Greg and his team are hands down the best. They are all very polite, kind and know how to explain the issues at hand with your car and ensure you understand. I m not a car person and have a hard time trusting auto shops and they ve disappointed me in the past, but trust the reviews. This shop is a gem and wish I knew about it years ago. I will be returning here for any major issues as well as regular maintenance for my car. Thanks Greg and team! 1000% recommend!

Brought my car in to be looked at. Greg was super up front and honest. My car needed a new engine. When we decided to not proceed, we did not get charged. I appreciate them being straightforward and honest. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are nothing short of incredible. Honest, respectful, friendly, hard working and truly looking out for your safety. They absolutely deserve every dollar I give them and more. This is the best auto shop in the state of Colorado, I'm sure of it. My only regret with Turn Too is that I didn't know about their shop sooner! So grateful we moved into this area so that they are our neighborhood auto shop.

I have been brining my families vehicles to Turn Too for years. I can always trust them to deliver honest advice and accurate work every time. Greg, Mike, and the whole crew provided excellent service and I always feel like I am surrounded by extremely knowledgeable people who have my best interest in mind. That is so refreshing in the automotive repair world these days. I highly recommend Turn Two for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs.

Greg and his guys are the best in the business. Honest above all else and saved me hundreds in unnecessary repairs another shop wanted to do. Won't have anyone else but Turn Too touch my car ever again.

I am completely baffled about what I witnessed at turn tool automotive today. I live in the area and I was looking for a place to get an oil change. After reading all the good reviews, there was no question that I would be taking my car here. I walked into the lobby where there was no one up at the front. They all seemed to be in the garage working. No problem, I stood there and waited. As I was standing there, I hear one of the employees say some terribly R*CIST remarks. I was shocked, I have honestly never heard anything like what I was overhearing. I am so disappointed because from reading previous reviews, I was hoping to be a regular. But I REFUSE to give my business to a team of R*CISTS. It s unfortunate that we still live in a world where racisms exists. But we do, and I m glad I walked in at the right time for this team to show me that they are contributing to the active discrim*ination in our world. I called after getting my oil changed somewhere else to let them know that I will be leaving this review so I m sure they re getting their response ready. But I know what I heard.

I brought my 2004 Audi S4 in to them...and they felt so bad for me with what it would cost to get my car fixed that they didn't even charge me a diag fee. I brought my 2016 Cadillac SRX in a few months ago because I thought that I needed brakes. Again - they told me that I probably didn't need brakes until February 2024. Again - no charge. I bought them all lunch for their honesty and I will NEVER go anywhere else...I even chatted with the owner's mom who told me that her son hated to see ladies getting ripped off at mechanic shops. I hesitated to write a review because they are the best kept secret, but on the other hand, they deserve the kudos!

Greg and his staff are always super helpful and communicative. If you're in the Ken Caryl area, they can definitely get your vehicle fixed in a reasonable time.

Can I give 10 stars? I brought my Lincoln down here for 2 issues. 1 apparently was a super easy fix. The other issue had not been an issue at all. These guys were honest and helpful. I'll definitely come back for any issues or non issues .Definitely check them out.

Great place. I have had a couple of experiences here in a relatively short period of time and those experiences have demonstrated that Greg and his crew are honest people and doing the right thing. His reviews are the real deal and deservedly so! Highly recommend!

I really appreciate my experience with Turn Too Automotive! As a female I was not taken advantage of in any way. I really appreciated feeling respected for myself and my time! They took time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my car and the options I had available to me. These guys were fast, honest, and very affordable, no one trying to add on unnecessary expenses. I appreciate their business and respect. I will definitely be returning with any future repair needs!!!Update: Pretty much a year later and these guys are still taking EXCELLENT care of me and my car! I can not express enough how much I appreciate their dedication to honest and efficient work! I've moved out of the area and continue to return to them and will continue doing so. Hard to find a business like this!

Greg is an awesome guy who services my daughter s car! He is honest and takes great care of her! I trust him to keep my daughter safe in her car. He also is mindful and considerate! He put in long hours to complete a car repair so she could drive to her job as a NiCU nurse. THANK YOU Greg! SSS

