Went to 2 hardware stores looking for a random plastic clip for my wipers and James saved the day. They have hundreds of random fittings to choose from. He was nice enough to help me search through the box. Thanks James, appreciate ya!

Rob is the man! Made my lady and I feel supper comfortable spending a lot of money on our parts. He was super nice and knowledgable which in this day and age seems hard to find at a parts store. Will DEFIANTLY bring my business to this store only from here on out. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

There were supposed to be a free car battery promotion going on February 18th but the store manager called the higher ups and they said it was a scam and would not honor it. They were very nice and knowledgeable though.

I went in and asked for my SPECIFIC model and make of my car for my car and they proceeded to over charge me and sell me the WRONG headlights and say that it s non refundable. I am very disappointed and feel HIGHLY used and disrespected.

I had gone in to get my battery checked and we found out I needed a new one. So he let me keep my car there so I could go get another battery and when I came back he installed it for me. His name was Jonny he has amazing customer service!!!! Thank you for everything you guys are always great!

Tried to call for a price on 2 parts. The guy that answered told me he couldn t find the parts even though I gave him the part numbers. Then I told him what part I was looking for. He put me on hold again. I sat with blank air for 17 min. He never came back in the line. That s horrible customer service!

I called 3 different auto part stores asking about a specialized power steering fluid and all three immediately said they had it I drove to each store and found out they didn t actually have the fluid in the store. When I called These guys they actually went and looked on the shelf with out me having to ask. They definitely go the extra mile. Thanks for the great customer service!

Walk in and the red haired "manager" is on a personal phone call out on the floor, clearly not on break. while the only other employee handles everything, he's clearly struggling and she could not be bothered to help us or the other customers in the store. She won't even get off cellphone when Dean had to physically go get her, to checkout another customer. Big yikes.

I wanted to take advantage of a deal on what I needed for an oil change for this month. I needed eight quarts and a filter. Advance Auto parts had an offer for 5 qts. with a filter, funnel and drain pan. I bought ten qts., and two each of the filter, drain pan, and funnel. Saved myself over $30!The two guys behind the counter were pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

I was in a bad way for a battery; every time I shut off my car, it wouldn't restart. Advance Auto Parts was third place I tried. I had same-day, same-hour replacement with extremely courteous service! Very grateful

I have 9 cars. The place doesn't seem to mind selling you 20 gallons of oil, but they throw a fit want to bring them more than 5 gallons to recycle. It is OK to bring then over multiple days even though the tank is not emptied in the mean time AND IS EMPTY, but not at once. Them, they hide behind some "corporate policy" garbage, so I guess that corporations don't like high volume customers. I have policy too, which is to support what you sell. Thank you for making me realize that I need to switch to Amazon and NAPA who have cheaper prices (Amazon) and more parts in stock (NAPA). I like to support local businesses since I own a local business too, but this gets hard when they don't support you back.

Big Shoutout to the Longmont Main St Store. Rob was genuinely kind and helpful, and had what I wanted ready immediately. Bear, also a pleasure, and I braced the cold (-5f) and he replaced my battery right away. Those two made my day.

These folks are great. Stopped by at 5:30 pm as the storm is starting to blow in with a dead battery. Great fair price on the battery, and they come out and install it for me on the spot! Great friendly service.

I stopped in on Tuesday to get my battery checked and was fortunate to get Ron to look at my car. Ron gave me the kind of customer service I remember getting in the 90's and early 2000's....he listened, helped me find what I needed and was respectful and efficient, very courteous. I will definitely be back.

Impolitely approached by the manager about my vehicle being parked in his EMPTY parking lot, far away from the front entrance, while my daughter sold girlscout cookies at the business next door. Used to frequent this place for parts needs, but based on the rude treatment I think I ll take my business elsewhere.

This place is great! Big shout out to Shawn, he totally saved my day by replacing a new car battery. He was also very informative and gave me helpful tips on my vehicle that is useful in the future. I highly recommend checking out is location of advanced auto parts, its definitely worth the drive up town.

Extraordinarily condescending staff - they gave us the wrong part after arguing with each other about which one it was, then we re very rude when we came back for an exchange for the right part. We put the correct part in, right in their parking lot, and only then did he change his tune. I understand being a little embarrassed that you were wrong, but don t be nasty about it. Never coming back to this shop again.

Would have gotten parts here. But the customer service was so p!ss poor I went to the competition down the street.Less attitude and LISTEN the first.time instead of making people repeat themselves several times and then give them attitude when they call you out on it.Dont answer phones then. Ridiculous attitudes. Why I dont ever go to this location. But figured hey its a new day. Lets give them a chance. Boy was I mistaken.All I got to say to the manager is the. Plenty of people looking for jobs. Id hire better.
