint less hail repair method and it now looks flawless. They also successfully worked with Progressive to cover the repairs which were grossly underestimated by the adjuster. We highly recommend their work.

I first contacted Mark who left a hail damage card on my car. He was pushed too far out and I was on a time crunch since I was moving out of state. He referred me to American Auto hail repair in Longmont which was closer to me. Not only did they explain the process in detail.. they were flexible with drop off times etc. Mark, Zack, and Will were all great. The only hiccup was my insurance dragging their feet but that was not their fault. Got the car back the day before I moved and in perfect condition. They even detailed it inside and out! No money out of pocket... insurance took care of everything and my car looks amazing and super clean! 10/10 recommend. If you have ANY hail damage just give them a call.

This American Auto hail repair shop is really good. Zarch and Will both are awesome guys with well behavior and very respectful. They fixed my car on time with zero deductibles. They also pay for my rental car for 2 weeks. They also provide warranty of their work. I will highly recommend this shop for dental or hail repair. Thank you guys for your great work. If I find anyone then definitely I will refer your shop.

My Subaru had a lot of hail damage, I have never had that repaired before, so I wasn't sure how the process worked. They helped me and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and fixed. They did an amazing job! And my came back looking brand new on the outside and the inside. Great work!. I am very happy! I hope I don't have to go through hail damage repair again, but if I did, I would go back here again.

I gave a 5 because the work outweighs the lack of communication my car looks great and I have had no issues with anything since the repair I have and will continue to recommend AA hail repair to anyone that has hail damage on their vehicle