11-8-23 Update - I am certain there is no other automotive repair shop, or business concern in the area, that gives as much thought and care to their customers and cars as these guys at Turn Too Auto. Thanks fellas, truly a blessing in the community.9-20-22 Update - Fixed the starter on my truck. Works great, starts every time. Thanks gang!1-31-2022 Update- Take your car here first for the best care. Greg, Mike and rest of team continue to deliver. Just had some major work done on my car steering and they did the work quick and on budget. Appreciate them working within the current environment to find parts for my car, even with scarce pickings. Thanks for all you do.2-17-21 Update - The gang takes such care with our vehicles. I had issue where my wheel was making a strange noise. Took by the shop, they took a look at her and said it was nothing of a safety issue. Keep a close eye on it and if it gets to a point where we can identify exactly what it is, we'll get it fixed. Really appreciate their honesty and work ethic.6/9/2020 Update -Good service and techs. Greg and his team know what they are doing.1/7/2020 UPDATE -Exceeds expectations. Brought in my car for an oil change with a time constraint and they made sure it was done so I could get to work. Noticed a noise from the belt system and said they could fix it up later that afternoon. I brought it back and they needed one extra part which, leave it to Subaru, is typically the case. Greg and Mike took care of it.I was able to pick up my vehicle that evening. If I was allowed only one 10 star review on Google, it would be for Turn Too. So nice to finally have auto mechanic I can trust.Dropped in to Turn Too on Monday because of some break noise. My wife's car was just in a few weeks ago for rear break job. I didn't have an appointment, but Greg and his team put me as their priority and took the car for a quick spin. Turns out, the front breaks had worn out. Without any hassel, they got my car on the lift and Scott had the job completed in no time. Greg was even kind enough to give me a quick lift to my house.. and pick me up. We brought our vehicles to another shop in Littleton for years and constantly had issues of paying too much for services and being lied to about what was actually wrong. Had a great experience here this week. While taking my kids to school in the morning I noticed that something underneath my van was scraping when I went over speed bumps. I had never been to Turn Too but I live in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop in and see if they could take a look and see what was dragging under there. Corey kindly greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained the issue and he had one of his technicians, Mike, pop outside and look at my van immediately. He determined the belly pan was loose and missing some screws. He fixed it right up and sent me on my way. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. This place is a gem of a mechanic shop! We have had them inspect several used vehicles for purchase, and they ve done a few major fixes on my car, as well as our regular maintenance. They provide excellent service, are extremely fair, honest and informative, and work fast to get your car back. They have developed a pretty good reputation in the area, so you usually have to book appointments about a week in advance, and they probably charge just a bit on the higher side for labor. But it is definitely a worthwhile investment for their honest and thorough work! On top of that, Greg and the guys are just very kind, polite, and respectful people. After having been burned by other mechanics, this shop provides a lot of peace of mind. Greg literally saved us! We had a slight issue with a cv joint and a transmission sensor. We thought it was going to be an extremely costly experience. They helped us and it was very affordable. These guys are honest and do a great job! They are LITERALLY THE BEST.They are trust worthy, will shoot you straight and they guarantee their work. I will not go anywhere else.And ladies, this is not a shop that will take advantage of you for being a lady. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Just discovered this gem when my car battery died nearby. They were FANTASTIC! Great job, quick turnaround and incredibly kind. It was a super busy day for them so I was fully prepared to leave it overnight. Not only did the owner give me a ride home so I didn t have to wait for an Uber, they had my battery swapped out within just a little over an hour. I will absolutely return to them for routine maintenance and the inevitable issue that comes up from time to time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this shop for their ethics and customer service. They got my car into the shop the day I called and had a diagnosis by the next morning. (I had called one other nearby mechanic who had quoted a week and $200 just to see what was wrong with it.) They were clear about what the damage was, how much it would cost to fix, and didn't pressure me at all to get the repairs. Ultimately, I wound up scrapping the car, as the damage was more than it was worth.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. This is the first shop that I have gone to since moving out here that hasn't tried to pull one over on me with extremely expensive and unneeded repairs. I took my car to another shop before coming to Turn Too Automotive and they wanted to charge me over 3K worth of repairs and labor. Got a second opinion at Turn Too Automotive and I walked out paying 50something dollars. One of the few mechanics you can trust in the area, Greg and his team are great, straight shooters.

I rarely do reviews but I want people to know about this place. I've been to many mechanics, but they are easily the best place I've been to. I was attracted to them by the pricing I was quoted, and will now always recommend them for that, and the customer service I recieved. (I would go to them indefinitely myself if I hadn't moved across country). I felt very welcomed. I didn't feel intimidated by the lack of knowledge I have when it comes to vehicles. They were very thorough and transparent about everything, and really helped me out in a bind when I was on a tight schedule to move. You don't find businesses with such personable customer service like that anymore these days, so give them a shot!

My car started making a concerning noise today so I stopped by Turn Too Automotive to see if I could make an appointment to have it looked at. Both Mike and Greg were beyond helpful and accomodating. They were able to fix the problem... which turned out to my brakes...in 2 hours and have my car back to me before close of business. My husband had work done on another one of our cars and had an incredibly positive experience, as well. From the moment I walked into the business to the moment I left with my car was nothing short of stellar. Mike and Greg were professional, kind, and honest which speaks volumes in my book. A rare service repair shop. I brought my car in for a repair and was sure I needed brakes and struts. I even told Greg that. I needed the brakes and the struts were over in mileage. Greg told me the struts were fine. I was shocked, an honest repair shop that wasn't trying to take me for every dollar they could get. What a breath of fresh air, an honest repair shop! The customer service was outstanding and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be doing all my car repairs here from now on. I highly recommend! Thanks Greg!
